This store has so much to choose from. Very clean and well organized. The employees are great to talk to and are willing to walk you to the item you are looking for. A lot of places they will point to the general location and that is it. A great place to shop.

If you havent been before its a bunch like Tractor Supply. They have a bunch of stuff. Milwaukee power tools, other tools, clothes, boots, some guns, knives, fishing equipment, camping equipment, feed, farming implements, rabbits, chicks, a bit of food stuffs, and more. Theres a decent chance theyll have something you need or something you may be able to use instead. One day Im going to get supplies there to build and stock a chicken coupe. My only complaint is that every time Ive been there theyll have only one or two registers open so if you go just a heads up you may have a bit of a wait in a check out line.

Went in for a dog harness this time. An XS would have fit her better, but the XS harness was way thinner and different. We bought our puppy the small one as it was way better quality in general. It was almost $25 with tax. Seems steep, but I think that reflects more on overall price hikes in the country and not on the store. Was asked if we needed help by 2 separate male employees which was nice.

I go into this store quite often. Very nice staff. They help me find what I am looking for. Very clean and maintained store. They have a very good gun selection. If you every get the means, go check them out. Everything is at a very good price and is a quality product.

I love this store. If you like chickens then this is the store for you. If you need farm tools or tractors then this place is for you. If you need clothes or food or wires or pipes then this store is for you. If you need bird seed or bunny beds, this place is for you.On top of they they have a great coffee blend and free popcorn.It doesnt get much better than that.

About any kind of indoor/outdoor tool ya need is there, ammo and guns, farm equipment/supplies, and even a cute baby chick! Clothing and outdoor furniture is available as well. The only complaint I have at all is the temp in the store. During the summer gets so hot after 10mins, Im done and ready to leave. Still a great store, just in an old building.

I am not a farmer/gardener but I needed some yard supplies. Wasnt sure exactly what I needed but staff was awesome and they helped me find everything I needed. (They also have serious Herbicide here that a lot of big box stores dont carry.)

We buy our bird seed here and they always have them in stock at a great price. Employees are ready to help when needed. Oh, and we love the popcorn.

All the buggies were stuck together. I waited for a customer that had one. It was missing half the tread on one wheel and rolled terribly. I went for a gallon of Lucas but out of stock. Bought some oil instead that was on sale at the end of the isle. Waited in line for 10 minutes to check out. The oil ended up ringing up full price. I took a picture of the sale because of the last time I was there my battery rang up wrong. Took a while to correct. Over this place. Back to Tractor Supply from now on.

I could be in this store for an hour! The Maryville location is bigger than Sweetwater which means more to look at and more to purchase. The store employees not only directed me to the items I was looking for but also showed me similar items that I might be interested in. They were also knowledgeable about the items. GREAT customer service! This is why I keep coming back! 💜🇺🇸

I needed an air filter for my RK-19. They didnt have any on the shelf. The associate at the desk went back to the service department and found one for me. I think that went beyond normal service and I greatly appreciate it.

I go for the gun ammo safe selection, clothes, and to look at farm animals with my 3 yr old....oh and popcorn when it looks safe and sanitary 😊😉

Dont bother going here until they finally hire some workers. Terrible experience. Didnt encounter any employees that cared one bit. Manager wouldnt even speak. I guess he was too frustrated also. This used to be a good, productive, pleasant place. Not now. Not since the government pays people to sit at home. Hopefully it improves after employment normalizes. I wont be back until late fall, then Ill give it another try.

Once great for selection selection service. Both have gone way downhill as most employees are disinterested in helping and stocking/ restocking has become quite bad.Hopefully management will figure out how to fix this and make it a great place to shop again.

Great buy on my car battery.

We arrived at 8:30am and got 200 lbs of bird seed. We went to the front of the store to pay for the bird seed and saw 5 different employees talking. We waited, standing there, for about 3-5 minutes for someone to offer to check us out. While we waited one of the employees was explaining to the other cashiers how he had been shot, tasered, and experienced mustard gas. (I’m not making this stuff up). Finally when we asked if someone was going to help us the cashiers turned around and stared at us like we were being an inconvenience. The employee who was captivating his fellow employees with his tales of pain said he would take care of us. The employee that checked us out did offer to help us out with the bird seed. We are repeat customers to this store but after this experience we may have to change that.

One of my favorite stores to get gardening supplies, pet supplies, and things for my home. They have much of what a farmer or homesteaders needs for their land, animals, and home.

I went to return an item. They wanted to give me 4.39 for 17.02 item. Are you serious.never again.i ask if they had a certain part they said yes. They management didnt know how to do a refund and she got mad! Because I wanted my money. Rip offs

Only my third time in but stock seems down. Some areas looked like there was much less stock and in general shelves were a bit sparse, possibly a space relocation or rework underway. I was looking for Rotella diesel oil - only 5 gal T4 in and no T5 or T6. I will stick to the other location on Norris freeway.

Rural King has again shown that theyre customer focused. I had a small broken part on my newly acquired RK24 tractor (still under the two year warranty) and Jeff in the repair department found a used spare part that greatly helped. Thanks guys! Great to see that some of the stores have a great customer service ethic!

Good for co-op. It ihas some unusual things. Overall pretty good. Staff was very knowledgeable and exhibited excellent customer service.

Was pretty decent when they opened, but it has gone so far downhill Ill avoid it like the plague. One register was open with a line of 20 people. Over a dozen employees standing around the entire store chatting, in the way of aisles, not doing anything helpful for anyone. Cut our trip short because we couldnt get down an aisle to the other side of the store. By short, I mean we still stood in checkout longer than actually shopping.No masks were present in the time of a pandemic.

I always buy my flowers at Rural King. Beautiful healthy plants. Also some of the best local made farm foods like Chow chow, Apple Butter and Apple jelly are just a few of the items they have. So delicious. You need to try them.

We were there to purchase a gun safe for my husbands walk in closet. It was of great quality and will likely be back for another one shortly.

Order placed night before pickup. Email received it was ready. Got there and waited 40 minutes for them t o put order together (15 bags of wood pellets). Three bags were torn. They taped 2 but had to get another as too much was lost on ground.

They need more cashiers. Otherwise friendly and helpful. Good selection.

Great employees. Called about garage lights had two in stock saved for us at service counter until we could get there from Knoxville. So helpful.

I have screen shots to prove my complaint about the Maryville Tn. location on 5/13/21. I called at 330 to see if I could get a pair of boots on hold for my wife to pick them up in about 45 minutes since she works very close by. I called and pressed three as stated and got sent to customer service where I told him I was looking for boots. He said he would see if he could get someone for me to help. 25 minutes and 19 seconds later I hung up and called again. Same dude answered the phone and I stated it was me again. Making sure no one had forgot about me told him I been on hold for nearly 30 minutes, just trying to see if it’s in stock and would like to get it out on hold. After 10 minutes and 18 seconds I finally gave up. If someone wasn’t working apparel, would be fine, just tell me that. Heck, I would have been less upset if they would have just told me they weren’t going to help me at all instead of waiting nearly 45 minutes of my time. This is substandard and unacceptable. This location and their apparel are substandard. Quit a sham too because I loved shopping here. Oh well. So heads up, don’t bother calling here for the apparel. Don’t waist your time. If I could give less then 1 star I would.

Great Customer Service and extra help. We had bought a dirt bike for my son and they made sure it had gas in it to start it up before we left. They even gave us a discount because it had a dent and some small scratches.

This store has literally everything from boots to food to dog beds to chickens. Its like a cross between the co-op and Target. Their customer service is great, too. They know where everything is and they are always happy to help. We went in looking for beekeeping equipment which they didnt have today but they had so much other useful stuff. And they have fresh popped popcorn. What more could you want?

Great place to shop for just about everything! Clothing-jeans,work pants,socks,belts,work shorts,underwear, jackets; grocery items, plants, pet food and toys; ant bait traps; grass seed; bird seed,suet cakes,feeders; recliner; tarps plus a whole lot more. These are just some of the things Ive been able to purchase. Their prices are VERY reasonable! AND you can find employees working out on the floor when you have questions. Rural King is my favorite store!!

Starting work here Tuesday. I love the store, and they carry HOOEY merchandise, which is rare around Blount county.

Very trashy and disgusting, trash everywhere, not enough workers Im litteraly waiting in the checkout line for 20 minutes and Everytime I go here, most of the animal feed I get from here is moldy and their carts never work and their always out of something and their bathrooms arent very clean and neither is their store.

This place is amazing!!! It caters to more than the folks that operate on the farm. The clothing is always reasonable, great hardware selection that will help keep you from spending a fortune at the other places. Pets are welcome in the store and the available brands of pet food is great.

I went to purchase some Antibacterial Wipes for our granddaughters grade school class. I was able to to get 19 containers for 49 cents per 80 count container. This was a great value.

They neglected to take care of there live stock and no one was on duty watching them. I alerted a worker that one of their ducks had died next to the rest of the ducks, he then brushed it off and laughed. REPULSIVE SERVICE!!!

Great place to pick up everything from dog food and sundries to ammunition, although it is heavily trafficked and the lines are long.

Interesting country store. Bought a tshirt and a extension cord, both were at decent prices.My complaint is that the place is covered in warnings against theft, security cameras, and pictures of wanted shoplifters. Im not a thief, but it makes you feel a bit paranoid and has a bad anesthetic.
