Staff here are pretty stand offish for some reason. But other than that they have great food. And sometimes good service

I love shopping Save Mart. Even when it comes down to customer safety they are on top of it and always great service. If I could give a review on the store clerks who had helped me when I was being harassed then I certainly would.

Very happy with this store. The employees are helpful and nice, and they carry the non dairy items that i would normally need to drive to Yuba City to find.

Found almost everything I wanted for a grandsons birthday! I love the sales... although sometimes this store is a bit pricey.

The customer service is good. However, I ordered a 25 piece fried chicken earlier in the day to be ready by 4pm. I arrived a little early to grab other items needed for dinner. The chicken wasnt ready so I waited. Got home and found during dinner that at least 6 pieces were still raw!! Im just glad nobody got sick!!

Save mart is always nice to visit for a quick pick up. Clean well stocked in and out quickly. They were short on baggers so I bagged my own which I dont mind. The only bagger they had working was wrangling carts as she was returning from the lot. Pretty busy for a Friday and only one person.

Not a friendly worker in sight customer service is not friendly at all act like they dont even want their jobs bunch of workers not a smile or a hello or anything no greeting terrible experience good thing I didnt need nobodys help not even the checkers were friendly

My boyfriend and I have been coming here to shop for a few months now. We switched because this store, on average, has lower numbers of shoppers and a much slower pace to going around the store. No one is behind you fuming that your not moving fast enough for them... etc. We like to enjoy when we go grocery shopping and Save Mart has done that for us. Sure the prices arent the absolute cheapest around, but we dont spend much more than we normally did when shopping at other stores. I think Save Mart is a win in our books. :)

Can never find anything. They move stuff around too much and put products in locations that has nothing to do with that category. Bakeware and household items like mops, etc are in the middle with food stuff on each side...but then one isle will be smashed in with with the other so nothing is ever easily found and it doesnt help that staff has no idea where a certain product would be either. When asked, they get the deer-in-headlights look on their faces. Couldnt find the sugar..I think it may be crammed in with soups? Bar B Que sauce is way down on an end and not a good selection. I guess they like Sweet Baby Ray because they had NO OTHER except a few unknown brands. Deli was out of this cut of meat, or that cut, and the prepacked WAYYY over on the opposite end of the store...there was nothing. Not even Provolone cheese. Nothing. Empty.I guess I will have to drive all the way to Raleys from now on. At least they are stocked and have items where they SHOULD be,..not scattered around the store.Also didnt help that when shopping before the heat gets too bad, you cant get through isles due to carts and empty boxes and staff putting stuff wherever they can find a hole. Oh, and dont get me started on the carts. If you have to park near shade or even an empty spot, the cart wheels lock up. So good luck getting your food from the store TO your car.

Ive been going to the store for many years and in the recent months I cant help but notice how much the quality of customer service has decreased. On two different occasions I have been greeted with a sour attitude at the deli. When people order multiple items from a deli they want it put in multiple containers. I was given two items crammed into one container. Thats just lazy. If I wanted that service I would go WinCo Foods. Im not a lost customer yet but I am definitely considering my other options for grocery shopping.

Customer service was fantastic. I was looking for black-eyed Peas and couldnt find them anywhere else so asked this ery nice gentleman if they had any and asked if I wanted fresh or dried. I was in shock to find those choices.....was expecting canned or frozen? So excited that Im going to be able to cook fresh ones for New Years Day dinner. They have always been a tradition for good luck.

There were new regriration enclosures and the order of refrigerated items where in different places along the Same Wall!. Some of the tiles were missing and as I made the first left hand turn OMG I want sure if I was dreaming or not!Best way make a long story short: They put their profits or whatever and improved the Entire place turning it into a first class level Supermarket bringing up spirits of people needing to see something else besides the torments of the Worlds sadness. I applaud Jeff the nicest, efficient and CARING MANAGER ANYWHERE and his Family of hard workers and his racially balanced team of Happy workers that make you want to come back to just say hello...This will never be this long again as Ive said so much and sorry for that. I want to Thank the 348,000 people whom Google sent me that total last week. I love storyboard my visits and show off the kids (chihuahuas (8) (2). Cats from a Rescue and two birds that are so intelligent and loving. Cute and chick full of lots of name brand foods, which I have a hard time finding in other supermarkets who only stock their own house brand. Friendly management and upgraded cold boxes. The meat is better than most and it has a nice butchers counter.

Since remodeling much better place to shop.

Nice little supermarket. My only complaint is that their sales on meat is a rip-off. I should have learned my lesson the first couple times, but thinking it was probably a fluke I gave it multiple chances. Basically, if it seems to good to be true it probably is theory applies here too. At least four times Ive purchased meat from one of their too good to pass up sales, and every single time Ive had to return the meat because it was already spoiled even before the use or freeze by date on the label. Will be returning a package of their on sale hamburger meat tomorrow I just bought today for bbq burgers tonight because, you guessed it, spoiled. Other than that, I really like the Marysville store. They make great deli sandwiches too.

Wow! What a make over! I stopped shopping here due to the condition and uncleanness. Also I couldnt find what I needed. This Store has been totally remodeled. The shelves are fully stocked, its clean, the clerks are very courteous. I will definitely start shopping here again.

I like this store but its a toss up on my customer experience. Id say 70% of the time, customer service is sub par at the register. No hello how are you or thank you, come again. You almost fell like youre putting them out. The other 30% they are very kind and helpful. Because of that I usually only go there if I dont want to deal with the other busy stores and want to be in and out quick.

This store is entity to small for the volume which is inside this store. When I was there on Thursday 01-28-21 it looked like total kaos inside that store. There were boxes in several of the isles also stocking carts in the isles and both left totally unattended. The isles in this store are do narrow that it is basically impossible for two shoppers to pass each other in the isles. The check stands are way to close to the isles and I am sure some products are not being sold because the shoppers do not want to walk through the line at checkout to get to those items. Just a while ago they supposedly did a remodel but all they did was put new flooring down. What they should have done was knock out the wall on the north end of the store where a CVS use to be. That area has been vacant now for several years and expand the store out to allow more room for the shoppers. Which in turn would allow the isles to be larger. Now the deli is a different story all together. There is one person there who I know has been there at least a month and she still cannot figure out how to weigh something on the scale and get the price. I watched her have to asked for help on how to do it on everyone she was helping. Also, when I order something and I request it be packed into the container I expect it to be full and packed. But apparently there are a few people working there that have no idea what packed means. I received my salads down at least 3/4 of an inch from the top. To me that is far from being packed. By the time I got home the salads had settled down at least an inch from the top. Overall, In my opinion this store is way to small for the volume of shoppers that visit this store. It is a cluttered mess on most days and far from being shopper friendly.

I have been to this store quite a few times.. It is always clean and the staff are friendly enough. However, the two times I have purchased fried chicken from their deli, the person bagging up the chicken shuffled through it, picking out the smallest pieces for my bag. There were some plump breasts that were fried up and ready to go, why didnt one get sent home with me? I will probably still run by there if I need something real quick, but I wont be buying chicken from their deli again. My store of choice is Belair on Stabler Lane. IMHO, its the best grocery store around.

Good quality food and its always clean and tidy. Its pricey though so we cant do all our shopping there. They have things on sale all the time though so we watch for that all the time.

It has a good deli. Handicap parking in front. People are friendly and very helpful.

The clerks and employees are great. The lady you have out in front wiping the carts down before you go in is wonderful. The issue I have is even with your signs out in front asking people to wear their masks if theyre going to come in is not working. Half of the store patrons did not have masks on and I do not want to catch anything if they have it. Not one single employee ask neither to either leave or put a mask on. And this is the reason. Unfortunately I will not return to Save Mart. I will be going to Walmart Supercenter because they require and I mean require all people entering to have a facial mask otherwise they do not let them into the store

For the Bakery of Save-Mart... We dont have a Chick-fil-A over here in Yuba County, but the chicken tenders remind me of Chick-fil-A 😋 All you need is Chick-fil-A sauce and its almost perfect. Its not just me though people buy them up so get over their fast.

The people that work here are outstanding! Very helpful and personable! their produce isnt always the greatest. I picked up some strawberries the other day that went bad in one day and they replace them without question! The five for five deal in the meat department is a real money-saver! Picked up some nice little steaks for $5 a piece! The deli department again is very well staffed! I stopped here off and when I need to pick up something for dinner on the way home from work. Try the chicken strips as a snack. Delicious and always fresh

They had EVERYTHING good looking veggies and great meat selection, and totally stocked! On top of that its the ONLY place for real groceries in town after 8 pm!! (Yuba County) I was really suprised that it was so stocked on everything so close to closing time and at the first of the month too!!! Its always clean too!

Joel was Awesome! I needed help in the clearance aisle & he was walking through. I stopped him & he helped me with no hesitation. Then when I went up to pay, he was the cashier. I think he was checking a price for a customer & I stopped him. Never did he make me feel hurried. My problem was pretty simple, but instead of sending me to some else or have me wait. He handled it like a BOSS!GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I really love this store. It has a good mix of value items and fancier items. For instance, you can get two for one value packs of chicken thighs inexpensively, and off and on the entire chicken for for $5. Or, you can get a thick cut prime aged ribeye steak for a lot of money. The produce section isnt huge but what they do have is always fresh. Good store.

As I walked in the store and walked around I started to feel very unsafe. I noticed that not only most of the costumers and the majority of the staff were not wearing masks. As I checked out the checker and the bagger had no masks on, yet they were talking to each other all over my groceries, which could cause droplets from your mouth to fall on my items. Very scary lack of knowledge at your store. The wearing of a mask is not just to protect you but others you come in contact with.
