If you are looking for pretty good quality tools for a reasonable price Ben Harbor Freight is your place the people are friendly everything was pretty easy to find and it was a nice clean store Id recommend it if you need some tools are to do some Home Improvement or outdoor work check out your local Harbor Freight you can probably find the stuff youre looking for.

Friendly staff. Tools are good for what they are, priced for the average person. Not a big fan of the high-end line they offer. But love to browse for something new to try.

Great place for inexpensive tools for the casual tool user. Serious craftsman will probably shop elsewhere but Im not one of those. The store is clean and bright and well organized. Check it out.

Just like all the other Harbor Freight stores, this one has all the tools you could need and then some. The promotional item stacks and end caps usually seem a little messier here than at the other stores and the staff is more of a check out staff than helpful on the tools, but overall the store is clean and has the tools.

Decent tools at great prices for smaller do 8t yourself jobs not quite pro quality but great for do it yourselfers and weekend warriors who dont wanna pay DeWalt prices for tools may not use often

I love Harbor Freight. The employees are so nice and really seem to know their store, the products, and so helpful. I dont feel like its a mens only store. I always leave with so.wth something from that store.

Great prices. Make sure to look at their coupons on the website before you purchase anything. Every tool I have bought has been well made. I use their impact sockets and bits with my Milwaukee power tools. The low profile and normal jacks constantly go on sale for the best prices in town. Their inside track club is also another great deal and they automatically apply coupons so you dont have to show your phone or print them out.

They were out of the advertised product, a bench vice, so I drove to Maryville and back for nothing. Looked to me like inventory was down. The reason it gets three stars is because of price. Their tools are cheap and poorly made but effective enough for light home use.

Looking for 3 ton Jack Stands they didnt have them at the Maryville in Blount County Store but it shows on the internet they did so ?

Plenty of helpful staff to assist you when you have a puzzled look on your face.. Saw the extra discounts for their club and ask what it was. Sounded like staff is really enthused with it and the friends they make as folks become more frequent shoppers.

I like the store, low prices but you get what you pay for. On this visit I purchased a Chicago Electric reciprocating saw and held it a few weeks before I used it. Upon opening the box, pulling it out and plugging it in, it didnt work. I was sorely disappointed and will never buy CE products ever again. I waited too long to check it out, my bad, but the device should have not had an issue out of the box. Overall, staff is excellent in customer service and plenty of stock on shelves and often there are discounts on open box items.

Made a trip to Maryville and thought I had all the tools I needed. These folks were super friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Only down fall is that only needed 1 socket and had to purchase a set of 10. Guess I have some extras for the toolbox.

Worst Harbor Freight location Ive ever been to thanks to the Supervisor. He was very condensending and had such a bad attitude. We drove a long way to get to this location for help on locating an item. He was so unprofessional. We left there very disappointed.

Great prices. The store carries a lot of your tool needs, but the selection is mostly basic. However, the do carry automotive repair tools many other places do not such as lifts, hoists, etc.

Staff was very helpful in replacing my jig saw that was purchased last week and broke after only a few uses. Also I had no receipt or proof of my date of purchase yet they still replaced it. Cheap prices and highly recommended!

A great place. If its a tool you want, they probably have it cheaper than most hardware stores. They have so many items. I bought some tools for my son will be using in his technology classes, today. Very nice products and prices. This wasnt my first purchase nor will it be my last. Highly recommend. My husband and I went to harbor freight in Maryville Tennessee yesterday. I have never been but hes been there 100s of times. He talked me in to going and I gave in and went with him. Needless to say I was in a foul mood the whole car trip. Until we pulled in the parking lot and it was just like the heavens opened up and a light shined down on the building. Ladies there is a hobby lobby attached to this harbor freight so needless to say I will probably go to harbor freight in Maryville every time my husband asks me to go..wink wink

This is a nice harbor freight. The store is very clean and well lit, everything is organized, and the staff are friendly. HF isnt necessarily known for having there best stuff, but serviceable in a pinch.

Tool quality is better than it used to be. Prices are pretty good but be sure to search for coupons online to save even more.

The last two times Ive been here, the line wait has been outrageous and unacceptable. Last time, we waited for probably 15-20 minutes behind a slow transaction. The cashier was waiting on someone else to help out, and it was a very long, drawn-out process. Today, only one lane was open, with 5 people in line, and ANOTHER very slow transaction. After waiting a while, I just put back my products and walked out. How about opening two lanes, and being more efficient!
