From the Salesman to delivery it was great. The Salesman let us checkout anything we wanted to look at. We was able to find the perfect bed. The delivery was smooth. They had unpacked and assembled quickly without any issues. They explained operation well. Sleep great on it. Wife sleeps great and wakes up feeling great.

Went there this morning. Told the attendant what the web site recommended. He said we dont have it in stock. You can wait 10 weeks. Showed us what was comparable in stock. Said they can deliver in 8 days. Then he got on the phone and ignored us. Guess he didnt want to sell a bed. Went to a competitor. Got what we wanted. Deliver tomorrow.

I had been shopping on line for a new mattress for some weeks. Because of reviews from family and friends, and the awesome deal I found on line, had settled on the Nectar. My husband wanted to see it and try it out before buying though. I found that The Bed Store carried the Nectar in stock. We went in to the Maryville store. Doug, the sales rep was super helpful. He was able to match the deal I had found on line, and they actually had it in stock in their warehouse! He had it delivered to that store and we took it home with us. We are very pleased with the service, the price and the product!

First of all the customer service was excellent - all our questions were answered and no pressure to buy. For Tempurpedic, the price is the price but we did get some extras thrown in the deal. Last, the bed arrived on time and we are really enjoying it.

I think it was Brian who helped us select a bed that had to be ordered, but after waiting a couple of months for delivery we changed and had an alternate bed delivered in just a couple of days. Since we had waited quite some time he arranged a price that was comparable to our original selection although the replacement bed was slightly higher in price.....happy ending for us thanks to Brian.....

Doug was exceptional in educating us in several styles of mattresses. The entire experience was enjoyable with no pressure. Our Beautyrest Hybrid Medium Firm cost more than wed like to have spent but it was worth every penny. We have slept all through the night without tossing and turning. The gel cooled pillows are a must if you tend to sleep hot. The delivery team was very professional and helpful as well. This is Disney level customer service at its finest.

I had been shopping for a mattress.. We all know how that goes.. you visit several stores, lay on different mattresses & end up more confused than when you started. I obviously saved the best store for last...😊 I ended up going to The Bed Store after I got off of work, I walked in, met Josh, and he immediately helped me feel at ease. He asked questions to help both of us narrow down what I like in a mattress, & with that knowledge he helped me pick out the perfect fit for both my budget & what I desired to have in a mattress! They do not honor their warranties. They sent out people who didnt know what they were doing when we filed a claim. 19 months after we bought our mattress it has bad sagging where we each lay. We filed a claim & they came out to take pictures & measure with a string. The guy who took our pictures only submitted one out of the 3 pictures he took showing the section that was not sunk in. He didnt submit the other 2 pictures showing the sagging. Then we find out later that he didnt even measure it correctly (he was supposed to use more angles than he did). They denied our claim Awfully suspicious to me. They said He was new that was their excuse! We WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE

After 7-8 years with our first Icomfort, the zipper on the cover broke. Contacted the folks at the Bed Store in Maryville. Though we would hear a song and dance about the issue. To our pleasant surprise, The Doug, manager said that the store and Icomfort, would be replacing the mattress with a new one of equivalent quality and value. Cant beat that service. Highly recommended.

Be careful buying from this Company we did and have had Nothing but Problems ever since and its very hard to get any help and the managers of the stores are very rude and make it very hard for you as the buyer to get any real help with a nasty, awful, junk mattress we bought period plan & simple.Its very hard to get help with a problem & when you do they run you around the bush and make up all kinds of reason why they cant help but they had no Problem Taking my money and blowing smoke up my ass at how good they would be at replacing my bed if i had a problem.. So far that has not been the case and since they want talk to me i will take this to social media and i will post a youtube video of the crap bed and i will find other to go on record as well..

My husband and I visited The Bed Store in Maryville recently and the store manager Josh Wallin was very good at helping us make an educated decision on what bed would work best for us. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different options. We purchased a bed and had it delivered to our home free of charge 3 days later. If you are having trouble sleeping I would definitely recommend going to see Josh at The Bed Store in Maryville off Hwy 411.

I know better. ALWAYS read the fine print! We dealt with Josh as many others on this site did. He was personable and spent a lot of time with us, and we had a good experience with him. I think my husband and I were in the store for about 2 hours. My husband has back issues, so it was really important to get the right mattress for him. He had it narrowed down to two mattresses. Josh pointed out that they had an exchange policy. After much debate, my husband settled on the more expensive mattress. We felt comfortable with that decision knowing that we could exchange it. Big, big mistake. The mattress has been a disappointment. Ive noticed that it is already, two months in, very soft in the middle. My husband has noticed the bed is losing support on the side. He went into the store last week to make arrangements to exchange the mattress and reported that problem. Evidently you are not supposed to sit on the side of a mattress. Did you know that? I did not, but thats what the manufacturer says, so learn from our experience and hop right out of that thing and dont linger on the sides. When I talked to Josh, he told me about a $100.00 exchange fee. That wasnt discussed with us, but I SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT. I wasnt going to argue over $100.00 though. Yesterday when I called to find out when the exchange was going to occur, Josh told me that the manufacturer had declined the mattress claim because evidently you cant sit on the side of a mattress. I reported the problem with the middle of the mattress, and my understanding is that he is going to try to get a rep out to look at that. Well see how that goes. Then he tells me that management wouldnt waive the $100.00 fee, but theyll split it with me and wanted to know how I wanted to pay. I said that I thought that would go against the difference between the two mattresses that we would be credited. Thats when I learned that you arent credited with the difference if the replacement mattress is less expensive than the original mattress. Of course, you ARE charged if you pick a more expensive mattress. Something about that just doesnt seem fair, and this was NEVER discussed with us. When we were going back and forth between the two mattresses, Josh even pointed out that if we didnt like it, we could exchange it. Does it even make sense that we would have gone with the more expensive mattress first if we had known that. No, it does not. I typically read through everything, but we went to The Bed Store because we know it is a Christian company, and I expected the policies to be fair. Again, I cant smack my forehead enough for not reading through the entire agreement, but I want to make sure to let everyone else know of this policy so no one else gets the deal weve gotten. We are in the process of renovating a house and moving, so Ill unearth this paperwork sometime in the near future and see how the exchange is worded, but in the meantime, I hope no one else makes the same mistake we did.

When it came to delivery, Josh himself along with the warehouse manager (Kevin) came to our residence (after hours) to install our new bed system, this is service before self. In fact, that night, Josh had a personal family emergency to tend to but instead focused on his customer! That’s service before self!Would we recommend Josh and The Bed Store, absolutely YES.

I stopped by the bed store in maryville on west broadway to look at getting a new mattress. The store manager Josh was a lot of help! Taking the time to explain and answer my questions and I did decide on a serta mattress. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get financing at the moment, but Josh with the work of his company tried every way possible to get me financed and even looked at a layaway program to help me out. Even though I didnt buy I will be back with my tax return and will only shop from Josh and the bed store!
