I received excellent customer service at this location. A special thank you to Robbie for his assistance in the nuts and bolts department. He took his time finding just the right fasteners to repair a wheel on my mothers rolling walker. Such a helpful kind man. I highly recommend this store.

Just came in as a customer to get a lousy $2 key copy, but having just left Firestone with a bad taste in my mouth, since they wanted me to wait an hour or two, to fix their screw up, where they replaced the battery under my back seat a couple of months ago and buried the seatbelts, I decided that while I was at co-op to ask the mechanics if they could handle that, which they so graciously volunteered to do for me gratis, and it took all of 5 minutes or less! Thank you so much co-op, I hope you carry interstate batteries or ill have to change my preferred brand, as I will be buying my next one there, and never ever ever, again at Firestone!

A good selection of your farming needs

Bought a $7k mower here in 2016, and a few years later that can’t look up the parts I need. I was told they purge their system every couple of years. Don’t count on them for long term support. It is easier and cheaper to buy online. I just was looking for Air Filter, belt & blades. Very disappointed!

New to chickens. Was looking for feed. 5 employees around me seemed very uninterested in helping me out. However, I think co-op is still better place to get my chicks in a few days compared to others so my starters will come from there tomorrow.

The tire guys at ag central co-op deserve all the praise these guys took care of me better than any shop ive ever been to. They just made a customer for life.

I stopped in to ask if they could get a gas cap for a log splitter. They said they could but didnt feel like it. Avoid this place at all costs. They dont value their jobs or customers. Sad.

This place has been here since i was a kid.. so a long time.... I still go here because its where Ive always gone and they have everything for your animals!

Was able to use the curbside service to get some baby chicks and all the stuff needed for them. It was so easy and convenient to pay over the phone then go pick them up. Quick, easy and exactly what we needed. I highly recommend the curbside during this time!

This place is very clean and well organized. The associates are very respectful and knowledgeable. For its size they have a nice selection. I love it because I can park right next to the door. It is also very easy to find what you need even if you dont like to ask for directions. If you need help they are Johnny on the spot. To not only help you find whatever you need but, also able to provide helpful information on your desired product. They are also very good at helping you find what you need when you dont actually know the name of a product. There ability to find a whatchamacallit is unsurpassed. The top reason I have for shopping there is they are all owned by independent retailers. Therefore all the money stays in town.

We had an unexpected flat today and they took care of us right away. Great service and nice people. We had purchased the tires there and they honored the road hazard with no problem. The great thing is that the road hazard came with the tires...no extra fees. Very pleasantly surprised!

The guys in the mower shop/ small engine repair are really professional and helpful. The guy called and explained the problem with my chainsaw and told me exactly what it would cost before he started and then when I went in to pick it up, he took the time to start it up. He even showed me all the steps on two different brands of chainsaws. Cody is very professional.

Always has just what we need for our Homestead. Everything is very organized and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I depend on AgCentral so I can run my place effectively.

Great store

While I love to support local business, this is the last place Id visit. I asked for help selecting a some pricey Stihl items for my husbands birthday. The guy at the rear counter treated me like an idiot and said no woman can ever have a really good knowledge of tools/equipment and I needed to instead buy a gift card and leave mans shopping to men. While I dont profess extensive knowledge about tools/equipment, I found his attitude to be demeaning and rude. This place offers customer service (to women at least) at its worst, so unless youre a glutton for punishment or a chauvinist, please, DO NOT shop here.

Great place for farm supplies

If you are in this store 15 minutes to closing, I hope you are not harassed as I was. I am 60 years old and disabled. A female employee kept tormenting me as to what was I looking for. After the 4th time she took my buggy from the back of the store and took off to the register. I will never shop at that store again. She was so very rude and cost the store a large purchase. Customer service is unacceptable.

My husband and I have been coming here for years for most of our home and garden needs. Its our neighborhood hardware store and weve loved having it so close to our home. I usually buy 4-5 scoops of their mulch, twice a year. Ive had issues waiting for someone to load my mulch in the past, but today was the worst experience yet. I waited 20 minutes, called once, went inside once without ever getting my mulch. I watched as everyone who arrived after me received service before me. I finally went back inside for a refund. A sorry was the best they could do. Ill be purchasing my mulch elsewhere from now on.

Better place to spend your money than a big chain store

I went in hoping to find some Blount County heirloom seeds. Unfortunately, I was confronted by row upon row of pesticides and herbicides, which seemed to be the main thing they were selling. That shows not only a profound disrespect for the environment and for Blount County farmers and gardeners, who have respect for the land and their heritage, but promotes the very worst aspects of Blount County agriculture and portrays our county as a subsidiary of Monsanto. We have a great agricultural tradition in this county and it is sad that our co-op cannot see or promote that. The co-op didn’t use to be this way. Whoever is running it now is not only a sell out to the chemical companies, but also does not care about the poisoning of our citizens, children, land, wildlife and insects. If there was a one star option, I would give that review or better yet negative stars. Disgusting!

I cannot say enough good things about everyone of the employees in this store, They all are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell, If you find an employee that is not familiar with the product, tool, service etc that you are looking for, They will find you an employee that is familiar with it! Prices are very fair, store is kept clean and organized,A very good place to do business!

They can not keep dog food, nutrisource, priced the same from what is priced on the self, then at check out the dog food is priced much more.Then the women running the cash register begin to become mad at you.This has happen to me the last two times buying the dog food. They keep going up. I will not be back to buy dog food. Found the same dog food online much cheaper with free shipping 2 day shipping with no tax.I am tried debating the women at the front and carrying dog food back and forth.

Stihl sent me here for service they told me this was the best place to have service work done and they were right, thanks Ag Central very professional

For propane refill this place is complete waste of time. Only RV, or vehicles with separate compartment for tank. News flash, co-op, most people drive SUVs now. Save yourself the trouble and go to Heritage propane, or Tractor Supply down the street. Sensible people with sensible rules down there and nicer too.

Love the staff in the repair and mower Dept. I can’t say the same about the rest of the staff. Alot of people standing around talking amongst themselves with no regard to asking the customer if they need help. I was there for over 30 mins and no one asked if they could help me. Ladies in the garden Dept were huddled up talking. I finally asked the lady at checkout for questions on fertilizer and manure.

Meeeehhhhhh, it was a better store 20 years ago. It used to be Blount Farmers Cooperative (The Co-op). I dunno whos making all the decisions, but TSC is beating them out, hands down.

I shop here because it has many of the beekeeping supplies that I need. And its more or less in a convenient location. The prices are in line with whats in catalogs but in catalogs often have to pay for shipping or buy a minimum.

They have everything; even Propane for $2.99 a gallon refill. This weekend, theyre having an exchange BBQ tank for $9.99 !

Great knowledgeable staff will help with any questions. I purchased my first Stihl chainsaw here. Being new to Stihls the staff helped me get it registered and fueled/tested it before I left the store.

Fast easy customer service . on a side note never go to c&d tires you will upcharged for labor and parts not needed walked in to c&d tires for brakes walked out almost pulling my hair out in frustration over for parts cost double labor cost and one over nite stay of my vehicle not counting a standard cost of brakes and rotor yeah went from 70 dollar job to 867.94 but when co-op looked over my vehicle everything was fine just brakes haha!! Right then I knew I was being screwed by c&d tires ..thanks you guys at co-op for a wonderful honest work .
