It has been almost a year. We paid a lot of money for our kitchen. It is beyond their expertise. His employees complain about him not willing to pay them. I do not think they can handle high end kitchens. I had all different of issues with this kitchen company. Wrong items delivered. Wrong cabinets. Doors don’t close right. Problems with installation. Owner keeps promising but fails to deliver his promises. The job was never finished. I still have stuff that is sitting in my garage and laundry room that was never installed. I called kitchen factory rep. I guess my next step is to fire jim Worley and deal with the factory immediately. I have photos. I will send upon request.
They wouldnt sell me any counter tops because they werent doing the installs and the lady told me to go to Lowes..lol hows that for business? She wasnt very friendly either.
This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Me and my mother walked in and this lady at the computer didn’t act like she wanted to help us at all. We had questions, not knowing how this place worked, and she wasn’t helpful at all. I walked out and would never spend my money here. If you want customers, treat them with good customer service. This was the worst service I’ve ever received.
I have used this company twice. The first time, everything went smoothly and that experience predicated the choice to use them for a remodel of the second rental house. it was a huge mistake. From the contractor mis -measuring in the install, to the sales person ordering the wrong counter top, to not installing a support for the counter in a corner, to sharp unnecessary words from the owner and constant billing for work that was not finished, and the list goes on! Please think twice and maybe three times before choosing this company. if you do chose this company, be prepared to be ready to stand your ground until all work is satisfactorily completed.
Super nice when I called them for a quote and helped set me up
