The best tasting coffee literally. I was a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and I would never drink the coffee there. Cocoon Coffee has the smoothest coffee without the expired expresso shot taste. The Chai Latte is my favorite but I love the Mocha Latte as well. If there is a little mishap with your drink they are very polite and will fix it or give you a one on the house. Great customer service. I highly recommend.

Got a white pumpkin latte, and let me tell ya that was the 1st pumpkin flavored drink Ive enjoyed in atleast 2 years I feel like everywhere adds overly sweet synthetic pumpkin flavors and its just not my taste BUT THIS! OMG! AMAZING! and the white chocolate scone was delicious! Oh and affordable!!!

Great little place! Ive been looking for a local place, and I found it yesterday. The latte is perfect and my kids tried the cookies and loved it. I will be there very often now that I know they have drive thru...I just want to say to people saying their drink didnt taste good.. it happens sometime and it doesnt mean you shouldnt try the place again. Give them another chance, instead of going to big chain shops.

Exactly what I was looking for, to have a good and quality coffee break at the middle of a work day, that allows you not only to enjoy a good coffee (although prices are above Starbucks..) but a place where you can work in privacy with your laptop, and enjoy a great atmosphere. I will surely return.

Delicious! The BEST pumpkin spice donuts Ive ever had!!! Hot chocolate was yummy.

The service is unmatched, and the coffee is so so yum. I got the Honey Oat Milk Latte (as recommended by the friendly barista) and it was super good. Nice pastry selection as well, with a gluten-free option. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I just moved to Mason Cincinnati from Miami Fl lots of new places to visit. Had a great time at Cocoon Coffee, the barista Hannah was attentive & answer all of my questions promptly and with ease. The lavender vanilla latte is surprisingly strong and has a subtle flavor; overall the decor is super cozy. Great place to go with a friend and had a talk, sometimes your friend it’s a book and that awesome as well.

Cute place, never knew this was here, I will try again. I think I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and it was good.

A friend recommended this space for co-working, so I finally made the trip. Its hard to find a coffee shop good for co-working, but this is a good one. The variety of seating is perfect for one person to work or groups of people, making it perfect for freelancers, students and business owners. Or, if you just want to go to see a friend, its good for that too. Theres lots of light in the space & friendly employees. Parking wasnt bad when I got there, but the lot was full by noon.I enjoyed the coffee, but unfortunately, their wifi didnt work on my first visit. Thankfully I found something to do where I didnt need it, but for the ~20-minute drive, I wish I had found a closer coffee place instead. Id go here again if Im up in Mason, but its too far for me to do regularly. If you are in Mason or West Chester, this is a good northern Cincinnati local coffee shop to try.

It was my first time trying them out and I got a 20oz iced latte and it was probably one of the worst I’ve paid for. It tasted like straight milk. They must have only put one shot of expresso in a 20oz. For $5 I’d expect more than a glorified glass of iced milk. If you’re like me and enjoy the coffee flavor I’d request more than one shot. Unique atmosphere but not a fan of the latte.

Not for sure why, but I’ve went to the drive thru two times. Today, 2/25 & a few weeks ago around 7:15 to 7:20. I’ve rang the bell they have but no one ever came to help. The lights are on & they appear to be open. With the reviews I’m eager to try.

Really nice coffee shop. Perfect for study and work. Well lot place with ample sunlight. Their selection of coffees was great too (Coava Coffee from PDX at the time of my visit) They tend to rotate coffees apparently. Only downside - not knowing what the house roast/drip coffee was that I received. But great place for latte lovers - wide selection.

Big place... nice ambience and nice service

First time at the coffee shop and definitely won’t be the last. I asked for any suggestions and was suggested a Maple flavored coffee with oatmeal milk absolutely delicious!

Great place to get coffee and study for long periods of time. Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful- other customers are respectful toward one another.

We stopped at the drive thru to order a couple of latte there was a sign on the window that said batista went to the bathroom will be back. So we waited five min later she comes to the window and says she will be right with us but she never came back so we waited another ten min then we drive off. I will never go back there again

The coffee is very good. Its a well appointed, clean, and nice place. The staff was great. The location is okay. Plenty of space.

Cocoon Coffee is wonderful. A pleasant, fairly quiet place with a very polite and helpful staff, clean environment and amenities, and probably my favorite coffee in the Mason area. A great place to set up shop and get some work done for a while.

I love the environment of Cocoon Coffee. It allows me to get my work done without distractions. Everyone is always considerate of others and the music is at a low enough volume that it is not distracting. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the coffee is a bit expensive for what you get.

No enough help. One person working drive thru and inside of shop. Long wait. Barista cannot make quality drinks trying to provide service to car loads of customers in drive thru running back and forth to service inside of store.I work restaurant work and that is not sufficient for the customer and to the employee. The young girl that was spoken to terribly by a customer because customer had to wait. Whoever is in charge needs to address this issue.I don’t think the owners would personally work under these conditions. 2nd time coming in and same thing. Unprofessional not having proper staffing and charging to much for expensive coffee with grounds in bottom of cup. Bitter coffee and a waste of money.

The coffee is good but let me tell you the customer service is amazing!!! I had just dropped off my kids for their first day of daycare (which was hard for me) and the workers were so great, one of them even gave me a hug because she could tell i needed it. I will definitely be back!! This is the kind of customer service every place needs. Keep up the great work.

I LOVE cocoon coffee. Its the first place I want to go after I come back home from college. The shop is beautiful and the drinks are delicious and I love the atmosphere and the staff is incredible. 10/10

I dropped in to get some work done for a project. There was plenty of work space. The coffee was delicious. The pricing was reasonable. There were an abundance of outlets (a rarity) for people needing laptops to work. The staff was very polite and there was gentle music playing. The open floor plan was very inviting as well. I would recommend this place and expect to be back every time I visit my family.

Great coffee shop in the area! Spacious inside with plenty of power outlets at pretty much all the tables. Their coffee is superb, none of the junk they sell at Starbucks; real quality beans. I totally recommend this place to HS students who want a quiet place to do homework or meet up with friends. Ill certainly be coming back!

I had the caramel Macchiato it was good but Im not going to say it was great...now the almond cherry pastry was yummy..very quiet place a lot of people on their laptops and earphones feels like a library some tables and some high tables also desks and nice comfy chair but were all taken

I frequent cocoon regularly and when Im not there, Im usually brewing their coffee at home. Since they opened a couple years ago-ish, Ive often stopped by in the morning to get some work done while enjoying a cappuccino. The place gets busy around 10 or so, but even then its possible to get work done.Great drinks, good atmosphere with a consistently pleasant staff, and they have all the amenities you need to be productive.

One of my go-to cafés when I need to get stuff done. Atmosphere is really different compared to other coffee shops around. It’s very quiet and chill. Most importantly, they serve excellent coffee. Price is pretty steep but you get what you pay for.

This is a great local coffee shop that has great coffee as well as a great atmosphere to work, meet up with friends, study, or even do a small group gathering. There is a family size rectangle table in the back that could seat 8-10 for small group. Additionally, there are plenty of outlets for laptops, etc. Atmosphere is relaxed and i could see there were many connects happening while I was here. Ill definitely be back.

We met here to drink coffee and play board games. It was a blast and well suited for what we were doing. The coffee was really good and it is an open air quiet atmosphere with large tables available and comfortable chairs. We will be back here! It is in an easy to get to location in a nice area, lots of other stores in the area!

Not friendly: Barista didnt even look up to say hi when I walked in. She was working on a drink but there was nobody in the drive thru or at the counter (except me), so its not that she was too busy to pause. After standing there for a couple minutes in silence, she finally said can I help you.Overpriced: $2.75 for a 12 Oz brewed coffee (see picture).Good Coffee: The coffee was good, but the overall experience is overpriced and unwelcoming.

Good (if a bit expensive) coffee -- a specialty latte with almond milk runs upwards of $6, though you can get cheaper options like a small cold brew for $2.99, and a good place to get some work done if you can grab one of the available desks in the back.My biggest gripe with Cocoon is how often they close early due to the slightest inclement weather. Severe snowstorms and everything I of course understand, but today (1/19/19) they closed due to the rain. A little irritating and seems like lazy customer service to me.I recommend calling ahead to check their hours if it is anything less than sunny outside, but otherwise, a fine place to work.

A quiet environment thats intended for work and productivity. There a quite a few desks and plenty of outlets for laptops/charging. Coffee is good, but cant vouch for the sweets and other small foods they have as I havent eaten them.

Disorganized with time... It says they work until 7 PM on Sundays in the website, but it is until 5 PM. I came here by uber just to hear that. Looks nice inside and so on, but now I lost confidence (and money), unfortunately.

Cocoon Coffee has everything a working professional needs: coffee, study tables, and lots of outlets for devices. It also has a giant conference table you can book im advance for team meetings. They are usually busy on Sundays but rest of the time, it is a tranquil place to be productive.

Great setup. Good decor, good music, lots of spaces to work or speak softly. Friendly staff. The house blend I had was great! My only complaint is that the coffee was tiny for what I paid. That probably will keep my preference to other places. That said, its a good Sunday spot because they keep longer hours than other small shops but arent as busy as the chains.

Have been driving past this place and finally decided to go in. Ordered large coffees, they looked great, but sadly they were undrinkable. Had I known this I wouldn’t have left before taking a sip. Tasted like hot water with maybe some cream. 🤢

The staff we had was very knowledgeable and very kind they have a good selection of wines and coffees. I was there in the afternoon and had a coffee there peanut butter latte is incredible and much more unique than anything that Ive had another coffee shop so I will definitely revisit and check out some of their unique drinks

Great black coffee, staff has a good attitude, lots of room to spread out and work. Power outlets even at the couches. Nice study desks for individual work. I just seem to feel less cramped and distracted when I come to work here.

I only went through the drive thru but it was a very pleasant experience. Garret was super kind and ordering right at the window instead of through a speaker was a nice change.I ordered a black coffee and a flat white. The black coffee was as good as you might expect from Stumptown beans (which is to say, very good!), but the flat white was incredibly tasty and drinkable. I havent had a ton of flat whites in my life but this was easily one of the best. That combined with the kind service easily gets 5 stars from me.

Love Cocoon! A quiet coffee shop tucked away on Snider Rd. The coffee is on the expensive side for sure but it is very tasty and from a well known roaster

Fantastic shop, service, and espresso. Cocoon serves the highest quality espresso that I have had not only in mason, but in the greater cincinnati area. If you enjoy M5, Deeper Roots, Collective, etc... you will appreciate Cocoon. Cocoons properly aged and dialed Stumptown espresso is a rarity in this area, they have sold me as a customer!

Very quiet, chill space, with spacious room and lots of device charging outlets. Much less pretentious than Starbucks and far more relaxing. Stumptown coffee too, doesnt get much better, the whole package.

This coffee is good. The beans they use are from stumptown thats in Portland, Oregon. I had visit there about 5 years ago and fell in love with it so I will visit often to get my fix. Problem is this place is expensive.. if youre in the area this is a must visit.
