Tonight at 5:30 marks one week since I received hearing aids from Al. Not cheap by any means, but a new world. He was thorough, my wife and I learned a lot. Ill be back shortly for check-in and possible tweaking, but just want some more time to embellish my list of questions, etc. My wife has been astonished at the things I hear now that shes heard for years, I never did. Like I said, its a new world, thanks!

The staff at the hearing life office in Mashpee MA are terrific. Both Donna and Vilma were helpful, knowledgeable and very caring. They are the type of representative we all would appreciate if they worked for us. “They deserve to be well paid”.

Very knowledgeable staff and the hearing test conducted by I think Vilma was expertly done. She went out of her way, in my opinion, to speak to all my concerns.

I had a very efficient visit yesterday. Checking hearing aids, hearing and retesting to see how my hearing might have changed. Have always been pleased with their care.

Ive been a customer for more than 4 years now (though its changes names a couple of times during that time). HearingLife in Mashpee has always been nothing but helpful, everyone Ive visited. That are courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about hearing aids.

Follow up appointment on Friday 12/11. Adjusted the device for background sound. Seems to have worked very well. Did not have to make any manual adjustments all weekend.
