Lumber supplies I was looking for were pretty low. Most of the employees when you can find one (Mason HD) are knowledgeable. Its convenient so I will continue to shop here.

Good location. Employees are helpful. Prices are often higher here than at competitors. But there are some things that it seems like I can get only at THD.

Nailed it! I know, I know.Since Home Depot added in store product locations to its phone app, trips to HD have become a breeze. I look up the item before heading into the store, get its aisle and bay location and head straight there. Wish I could say I head straight to the register after, but thats never happened to me in a hardware store. But, I always find what I NEED first.

Asked for help in the screw isle and had to speak to 3 different people who couldn’t get ahold of the correct person. 30 minutes later the person finally came and then helped someone else who had just arrived before helping me which took another 10 minutes. Then they weren’t even someone who worked in this department (they worked in plumbing) so they couldn’t provide much help. This is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this here.

I rented a truck with home depot to move a TV. It was my first time moving a tv and two of the home depot employees ( Jose and Ian ) at this location went above and beyond to help me understand how i can strap the tv and move it efficiently. They were of great help to me and their customer service has greatly increased my confidence in home depot. I really appreciate all of their help and guidance they provided to me. I would be happy if home depot can recognize these employees and paas on my feedback.

Nasty manager Allison I have ever seen, very rude. She cant solve problem. My carpet measurement appointment being cancelled 3 times. And she rescheduled 4 time without my permission, how she can send someone without my permission? There is anybody who controls them?

We went to Home Depot today in Lebanon Ohio, we went for landscaping stones we found the ones we wanted it was about 76 stones the cashier sent us outside to the garden area where the stones were already stacked and it would be much easier for them to load the skid in our truck the bill would have been almost 200 dollars we went out to meet the staff working in the lawn and garden to get our order. And under no circumstances did they want to load the skid with a bobcat in our truck OMG it was unbelievable the worker was like I have to move skids of mulch to get to your stones. My husband had enough so we left went to Lowes in Mason Ohio bought our landscaping, stones were cheaper and the staff was great they loaded the stones with ease and quickly. Wont be back at Home Depot any time soon!!

Paid $16,000 to get wood floors installed. Said they would call us in advance to drop it off. Did not call in advance and then said that they came by and no one was home so they left and would try the next day. Came the next day at 6:50 am on a Saturday and have us 10 minutes notice that they would be dropping the floors off in our garage. I told the delivery men that we paid extra to have them drop the wood off in the house. They said no, and continued to drop it off in the garage. I called the store several times and begged them to please comply with what agreed to and have somebody help us move the several hundred boxes of flooring into the house. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company

I have been getting excellent help with my redoing my yard. The Ryan as he is called has been very helpful.

Was sad to hear my Mom(a small woman in her 60’s) was exhausted and upset after visiting this Home Depot.She encountered 15-25 employees as she loaded the 415lbs of mulch bags onto a cart she could barely push, and not one offered to help or say a word. She had asked the sales associate for help, who tried to summon the help of 2 other employees and they both said nobody was available.It was clear she was on her own with this, and the Home Depot employees were fine to watch her struggle through it. Incredibly disappointing and definitely hurt my faith in humanity. I wish I would’ve been there.

The store is always a mess and the product displays are not as good as nearby retailers. Its not bad but certainly could be much better.

Been using this store since 2010, always find what im looking for, quality of items is based on price, if u looking for cheap items, ull get cheap quality, but when u pay reasonable price for an item you get great quality.Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Love the store but we were in the store for 30 minutes at the cabinets and not one person approached or spoke to us. Have felt in the past the customer service was excellent - friendly. It was missing tonight.

The store was not crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed help with screws and someone came over the aisle to assist us. There are good deals on Christmas trees and after holiday related products.

Never had good experience with finding staff or checking out at this location. The customer service staff at desk are rude and will not do anything more then they are required too. Dont dare try to check out there with 1 item they will quickly tell you to go 100 yards to other end of store even though they can check you out there

Came for potted flowers and potting mix. Found what we wanted in no time. Check out quick with friendly cashier!Cant ask for more! Time was around 5pm.

What a great birthday party we had for my son there today. Plenty for the kids to do and even adult beverages for the parents 😉. The staff was warm and friendly. A little tough to find from the street, but well worth the search. We will be back!

Stood at the customer service desk for nearly 10 minutes while a woman was on the phone, the guy dealing with online orders was off helping other customers, and a woman who was apparently working in returns but was out on the floor in front of returns organizing shelves saw me waiting and made no offer to assist me. I did not know she was working in returns I just headed to the desk area and stood waiting patiently. She then proceeded to help another customer who walked up. When I realized she was available I walked up to ask her for assistance and she was rude and her overall demeanor hostile. Not sure what garnered this response from her but it wasnt like I had specifically done something to warrant this type of interaction.

It seems like every time I use Home Depot...they manage to lose or screw up an order. I ordered 220 bags of mulch to be delivered 10 days later. Here’s the comedy of errors and communication trail...1. First the store routed the order to West Chester for delivery, 2. Per the 1-800 number the driver failed to show up, 3. No phone call to me, the customer who had people waiting for the product, 4. They moved my delivery back a week-per the 1-800 number...system error, 5. Called the store Tuesday, placed on hold...no delivery, 6. Called the 1-800 number, spoke to Bill who said the manager would call me and that they would deliver Wednesday, 7. No delivery Wednesday not a phone call...again I called and spoke to the Mgr at the store, Connor. Said he would call back in 10 minutes...still awaiting a call.This is ridiculous...something so simple...should have gone to Lowe’s. Will never step foot in a Home Depot again!!!Don’t shop here...customer service is not a priority!

Absolutely no one helps you at Home Depot. Soulda gone to Lowes, at least employees at Lowes dont turn and run when they see customers. Worst service around and unfortunately its hard to find a Home Depot in Ohio that has helpful employees. Back to Lowes for me.

Had to bring back kitchen and sink accessories. Line was extensive. They brought on extra help to get the lines moving. I had my receipt but the packaging of course had already been dismantled. They said no problem. Got my exchange done in little time and with no hassle.I think the thing that surprised me was, when I walked in and saw the line, I thought this is going to take forever and be a hassle. It was the exact opposite and extremely courteous. They have trained their people well and truly focus on the customer. I recommend this location!

You can find any home repair there and the works will help you. Very awesome place and lots of cool things to find to repair your house.

I give these guys 5 stars because they generally have a much broader selection than other chains like Lowes or Menards. The other chains are moving to more on-line orders and they usually offer free store delivery but sometimes you will see a handling charge. Menard has this on some items. So if you want it now your go to store should be HD. Use their website before you go and they will show you current stock or nearby locations that have your product.

Not the best places to shop around. Have had to follow up multiple times for my blinds installation.

They have lots of stuff, but the service is terrible and the web site does not reflect current stock or location.This is the place to go if you need a product. However, they are terrible regarding customer service. If you need assistance, good luck getting anyone who can:Unlock a cabinet for a toolAssist in loadingAssist in locationAssist in product information.And, the web site will list the product is in stock with ten available, yet on arrival, there are none in the store. The sales people smirk and say the web site is always wrong....If you check the location of the product, the web site may tell you the aisle, but on arrival, it is not in that location...The store people tell you the item is moved... and they dont know where.Soi,They may have what you want, but dont expect help to determine stock, location or assistance.

Great experience tonight at the Fields Ertel Home Depot! Arrived after the curbside pickup was closed. Waved to the employees from outside and a nice man came out. Explained that I really needed the microwave but didnt want to go inside. He said no problem and a few moments later another employee brought out my item. Great service. Wish I had asked for their names. Everytime I use this locations curbside pickup I am impressed.

Home Depot needs to correct their business hours to reflect that they close before 8 PM. No one should go here anytime before 7:30p. I was bounced at 7:55p. Another time it was 7:57. They are very enthusiastic about shutting their doors early and chasing off customers such as myself that simply needed a specific faucet part. A simple pointed reminder upon anyone walking in the door close to closing that you’ll be closing promptly at 8 would suffice. Also it is quite reasonable to allow consumers in the door before closing to complete a quick shopping trip even during COVID-19 when you have to sterilize the store. By law of averages, your typical time the last consumer checks will only go up a few minutes. Is that really worth being zealots and chasing customers off? I ended up going to Lowe’s which happens to be open till 9. I’ve never had that issue there before. This issue has made me not want to visit this store any longer and I am a very frequent customer and a father that often cannot start projects until evening time.

I typically Like Home Depot but I had a horrible experience with paint they had a sale stated you have $5 off the price they are technically not getting anything off at check out. The price on the shelf is the sale price. Very misleading and i held up the line and left wo my speciality paint.i was very upset

If I could rate it separately, the girl in the paint department that helped us was very helpful and if give her about 4.5 stars. The store overall though was a different story. I realize its close to Christmas, but the main aisle across the front of the store and across the center of the store was so over packed with merchandise that it made it near impossible to navigate with a cart on a Saturday afternoon. People dont follow the old keep right, and if they did, theres still not enough room to pass by anyone with a cart if you also have a cart, not to mention that crowded aisle is also where you line up to check out, making it even more crowded. Home Depot... Find another place for that stuff and open up the aisles. I bet theres even an argument that it could pose an ADA issue or even an issue with emergency egress.

Clean store, well stocked

We just completed a carpet project with Home Depot, which turned out great! But I was disappointed to see that we were not given the $35 measurement credit to our job as promised. When I called the store, the carpet department representative confirmed that it was not credited as it should have been. My next logical question was how often this occurs to which I was told it happens often. Is this a source of extra profit for HD if you dont check your receipt. While HD does great work, be sure to check your receipt!!

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And this isn’t just once or twice here. Every Home Depot I’ve been to has the most unhelpful people I have ever met. My fiancé and I ordered a $3000 refrigerator and were told it would be delivered by December 4th. We recently called to check on the status of it and they couldn’t even find our order. Once they finally located it, we were told it wouldn’t be ready until January 9, something we were NEVER made aware of. We move into our home at the end of November and now are screwed. We went in person to try and solve it again and there was one guy helping a customer and there was another couple already waiting in line behind them. The guy rudely told us to get help from someone else because there were no other appliance guys available. The front desk wasn’t helpful either and AGAIN, they couldn’t find our order. You would think a $3000 order would be important. They don’t care about customers. Long story short, just go to Lowe’s people.

Of course didnt have what I needed. Its always a gamble that I lose when I go there instead of my first instinct of Lowes

Sam in the paint department was awesome. Expected to have to search the store in futility for what my daughter needed for a project. Instead Sam gave great advice, was patient, helpful, and gave guidance on how different materials could be used. So appreciated.

Kind of a lazy Depot. I know my way around these places, but Ive never seen so few employees in one of these stores. There are some great people here but if you have any needs beyond whats sitting on the shelf, its not great.

Great place to shop. All the staff are very kind, knowledgeable and wont rush you. I also find their website very conveniently searchable. The aisle and bay number listed on their website are actually correct unlike most other stores. I highly recommend this place for all your diy needs.

Went in on labor day weekend to get a washer/dryer and the guys helping were congenial and efficient, however, delivery day got postponed for 2 weeks (-2 stars).

Clerk would not help to find an electrical item, and was very confrontational.

My favorite home improvement & garden store!

I had a typical big box store experience today here where I asked where to find something and first took a while to find somebody and then that person pointed in a direction and said down over there on the left about halfway down the aisle when it was really almost all the way down the aisle. I really hate walking into these stores knowing that theres a good chance that Im going to get this kind of service.

Meh, its Home Depot. Today I went to pick up a desk I ordered online via curbside pick up on my lunch break. They sent a 100lb female to load a 100lb desk. My fused L3/4 appreciates your logic.

There staff was very helpful in recommending a good spot cleaner called (Dirt Out) i bought it on Amazon, and it works great i just shook it up and sprayed my couch, then wiped up the dirt with a white towel, i also did the same cleaning my car seats, and spots on carpet.( Dirt Out) i will for sure get more on Amazon when needed.

For two days they promised to let me know when a truck was there to rent. They never followed through and even lied to me about not remembering me when they took down my number. Horrible service and people.
