I love Fred Meyer but this one isn’t really all that great. I love their produce section and natural section. It is well maintained and full of fresh products. Most items are in stock which is obviously a bonus but carts not so much. I always find them running out of carts or they are all jacked up and barley work. Cashiers are kinda rude and slow. I would give it 3 but based on quality of products I gave it a 4. Could really work on customer service oh and especially at the service desk. They act like they own the place or something

Most associates were friendly and helpful some dont smiles but as a whole good service.

Shopped here all my life. There is good produce and a nice selection of stuff. Much less crowded than Walmart and has a better vibe ig lol

Very disappointed, cashier didnt ask if I wanted a bag just automatically charged me. I had to ask her if there was a charge, by then she had everything bagged. I wont be back.

Bathrooms are really gross. Advertising Covid clinic but wouldn’t vaccinate me despite the Pharmacist saying they have the vaccine I wanted available but said to come back 10 days later when they will offer that vaccine at a specific clinic?? Fred Meyers doesn’t seem to concerned about vaccinating their customers. Why turn someone away and in the same sentence say you have it available?

Alright prices. Better then walmart. Staff are friendly.

Went into this store before an 8am appointment to look for a garden gnome for mothers day. Didnt need a cart, I knew what I was looking for because I saw they had it online. I hear over the intercoms, security to section 8. Then some employee started following me but only saying hi. I looked up what that meant and no, I was not there trying to steal. You didnt have what I was looking for and Im deeply insulted!

Was told by the pharmacy it would be an hour before my script was ready. I’m feeling pretty awful and came in 45 later to see if it was possibly done early since I’d been sitting in my car on the parking lot. I was told the pharmacist hasn’t even approved yet. Then they tell me they only have half of one of the scripts available. And I need to come back tomorrow to get the rest. You could have told me that and I could have called another pharmacy that has everything and filled both scripts somewhere else. Update: went back to get the rest of my script, still didn’t have the whole thing. You guys suck!!

I send money twice a month and they are the best. Cheryl helped me tonight and she was as professional, fast, friendly as always. THANK YOU Cheryl! You make the difference.

I love Fred Meyer stores, this one is possibly my least favorite because of their customer service. But whoever they have stocking grocery should all get raises because that whole department is immaculate!Same goes for the associate who helped me select a TV, very funny and friendly guy. Very helpful 👍But the people working customer service must be having a bad day, every day Ive dealt with them. Never had a good experience, they treat me like Im a nuisance.Store manager(?) is very nice though. The lady that presented herself as the manager/assistant manager, very personable, I could tell she really cares about the customers.

I havent shopped at a fred meyers for more than 10 years, i went in a few days ago and was impressed with all the different things you guys carry, things that arent too expensive (I always thought you guys were wayyy out of my budget). Ill definitely be shopping more.I came at night, there were a few sketchy people in the parking lot. There NEEDS to be more lights out there, it being so dark would definitely detour me from shopping late, its wayyyyyy too dark out there.

I’ve gone to this Fred Myer my whole life, and its amazing. The customer service is always the best, and the produce is always good. Its 100% worth it to go here. Plus, its affordable.

I love this store, and have grown absolutely honored to know many employees better than I would’ve expected. I am curious how the relationship between the employees and their union are, because there seems to be some heart ache going on within, and I’m curious if a customer is able to voice that not only does the product, safety and cleanliness matter, but more than it all, these people who have been loyal employees for so very long, matter most. To me at least.

Great store. Usually clean and organized. Lines are usually a bit long for checkout so I tend to use the self checkout since they have a lot of them available. Great produce section. Deli meats are expensive but worth the quality. Parking is always a zoo. Staff are always friendly. I enjoy the organic section. Wish they had a few more bulk bins. Great store overall.

Concerning Clicklist at Marysville Fred Meyer, here is why we wont be back to use it. We completely understand that you maybe out of stock with some items ...so...just...let...us...know. This simple task of briefing us on missing items would prevent us getting home and being overwhelmed by a feeling of miss trust when we discover 15% of our order is missing!! Again, we get things are out of stock at time, but do you want to provide the cuirtisy of communication or allow us to figure it out later at home and be frustrated? Why would we come back if you dont communicate? Why would we feel we can trust you to do the shopping?

On 6/20/2020 upon entering this store I was surprised and sickened that a big chain like Fred Meyer could not be troubled to 1) clean the carts 2) be bothered to provide any kind of disinfecting supplies so I could clean my own cart 3) there was no hand sanitizer to be offered for use to the shoppers at the entrance or at the check out. I wont return.

I love the people who work at my Fred Meyers. I really like that the store carries organic produce, foods, and natural cleaning products. Im not very happy with the age of the produce. Some of it seems to have been on a truck far too long. F.M. get fresher please.

As always, I found everything on my list plus a few other things. I love the good deals on groceries and the store brands are always top quality. I love the holiday selections and home decor sections.

This morning I went shopping at the Marysville, WA Fred Meyers store. It always has been one of my favorite places to shop early in the morning, however, after today I may never go back. Their Deli informed me they no longer have any breakfast items. Wow! It was 8am and I was hungry. I got a ham & cheese on a French roll and it was hard as a rock. There are so many items they no longer even stock, it was frustrating trying to get my shopping done. I travel by DART bus, so it is not possible to make any other stops. Fred Meyers used to be a store I could always trust. Not amymore!

Great store. I have shopped at Fred Myers for over thirty years and have no complaints. Well stocked shelves, high quality produce, great meats, wonderful bakery, and the deli - well, it is my favorite place for a quick meal. Go there and try it out, compare prices and products. I believe you might be surprised. Do not forget to try the Kroger products. You will save money and get the same quality. I have been buying Kroger since shopping at Freddies.

What a wonderful experience! Great fresh vegetables,tender meat, and always friendly assistance and good values. It may be a few pennies more than Wal-Mart but at least there are a lot of employees on the floor to assist you with your shopping.

Great place to shop as long as you dont mind disgusting bathrooms, hurdling the homeless to get through the parking lot, and cavity searches on the way out the door. This place is awful, back doors now boarded up, security guards at the remaining exits, liquor and toiletries under lock and key, anti theft devices on the shopping carts. I feel safer shopping in Oakland California.

I shop there for the prices. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store inside is kept clean an the outside is kept up, but could look better. For example, the bushes near the handicap parking area, could be cleared out from the underside. It is filthy. Over all I am very satisfied with my experience shopping at Fred Meyer

Great store. Wide variety of goods. Store is clean and well run. They have a kids place to make shopping easier for mom. Awesome produce and bakery.

Customer service is usually good. The self checkout seems to be very popular in this store. And the rewards card can save you money on gas, the only problem is it takes too many points to earn good fuel points at the pump.

Lois at customers service was fast and friendly, she managed to help me send money western union while juggling 3 or 4 phone calls and STILL managed to help me and be super friendly doing it. Thanks Lois

I really like Fred Meyer. Its a lot like a department store with most of everything. Prices are pretty good in every department. One stop shopping for groceries, hardware, sports equipment, clothing, shoes, electronics, jewelry, pharmacy, delicatessen, gas station and more. Its like a super Walmart with higher quality goods.

One of my favorite stores to shop. Produce is very fresh, the staff are alert and attentive to shoppers. Aisles are clearly marked, the store is clean. Parking is horrible however. This is the one area that needs allot of attention.

Staff here are really helpful and nice. Though this store is a bit pricier than others its a quick stop for good produce or for clothes and gifts when in a pinch. They also have some really great sales going on almost every day of the week. Plus the Starbucks inside definitely helps when shopping for that added caffine rush in the morning.

I am trying to track down a snow suit for my bigger baby. And I asked one of the workers if he could find out if another Fred Meyer had a bigger size. He was so willing to help me find what I needed to find. Unfortunately the other Fred Meyers around are sold out of the size that I need but it was still a good experience.

I just want to shout out Kyle P in the home department for being so cool in helping us find the exact sofa we were looking for. He called multiple stores and wouldnt stop until he found the right one. Thank you Kyle!!!!

Had to shop here for toddler clothes due to state issued voucher. Extremely limited selection (3 pairs of girl jeans in whole store) not to mention slow cashiers, very cumbersome process for this. Too bad it was necessary. People are not observing social distancing, very uncomfortable. Every time I shop here I leave in a bad mood!!

This is the worst Fred Meyers I have ever been to. Luckily I was just traveling through. The order of the store is very poorly laid ot, though this company isnt the wisest in this dept to begin with. But there is very little variety here, grocery or clothing. Not much TLC goes into store appearance. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the 2 ladies that helped me were approachable, friendly & helpful.

Just like the ads say..one stop shopping . I noticed today that they are now going to offer curbside pickup. I do have a beef with this store... last visit there was apparently a malfunction in their security system because my cart locked up when i tried to exit. An army of employees surrounded me and were quite rude. Even when they realized that Id paid for all my items an apology was not offered. They did admit that i was the third person that day that had been wrongfully stopped.

Good grocery and garden departments for a department store. Generally keeps the shelves well stocked. Usually has enough checkouts open so waits arent long.

Great one stop shopping store. Top quality produce and friendly competent staff. It doesnt hurt that it is only one mile from home and easy parking too.

Jewelry department is very frustrating. Had my wedding ring inspected around Christmas. Noticed last night a tiny diamond came out. I called and an employee looked up my account and said there was a lifetime warranty and to bring it in. I came in from Lake Stevens and the lady was so rude to me and said unless I had my paperwork she couldnt fix it. I said the lady on the phone told me they could look it up, plus I had it inspected at that location a few months ago. She was so rude and said that lady on the phone was new and if I didnt have my paperwork with me she would get fired. Thanks for false information and wasting my gas and time. I will not be returning.I had a cart because my baby was in it, I left after the jewelry experience without purchasing anything and on the way out the cart wouldnt go any further and an alarm went off at the door. This lady came over and deactivated the wheels and said its because I didnt buy anything. So if someone doesnt buy anything, treat them like they did something wrong?Thats the very last time I go there.

Good place to go for many things, I really like the employees they are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is great as well, I never have had any troubles getting my prescriptions filled and very timely.

We purchased a water fountain at Fred Meyer and we love it so much, cause it had lights. But it stop working, so we returned it and the manager was real nice about it and refund and we got store credit! so we are going to wait on buying another water fountain, from Fred Meyer! Hopefully they will have the same one, next year!

Very good market they have the best brands and also good service. The best time to come is for groceries is in the morning, since the lines are not long .

This store just keeps giving me reasons to not like them.Their produce has always been disgusting. One day the raspberries had nats all over them and were rotten looking. Every single one. It was so nasty! Today I tried to cash my coinstar receipt from a few months ago and they said they wouldnt cash it unless it was same day. Ive never had that problem with a coinstar in the past so basically they stole my money.

I have been trying to call Fred Meyer all day and no one will answer the phone. I specifically pushed the button in the automated system for the bakery and when I finally got somebody to answer the phone they were in the food department and said this is not the bakery, I asked them why I didnt get the bakery when I push the button she said I dont know Ill transfer you and then she hung up on me. Im sure she hung up on accident but the fact that you dont even know how to transfer a call and you work at the store is ridiculous, that should be pretty simple. Then I tried to call back right after I got hung up on to once again get no answer, called two more times still no answer and now I give up. That is absolutely ridiculous. I was going to come in there and buy something but now Im not, I will go to a store the knows how to answer their damn phones and transfer phone calls and have their automated system send them to the right place

They have a nice selection of organics. A gallon of organic milk right now is only 5.99. Good quality.

Only two cashiers today... :/ Long waits have been usual in my experience. I like that they have vegan options but, they were out of two cheese I like. They do better than the average grocery store having vegan options, but not today :/

Fred Meyer is one of my goto stores. Its convenient, there is a wide selection of items including local and organic, and earning point for gas station discounts is super easy. Their prices are reasonable too.

Good selection at good prices. Compared to other Fred Meyers, this one is a little bit smaller. If you have never been to a Fred Meyers, it is comparable to Target or Wallmart, but has a full grocery store attached.

Parking is not great. Made worse recently by the store choosing to close up one of their entrances. One exit has just one cashier, takes a while to cash out. Signage could be better. Parking needs to be improved. Lighting for night time also needs improvement. Otherwise since near by I do visit time from time.

Freddies is cheaper than Safeway and Albertsons now. And better. +department store. +cheap gas. Actually I didnt even realize how much I like this place. Its a staple of my life.

Noticed i had the wrong skeins of yarn for the blanket i was making on a trip. Panicked because the skeins i had were for the almost completed one instead of the just started one. Knew i had gotten them at Freddys so i called ahead to make sure that they had the color i needed. Was connected to the garden shop but she was willing to run down to the yarn section and confirm she had my yarn in stock. Ran over there dashed in grabbed my yarn and got into a very quickly moving line. Was in and out in 10 minutes or less. Really appreciated the fast confirmation that they had it. Trip tomorrow saved.

Used to shop exclusively at Fred Meyer during my visits to Marysville back in the 80s and 90s. They were awesome.

They said that there was nothing they can do about shoppers walking around with no mask on, which is incorrect. They lost my business. Im pulling out of the pharmacy because the pharmacist doest even wear her mask like an adult.

Love that they carry Boars Head deli now, but the exit has been closed on the side and there were scary people hanging out there and near the door. Marysville has changed but so has the whole area, dont like not having that exit though. And the camping and boating area in Marysville is too small.

Carts on the lot blocking parking spots. Toys was almost empty, didnt think FM was out of business. Grocery cart has a coffie holder, but it leans into the cart forward making it useless because it could spill onto my carseat for the infant(seriously a good idea but implemented very idiotically). Employees nice, very odd to see them sitting on couches for a daily meeting. Out of stock of a lot of items.

Crazy expensive items. It seems the holiday gifts prices were raised just to say they go on sale. I mean who would pay 24 dollars for cheaply made crappy suspenders? Insane. They think they are a high end store but they are not. I wouldnt recommend it unless you have spare cash to throw away or no other choice
