We have used Unifirst for almost 10 years and have found they do an excellent job. They assigned 1 route rep to our account so any issues that come up are quickly resolved. The laundry service is great and everything that goes out for laundering gets returned the next week as promised. Our rep is one time and very friendly. He always lets us know of specials and extra items for sale (disinfecting was huge in 2020).

All in all great customer service; UniFirst is quick to address issues and the uniforms and equipment are top notch. Occasionally there have been delivery or uniform related issues (4 star), however this is improving with communication with our staff and that of UniFirst to alleviate those problems. Again, we are very happy with UniFirst providing for our manufacturing needs.

Ive been pleased with Unifirst and the service they provide. Weve had issues come up at random times and the service manager, Doug, is always courteous and quick to resolve them. I recommend using this uniform company.

Issues will arise in the best even with great preperation, they way they are resolved states alot about the company. Unifirst is not only Outstanding in this with quick results. UPDATE: I would like to update my review in the fact that the company took the time to make everything right that I have stated below. Originally they were telling me there was gonna be a huge bye-out to cancel our contract that we were unaware we signed for a 5 year term.. I received a personal visit from the boss himself at UniFirst at my office, apologizing for how the branch manager handled the situation and let me know to not worry about any kind of buy-out... there for I want to update my review in the fact that this company stands by there word and if you have any problems at all Justin is the absolute best person to be in contact with! 1 star to 5 stars.UniFirst is absolutely horrible. I am not impressed with there services at all.... they get you to sign a form for the uniforms and then not until later down the road do you see in the tiniest font ever on the very bottom of the back page that you signed a 5 year contact and in order to get out of it there is an INSANE bye out to get out of the contract. None of which was verbalized. BEWARE of this company and make sure you read all of the fine print on what you sign. If i could give them 0 starts, I would.

We hired UniFirst a year ago to replace another uniform company that we were dissatisfied with. Our amazing service rep (Jason) is here on time every week and goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we need. He even offered to make a special trip and bring more mops when we were running low. Our uniforms are well maintained and the weekly pricing stays consistent. The customer service, both in person and over the phone, is friendly, courteous, and very responsive. Our staff looks professional and our uniform service is finally headache free. You couldnt pay me to leave UniFirst!
