Walked into this establishment ready to shop for living room furniture, 5 employees present not one of them said hello, blonde haired lady looked Us in the face still didnt speak, I waved and spoke, They looked at Us like We didnt belong, so guess what, turned around and left, tore out of the parking lot liked a scalded dog, had excellent experiences at Bill Cox and Brown Squirrel where I was happy to drop a few grand on some beautiful high quality leather furniture

What a great bunch of folks! Thank you, Vicki, for assisting me in leading me in the right direction to finding what I need. I ended up with a special order of a stool that wasnt typical in height. It just so happened that they had a stool in the back that had one leg a little shorter than the other 3. That short leg made the stool the perfect height. Special thanks to Chad, the owner, who cut and evened out the other 3 legs to match. Voila and there you go - the stool I needed. Great price and good quality. Brian, thank you for assisting with the final sale and carrying it out to the car for me. I would definatly recommend Furniture Discount Warehouse. Awesome customer service.

You get the same prices as at a furniture store and you get a bigger selection at a furniture stores! Putting the words Discount & Warehouse does NOT mean better prices. Dont be fooled. I would NOT recommend this place.

This is my favorite furniture store by far! They have an excellent selection of every type or furniture there is and can accommodate any price range you need. Also, most everything is usually in stock and if its not, it is not that long of a wait compared to other stores. The owner is an amazing family man who will go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of! I highly recommend making this place a priority for your next furniture venture!

It is okay. Prices are not as cheap as they lead you to believe before getting you in there. They just have a piece of this and a piece of that. Very few sets. They said they cant order anything within a reasonable time period so whatever is on the website you cant get.

We just moved to Tennessee from Wisconsin and had sold all our furniture before leaving. We wanted a nice chair that will last awhile and fit in any decor in the future as we are currently renting but are house hunting. Not knowing much about the area, we found Furniture Discount Warehouse online and decided to check it out.Not once did we feel pressured and were given all the time we needed to walk around and test drive every single chair. The selection was good and the chair we picked out was in stock in the warehouse which is hard to find these days.So excited to have a piece of furniture without waiting weeks or even months! Chad was a pleasure to do business with and we will not only recommend his store we will be back when we need additional furniture.

Very pleasant people to work with. I received my orders on time. They expertly set up the bed and attached it to my sleep number bed. The quality of what I got, a bedroom set, an entry table plus a tv or entertainment table were frost rate. No scratches or marks that didn’t belong. I’ve ordered three times now and will do so again.

My Daughter and her husband came into your store on Friday afternoon about 530pm, the lady was very nice but her husband on the other hand was rude. The lady told my daughter there was more in back,my daughter over heard the gentlemen say he didnt see any potential customers in the store while looking right at them and he was ready to close. His rudeness cost you a sale. A good rule to follow in business is to treat everyone with the same respect you would expect .

I moved to Blount County in 2005 and bought a living room set from this store. They were so incredibly accommodating to help me out then that I went back and bought more furniture over the years. Now, they are my go-to store for furniture. I go online for what I am looking for and then come to them with the details to see what they can do. The prices are usually right in line with online retailers (looking at you, Amazon) and I can have them deliver and set up the furniture in my house. Yes, I can work a drill and a wrench and I can move stuff myself, but it really is nice to have someone else do that for you as needed.I think its important to know that high-throughput retailers like Amazon are able to sell furniture much cheaper and that items made overseas are produced in countries with little to no labor regulations, so it is difficult for a US-based furniture maker to make a product for the same price. I wont go on and on about this situation but I would highly encourage people to consider this when you purchase large ticket items. I also understand people have budgetary limitations and sometimes it is more cost effective to buy and install yourself. Its just something to consider. Overall, if you have a set budget and know what you want, at least give them a try.By the way, I always deal with Bryan as I really enjoy working with him but I also have worked with other employees there and have never been disappointed. East Tennessee service for the win.I would always rather support my local companies and their employees, whenever economically feasible. Thats just my personal preference. These folks will find you what you want, get as close as they can to online prices, and work with you while employing good folks in your community to get it done. The ultimate decision is up to you depending on your specific situation, but I would encourage consumers to give them a chance to match your numbers whenever possible.EDIT: Grammatical correction. :)

I drove all over Maryville to get a recliner because I injured myself and had to have surgery.(I dont like driving to Knoxville.) I went here around 4:30pm and found a very awesome and comfortable recliner. The gentalman were very nice and were very social. After I left they had my recliner to me a little after 6pm. I wont shop for furniture at any other place now. Thanks. Oh BTW the Owner and the salesman brought me my recliner in a personal vehicle. Very top notch company.

I’m sorry I ever found this place. I paid a premium price for substandard furniture. I hadn’t had the furniture two months before the springs started coming through the padding. I weigh 160 lbs no children. They sent a man to look at the problem but he never contacted me again that’s going on two months waiting for them to make good on the guarantee. I contacted Ashley about the problem. I got redirected back to furniture discount warehouse smh. I looked at my receipt and it says no refund. I’m stuck with a sofa I paid a thousand dollars for and it’s junk. Horrible customer service. Vietnam made junk. I will never do business with them again. Buyer beware. You really do get what you pay for in name brand furniture. I wish I had bought Lazy boy.

I bought a leather reclining sofa and loveseat by Ashley. In two months time the springs were coming through the padding of the seat portion of the sofa. I called them and they sent a man out to look at the problem. It’s going on two months now and I haven’t heard anything from them. I called ashley customer service and found out it’s made in Vietnam. Cheap junk. I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from them. Customer service is a joke and the furniture isn’t of good quality. I’ll never do business with them again. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. I wish I had bought lazy boy. UPDATE. I called them in response to their answer and guess what he’s not there for one reason or another. I will see them in court.

Dont go there. I called to cancel my order because of the lack of communication with them. I mean I have them a downpayment and even forgot I had ordered something. Employee tells me it was just ordered yesterday...owner calls me back 5 min later and says something else. Evwryone needs to be on tje same page. I tell him i want to cancel, he says you forfeot your downpayment. Super glad I didnt give them more than the 150 I did...what a joke
