Great service. I needed a battery for a watch I just purchased. I hadnt the time yet to see what kind of battery it needed. Was not only informed what type of battery I needed. They installed the battery for me for no extra charge.

I always have a great experience in this store. Love the new fall home decor! This location has the best hot ready made egg rolls. Yum! The garden center is huge. I was purchasing from the garden center all summer. Im looking forward to Spring already! When the auto center gets it together I will up my stars to 5. Great job!

Usually very well stocked. I wish that employees were trained more like Lowes employees because they know where everything is and are happy to help. Any Walmart Ive been to, it seems that the employees try to avoid helping customers and definitely arent knowledged of all the items and locations in the store. They never have enough registers open so waiting in line is inevitable. I know finding help is an issue now but Ive seen these issues for 5+ years.

Although Walmart probably is the go to place to shop, several of my staple items are always sold out. This has been going on well before the Covid shortages.. Then I have to shop somewhere else taking more of my time. Walmart is a necessary evil that I put up with.

This is the other Walmart in Blount County, TN, located at 2410 SR 411 in Maryville. I much prefer this one to the other, located in Hunters Crossing Mall, Alcoa.The one in Maryville on 411 isnt as crowded, has easier parking, and its much cleaner than the Alcoa Walmart.

This is hands down the best Walmart service weve ever experienced. Donna is a natural customer service champion - I hope management recognizes shes amazing! We were looking for a wreath to decorate a door in a nursing home. When you didnt have wreaths, Donna thought out of the box and found us other options. Service wed expect in a boutique, not a big store!

If you are paying with debit card, do not use self checkout. Was there less than 30 minutes ago, scanned card and was declined. This has happened numerous times. Employee in the past has had me to swipe multiple times and would accept my card. Today, swiped numerous times and still would not take. Employee just sat on her stool looking at her phone. I left the store leaving my items at the station. Don’t think I will be back in this store for quite a while and if so will not use self check out !! Someone should update these machines or trash them!

Im not a fan of any Walmart. Call me old fashioned, but I like my hometown storefronts. But I have nothing to complain about in this location. Usually fairly well stocked, no wait in self checkouts usually, friendly employees.

I was able to get there with plenty of time to go straight to what I was there for and payed for it at a self checkout lane and managed to get to my destination right on time. At first I was sure that I would be in Walmart trying to find what I came for and waiting in line to pay for a long time but to my surprise I was in and out really quickly.

Just an average Walmart. It was cleaner, and more organized than some of the surrounding ones, but the others have more selection of what I was looking for. All in all just average to me.

Walmart has really gotten very slack on there customer service. Especially for the senior citizen in the community.They have forgotten who made them the super power they are. And how. 90% of Senior Citizens still use 🖊️ pencil 📝, paper for there grocery list and to do list. And they definitely have always done business talking and getting help from a HUMAN BEING.... COME ON WALMART. REMEMBER WHO ACTUALLY MADE YOU THE POWER STORE YOU ARE.....

You go into Walmart and some of the shelves are Empty, as Big as Wal-Mart is they could send their truckers to the ports without a 5/6 hours b4 you can load. Alright Walmart flex your muscles as the company that ran Mom and Pop grocery stores out of business, period!!!!!!

No registers open all of it was self checkout and it wouldnt give the change then they ask me if I wanted my change lololololololol Walmart sure doesnt need it.... besides I was doing my own ringing it up

I just cant say enough for this store. I need more stars! 😃 I ordered a pickup last week and one of the first bags I saw as I was unloading my car did not look like the stuff I ordered. I said to myself, Oh no; I have someone elses stuff but then I started seeing my own. I am adding a photo of all the free full size products they gave me and inside a free cooler bag was a thank you card with a $2.00 off coupon for a hallmark card. Maryville Walmart has shown me there are so many giving people in our times of need. You rock!

Store was not as busy as usual. Overall clean, however, many center aisles were blocked by merchandise that needed to be stocked. Pharmacy & health and beauty aisles were empty in many areas. Feminine hygiene aisle only had most expensive items on shelves. Womens clothing area had many nearly empty racks and hanging selections were sparse. Grocery side was better stocked than the rest of the store. Fresh meat selection has increased in price as compared to previous week. Frozen area, dairy and produce were well stocked. Customer service was nonexistent for the majority of the store. Overall, okay experience.

If I could give a 0 star I would. They are constantly messing up online orders. Just recently placed a 200$ grocery order because that was my budget for the week and they have a hold on my account canceled my order and have no information other than it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to be released. The most inconvenient place and I will not spend another penny in any Walmart for the position they have put me and my family in!

My visit to Walmart was pleasant . A young lady in electronics helped me find the items I needed and made my visit a lot easier.

It was terrible. Long lines for cashiers. No lines for self service. This is always what I find. Dont go as much as I used to. Dont want to go. Rather spend more have better service

Usually always find what I need when u go looking. Its so odd to see how much its changed from when I remember it just being built as a kid! This area has definitely built itself up so much than I couldve ever imagined.

Its a Walmart. Usual customer service. Ask someone for help and they dont know where it is. Then the shelf is empty where the item was once displayed. Wait an hour to return something IF you can- the receipts are made to become illegible if folded . Walmart is our dystopian future unfolding before your eyes.

If I wanted to scan and bag all my groceries I would apply for a job! Not want I want to do after working all day. Create more jobs and hire cashiers, keep your lines moving quickly, if Im doing it all myself I want an employee discount!! Not earning you any favor points with the public.

Every time I go in there these days nothing is ever stocked. The one on 411 in Maryville. They wont stock the shelves. When you check the app it will say item in stock, but when you get to the aisle to get it they dont have any. And when you ask for help they say it says we have 10 of something, but its not here so we must be out. The employees dont want to do their jobs.

LOVE the store but you need people in the electric section that know a little about the products in the area the same for each departments.

Stock always seems low and staff arent friendly. They have Uber and door dash park in a totally different area from whats clearly marked for delivery drivers.

We get out groceries picked here. Really friendly folks. Have not had any issues with the pre-pick stuff. Great delivery to your car kids too…. All very kind…..

Wow, just wow. What ALL Walmarts should strive to be like. Had an exchange without a receipt and it couldnt have gone smoother, without judgement. She also pointed me in the direction of something else i was looking for in the store, since it was an in-store only item and i had to drive a distance to get to the store that had it in stock. And let me tell you, the store was BEAUTIFUL. All the workers were busy buzzing around like bees, and actually stopped to offer help, or say, Excuse me! My local Walmart is a dump and so unfriendly, offers zero variety, but i might just drive a little further to go to this one in the future. Wow, again.

The store in Maryville is a lot cleaner and friendlier then the main store in Sevierville, I will take more of my business here.

We hardly ever shop at this location. The reason being, they cant keep items stocked and their employees, well, they lack the customer service feel. We went in for a quick grab. As usual, empty shelves all over the place even though they are stocking the shelves and blocking the aisle-ways. We went to get just 3-4 items but left having to get nothing but one thing that we went for. They didnt have it in stock on the shelf and when asking an employee stocking if they possibly had some in the back, they just gaze back with a blank look. They dont radio and ask, they dont speak, they wont even go look, they just looked at the empty shelf and said, Nope. This very reason is why we drive out of our way to shop at the Alcoa Walmart.

Checked in for grocery pickup. Waited 20 mins and called them they said I wasnt checked in yet my app says I was. Said theyd bring it right out. Took another 10mins and everyone who checked in after me had already gotten their food and left. Guy finally loads my car and tells me I am missing items and he has to go back and get them...waited another 10 mins. At this rate I could have shipped all the food faster than pickup! They are getting worse and worse with pick-up!!!! Fix this issue. Go in order of who checks in first and make sure they have everything before you come outside.

Had to check myself out...not fair to people who have more than a few items. I dont like working all day then having to work again checking myself out and not getting paid for it....Very bad business move and terrible customer service!

That place was awful. The shelves were empty. Im alright with not being able to get a few things on my list but this was ridiculous. Its walmart for crying out loud. Supposed to be the place for one stop shopping but boy did they drop the ball in that store. It wasnt like they didnt carry what i needed. I found all the places they were supposed to be just not the actual products. I was so frustrated that i just put my cart back and left and went over to the Alcoa walmart. Didnt have a bit of trouble finding what i needed.

I love going here because MOST of the employees are really kind and helpful in the event that I may need to find something because theyve made some improvements and changes to the arrangement of their merchandise,and I cant always find everything like I used to.They usually will take me to the area where I am looking for whatever I am needing. Thanks guys for yalls patience with me :)

No cashiers to service the reg. Had to wait in line for a few . Could have went thur self check out but I dont receive a paycheck from Walmart so I waited in line like alot of other people

At this store its like you have to beg and grovel to get the most basic of questions answered. Came in to buy a cell phone and 5 employees and 30 minutes later was told by a manager, who acted like I should feel lucky that he took the time to grace me with his presence, that there was no one who could help me because it was 10 oclock and they were closing in an hour and then he said I could try my luck the next morning when they opened. All of that is ok but why they are so incredibly and unnecessarily rude makes no sense. Id rather pay an extra $20 to buy what I need from Target where the employees are nice and paid decently. As consumers we do actually have some power.

I always find what I want .and the store is clean.

Always out of stock of even basic items. Lots of staff just standing around talking.

Mostly I can find what I need there and get it pretty quickly. Some items, ranging from some supplements to aerosol disinfectant and other things dont seem to have an adequate supply chain for yet. I try to shop other local places but WM is convenient and fairly consistent. Somebodys got to keep the Chinese economy strong, right? Remember when WM used to have signs about Made In USA?

As always with Walmart. It was understaffed and doesnt have some of the items on my list. Too bad they are a necessary store.

Usually higher score. But my grand caughtthe Sheth likes the decadent pearl sugar cookies, they were out. I asked a bakery employee and they said if its not on the shelf were out. Last week same thing only different lady an she got us 3 boxes out of the cooler and was exceptionally nice.

That story was fairly well-stocked however when I went to talk to you and Floyd about where I can find a certain items help in space taking me through the same area what did not have them I told him that there should be a cross-section in which the gel pens existed. After walking around the store for about 30 minutes I didnt that kind of gel pens, the same employee who made me feel Rutter like he thought I was stupid was in that very aisle with the gel pens and didnt say a word and it turns out that I was right

A very nice Walmart. I actually came here to witness the eclipse, and the staff did very well at keeping up with the increased demand. It also felt bigger than some other Walmart Supercenters Ive been to in the past. Recommended!

We were checking out and the cashier with the half and half hair was finishing and the last item was the cupcakes we ordered weren’t scanning. So she picked the up to look at the barcode and messed them up. Was not pleased, did not get a apology from her, got attitude from the girl that tried to help and ended up paying full price for the cupcakes that she messed up. 😡😡😡

Expensive though spent 195 dollars just on hkusehold products prices seem to be rising

Prices are better than other stores but many shelves are empty or discontinued. WM loses business because I just go to another store.

The layout is very confusing and not easy to understand. Upon checking out in Lawn & Garden discovered the cashier went on a bathroom break and the relief would not check anyone until their return. 3 people in line had to wait 10 minutes while an employee stood there blocking the checkout until the cashier returned..unprofessional

Went in at 6:00 am for the first pharmacy appointment for my second Covid vaccine. Such a nice pharmacy and it was nice to shop when it was a light crowd.

They had what I needed, thats a positive..

One employee trying to do the job of 10 people. My register woukdnt take my card and took 3 workers to figure out what the problem was. And each one acted like they was trying to do 10 things at one time. Thats absolutely crazy. A worker needs to focus on a resolution, thats how grave mistakes are made.

If doing grocery pick up here dont get the last slot of 7-8 they will delay it until the next day so they dont have to deal with it I guess, and tell you nothing about it . Why would they make that spot available if they wont honor it.

It has so much more than the madisonville Walmart.

The store itself is what you would expect of any Walmart. Pick up orders can be hit or miss. Last night I waited over an hour in my car for things to be brought out. I could have done my own shopping in that amount of time but by that point I was trapped and couldnt undo it. Plus things that I had paid for were missing from the order and I was told I would have to call the 800 number for a refund on those things, even though I was still at the store and they could have just grabbed another of the things that were missing. Still there have been other times where things have gone smoothly. All Walmarts across the board at this point seem to have major lack of staffing which leads to these kinds of problems. Its not really the workers fault for upper management decisions.

I understand changes have been made because of covid but let me just say when it was open 24 hours there were less people in the store in general. Its always been steady but it has gotten ridiculous and people arent required to wear masks anymore. If people dont have enough sense to not block an entire aisle with their buggy they obviously dont have enough sense to make that decision for their self.

The new curb side pickup has made it an unpleasant shopping experience in the store. Tried shopping there today and felt like I was going to be run over my the Walmart employees running around frantically with their gigantic carts. Im not sure if they are on a time limit or what, but they definitely need some training or a change of standards.Went to checkout and the Walmart standard of two staffed registers were open.

So Walmart supercenter its a little less crowded and then the other one across town and its a little nicer Id rather go there and then Alcoa
