Ron at Brothers bedding was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t try to hard sell us. Just gave us great options and good advice. We were in and out in less than an hour. I will highly recommend Brothers and use them again.

Derrick at Brothers Bedding in Maryville helped us and was awesome. We were shopping for a replacement mattress for our travel trailer and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the options, pros and cons of the mattresses he had available but without a hard sell us. I will update after receiving the mattress and spending time sleeping on it.

Returned to Brothers Bedding after a great experience two years ago. Once again, the knowledgeable staff (in this case Derrick) listened to our needs and recommended the best mattress for our situation. There was no trying to up sell, rather he recommended a more moderately price mattress based on our expected use. Mattress and foundation both hand made locally in Knoxville, why go anywhere else? We heard of Brothers Bedding from neighbors on NextDoor website. We shopped at the Maryville location. The showroom was very clean and tidy. Our salesperson, Derek, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave us his undivided attention without being pushy. He encouraged us to take as much time as we wanted testing as many mattresses as we wanted. We ultimately chose a mattress and are awaiting delivery. We have every confidence we will be completely happy with our purchase and any follow-up customer service. Would highly recommend giving them a try.

Excellent customer service with Derrick, who is the manager. He is not pushy and very knowledgeable. I purchased the Brothers Bedding brand a medium comfort with pillow topper. They custom make their mattresses in Knoxville so it is nice to be supporting a local business. I look forward to sleeping on it and if I decide I need it to be firmer or softer, he will switch it.

Very pleased with my Brothers Bedding mattress. My wife and I have been sleeping on our Moondancer with medium firmness for almost a year now so I feel like I can give a fair review at this point. This is a high quality mattress and just like a high quality pair of boots it takes time to break in, but the result is worth the wait .Only wish Id known that it would take a few months to really get comfortable .Being patient has really paid off. 3 to 6 months is when it really started to feel like the broken in one on the sales floor. Highly recommend and the delivery team was top notch, not like the hoodlums from the tuck you in company in town. Definitely didnt mind letting these guys in the house.

Back for a second time purchase! I used Brothers Bedding a few years ago. I had such a great, easy, non hasal experience the first time. That we went with them again for another family members bed. Derrick was so helpful, the bed was for my 13 year son and Derrick even answered all of his questions about the many styles of beds. Superior service, delivery was friendly and on time. Ordered a mattress, custom size, made for my camper on Friday evening and Derrick just called to tell me its ready ( Tuesday ). I cant remember having better service than this. I went to the Marysville-Alcoa store as it is near the campground I visit often. I dont doubt it was made more firm than the one in the store as customer service seems to be their priority.Diana was very helpful in the store and showed me many options. I was recommended to Brothers Bedding. Now I see why.

Loved the ability to try out the beds/mattresses with no pressure. Salesman told us about each of the mattresses but did not pressure us to buy a certain one. I would have given this store and the salesman 5 stars but for the price of the mattress, which I know the didnt really control.

This is the second mattress we have purchased from Brothers Bedding. We have been extremely satisfied with our mattress purchased last year, so when it came time to purchase another for a family member, there was no other choice than to purchased from them.
