Wonderful, caring, and personable would describe the experience I had! Caszi made me feel like she wanted to do the best job on the ornaments I ordered. I wasnt disappointed either! Made my girlfriend cry when she opened them. First ornaments on the tree too! Thank you so much for making me feel so special!
