Ive took my 1999 Mercedes ML 320 there, and I thought It was something else wrong with it but to come to find out, he had found the source of my Oil leaking and it was a Smaller Issue and he told me the truth. So it went from a $200 Repair to a $100 Repair. Hes Great with the Cars, has Respect and hes really honest up front with you..I will be keeping my Services with him and him ONLY!! 👍

Good guy but if you have an older car (I have a 72 super beetle) dont bring it to this place because I had my struts replaced and he had to disconnect the front brake drums and about half way home I had come to the realization that he didnt bleed the brakes after putting them back on which made me nearly have an accident because my brakes pedal went through the floor. So, older cars are not this guys best.

Jason provides great service at reasonable prices. I wont take our German car anywhere else.

Chilhowee Benz Repair is the primary place I take my Mercedes to. They are always straight forward and honest with me about what my car needs. Most times they will provide OEM or top notch components/parts which is good for my car and my wallet.They do not treat me like a dummie and respect my questions. They do the work in a very timely manner and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have excellent quality work done on their vehicle for way less than what the dealer wants to charge.
