I was very impressed with an employee by the name of Jesse who works at the Marysville location. He was very helpful and friendly, walked me to my unit and really made sure that I was taken care of. His customer service was spectacular! What a good experience!

I have come in multiple times to buy boxes and other supplies, every time I do chris is super friendly and funny. When he sees me he remembers me and jokes with me or talks about the seahawks. Always nice to go into a business and have someone remember your name and treat you like they are glad to see you. Chris is a great guy,and go hawks!

Jesse the customer service agent went above and beyond to make sure we were taken good care of during the entire process. We are happy with the price, level of security and cleanliness of the facility. My only suggestion is to have more carts available for customers.

Reserving a unit online was a breeze. Check-in at the office was cake. Chris was very helpful when I was confused about insurance and was kind enough to walk me to my unit to show me around. Great customer service and so far we are happy to be storing our belongings here.

Customer service is non-existant at this location. The man working the front office is was so rude. As I was moving my items in, I had to use the restroom and use the one in the front office. He tells me after that the restroom, that is clearly marked and readily available, is a employee only restroom. Mind you it was second time using it and another customer had used it between my visits. The attitude was so blatant and irritating. I cant wait to move my stuff out and never us this facility or company again.

First, the customer service that Chris ( only 2 weeks new to the company) was outstanding!!! I like the security of this facility. Its also very clean inside and outside of the storage facility.

I just want to say Cubesmart has a great guy named Jessie who works at the Marysville store. He makes you feel very important and he always has a smile on his face. That alway is nice to see who wants to see a crabby person all the time. Jessie is never not smiling its very refreshing. That place is so clean and well kept Im really glad I have my thing at cubesmart its the best storage facility around in my book wouldnt want to be anywhere else. Great place and good people . I agree with all of the other 5 star reviews! The process to rent is super easy online. Great prices! Jesse does an amazing job onsite. Location is clean and safe. We have once ran into there not being enough carts as well and wish there were more but we didnt have to wait to long before one came available. We actually just rented a 2nd unit after we didnt judge how much stuff we had. Customer service is great and I was pleased to see staff doing a routine security check of all locks while I was onsite. I highly recommend this location over others I researched in the same area.

Showed up to move into my unit and my code worked for the door but not the elevators. I waited on site for over an hour for the manager to show up and he wasn’t even on the property. I also had been on the phone for over 30 minutes with customer service and they couldn’t even get ahold of them or give me access to the elevator. Overall not happy with the situation at all as I had my entire truck unloaded already and on carts to go into my unit.
