We came here to buy a zero turn mower, which is a sizable investment. We met and talked to Zach who was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us choose the right mower for. Steered us in the right direction, and was able to speak from his own experience with the equipment too.

They immediately assessed the problem with my riding mower. Once the part was ordered, it was fixed and cleaned up as well. My mower cuts great now! Everyone was professional, personable and respectful. Thanks for the great job! It was not a cheap fix but it was well worth it for the great service. Tom and his team are great! I have had multiple experiences with CCE and they are always fantastic. Last week, I need a spring for my grass trimmer and wasnt able to to pick it up before they closed. Tom (who was off that day), had his brother drop the part off at his house where I picked it up and paid for it. Elizabeth helped facilitate this and was excellent as well calling to tell me when the part, that had previously been out of stock, was available. They exceeded my expectations - all for a part that cost a whopping $2.84!

Invoice 32495, May 20, 2021I am pleased with the recent experience I had with Commercial Cutting. Michael in the service dept was very professional in addressing my needs and contacted the Hustler manufacturer on my behalf. This was the 2nd time I have had fatigue-induced failures of the support brackets holding the hydro transmissions onto the frame of my 2017 Hustler SDX (~150 hrs). Each time the service department was able to negotiate partial manufacturer coverage for repair and/or replacement of broken parts due to the design defect. With the latest fix, I expect several years of trouble free operation as the newly installed support brackets are thicker and more sturdy and therefore should last longer. My experience with the new brackets is good so far and time will tell.I recommend Commercial Cutting for service work for Hustler mowers and will definitely consider them in the future. They provide good service and were good people to work with. Cliff H.

Commercial cutting equipment is awsome i have a yazoo zero turn mower hard to get parts for.their parts and service department are very helpful they will look endlessly until they find your part. I didnt even buy it there! These folks are awesome! I will be doing business with these guys from now on!

Last November I brought in my commercial mower because I had power loss when the pto was engaged. They told me I needed a new fuel pump and so I had them do the work. The problem was still there when I got it home.I described the problem to someone else, and they diagnosed it sight unseen. I paid 290.81 for a fuel pump when the issue was a loose wire that was fixed with a $.99 packet of bulb grease.Its worked great since the cheap fix.Im giving two stars because they are incredibly friendly.

I brought a mower in that I had picked up on Craigslist. Not only was it a couple of minutes before they were supposed to close, but they also figured out the issue for me within 10 minutes!! The guys in the shop were incredibly helpful!! I will definitely be coming back.

Hands down the best customer service at any mower/equipment shop. They are a business that is there to help with customers needs and not just sell the product. My sister has my late fathers 2000 John Deere mower. The wire that connects in order for the blade to engage kept pulling loose. She sent it there 5 times. 5. She spent over $200 getting people to haul it up there. The last two times this company actually picked it up. They just kept cutting the wire shorter until it would barely reach the clip. The last time they delivered it the mower wouldn’t work as soon as it was taken off the trailer. They kept it another two weeks and said it needed almost $2300 worth of work. I guess it took 5 times to figure that out. A brand new mower is less than that. She told them to forget it and they returned her mower with all the belts off and even the hood disconnected. My sister is retired. She was more than patient with you all. You used her up.

One of the mechanics here is a super great guy. He fixed our walkbehind last year, had the head rebuilt, and some other stuff, and did a great job. He is a super nice God fearing man and I will always come back as long as he is employed here.

Found a problem that another mower shop could not find. They found it within an hour. The other shop had it for 2 weeks. Great staff.

Charlie and Tom make the place what it is, - the best eXmark dealer around. The work hard to ensure everyone gets what they need in a timely manner. The shop isnt the prettiest, but it seems to work for them. Dont buy from any other eXmark dealer but these guys.

Took my weed eater in there 2 weeks ago to get my kill switch fixed and had a fuel leak called said it was fixed put fuel in it and its still leaking fixed the kill switch but they messed up trigger the motor wont increase in the rooms it worked better before they worked on it stay away from them!!!!

I dropped off my Toro Self Propelled hand mower 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. When it ran, I had bought it used someplace else, it belched choking smoke and was tough to start. Then it wouldnt start at all. I just received a call, Tuesday morning at 10:10 that my mower was ready to go! Im not completely incapable, but either I thought sparkplug +, or cracked block? Turned out it needed thst new spark plug and a new air filter, which was clogged beyond recognition. They saved the parts for me to see, got the job done in essentially 1 work day and gave me back a like new piece of equipment for a little over $50! I highly recommend Commercial Cutting Equipment in Maryville, TN for all your equipment purchases and/or repairs and maintenance!
