I have been storing items with clock tower on and off for about 15 years. They always provide great customer service. The units are clean and the property is well maintained. The storage facility is located right in the middle of town which makes it convenient as well. I will not store with any other place in marysville. Clock Tower storage provides me with the security I need to know that my things are safe!

It might not look much outside but after you go past the gate youll see that its a really large and big area for storage and theres different sizes for different needs so this is a really great place to store items that you dont really use.

As far as storage goes, I love the place! But I have had nothing but problems arranging payments with them since day one. Online payments are a pain, they keep changing websites and login information. Then when I call, I can never get ahold of anyone, not until they start harassing me for a payment saying Im gonna be charged a late fee! They dont know whats going on with the website, and there is nobody to contact about the website. I called the number on the bottom of the website, and apparently its a storage unit in Arizona!

Wonderful staff and very accommodating. They always made sure I was taking care of and were willing to work with me.

You can never get them on the phone....Up date......Went back and got help really fast and rented a truck and out the door in 10 minutes.....

As far as storage places go, this place is nice. Very big, and very clean. However, if you get a unit that is climate controlled, you better bring a dolly, or a hand truck. Very long hallways, a lot of distance to carry by hand. Fair deals though.

Susan was So Awesome to help with showing me different size units she treated me like My Needs Mattered! Great Diversity in Units and Very Clean Great Customer Service and they have units to fit Everyones Budget and it was a Great Experience with Comfort in knowing your property is Safe!

I am trying to understand this Company. As it stands now the communication is horrible. They say things and have a hard time following through.I was told on 8.31.19 that they would have to contact Corporate and I would receive a call back with the results...today is 9.11.19 no call back as of yet.Not at all a good way to start. I hope the lack of communication improves immensely .

The woman I spoke to was very pleasant and was very generous on holding the unit I wanted for a bit longer as I shopped around and priced other places.

Been renting with them for almost a year. Started out in a unit to small and when it came time to move, they were amazing with transferring.

Update:I was contacted by management from urban storage, and she sincerely apologized for my experience and assured me that the gal I had spoken to had been talked to and assured me that customer service is in fact a priority. I am happy with the outcome and the way things have been handled. Im hopeful that future interactions with the staff will be pleasant.Ive been paying my sisters storage unit monthly for a year or so. I completely forgot to pay last month (totally my bad I know, I have 3 kids and it slipped my mind) Ive always paid over the phone. I called today to pay the balance in full (2months and fees) and the lady was incredibly rude. she refused to take my payment over the phone and said I would have to meet her anytime day or night to make payment. She was talking over me and wouldnt listen when I tried to explain its not even my unit, I would just like to make payment. she demanded I meet her after hours to set it up in automatic payments. She went so far as to hang up on me when i asked her to listen to me for a second so i could explain that its not my unit, Ive just been making payment. Their lack of customer service and regard for others is absurd. Im completely flabbergasted by the way I was treated while trying to call in and pay the balance in full, on someone elses unit. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever dream about storing my own belongings there.

Update: Unable to call, so the company simply refuses to do answer my emails or help me in any way. They claim to take these things seriously, but they obviously do not. AVOID NOW!Overpriced, but that is not my biggest issue with Clock Tower Self Storage. After separating from my sons mother, I found she had not been keeping up on the storage with all of our memories from our kids. I have been trying to contact the company to find out if there is any way I can salvage these items and what is owed. Instead of simply giving me an answer, they just refuse to answer me altogether. Extremely unprofessional and to be totally honest, quite disheartening to see any business act in such a way.

Pretty good storage place, theyre always friendly and helpful. This is our second time renting a unit from here. Only reason just four stars is its a heck of a lot pricier nowadays....... Sheesh! :-/

***UPDATE***After writing this review I was able to contact Lisa. I explained to her what happened and she apologized for the manager at the Marysville location. All seems like it will be fine. And Lisa made things right with my partner. Customer service at a higher level is great. After reading other reviews I realized it wasnt just me this happened to... There were others. Maybe one day customer service in office will be amazing again. THANK YOU LISA YOU ARE AWESOME!!!***end of update***So its been about a month. But I think I should warn you guys about this place. Seriously go to a different Self Storage place.About a month ago I went in to pay my partners bill. He was aware that it was late and I was helping out. He handed me 120 dollars. Great. I go in before work should have been easy right? WRONG! I was short by 3 or so dollars and stated I was going to head home and grab the rest. Manager said she would cover it. Great I guess and for that I guess I can thank her... But then she asked why we were always late. I told her once we get paid up for the next month we would try to get our stuff out of there as we couldnt afford it. She stated well if you are going to have an attitude then I wont help you. She got up from her chair and continues to ask me why we cant make payments on time... I explained why which is none of her business. I asked to speak with a manager and sure enough she is the manager. She was the one with the attitude and I am not sure what she was trying to accomplish by acting the way she is acting... What this manager didnt understand that this is not my storage unit nor is it my Bill to pay on time or at all. I was doing a favor for my partner and that was that. I ended up getting in my car and crying because of the attitude she gave to me. I dont ever cry... I called corporate and left a message and they didnt care... I would stay far away from Clock Tower Storage. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Much different experience than the other people here. I find the new staff to be rude. We all know what rude is, experience it for yourself. Don personal protective equipment before entering this location otherwise you may be infected.
