They were very well stocked, but were out of stock on the silver wire that I needed. Id still go there for my crafting needs as they had so much more stock than that dudes place!

Unpleasant and rude staff - had a worst shopping experience at this Hobby Lobby Mason location, staff didnt even respond when asked a question and rude while shopping for flowers and plants. Never suggest anyone to shop at this location.

Such a fun place to shop

I Gave this a 3 star rating even though they have every little craft thing in the world. There are no aisle markers, numbers or anything to tell you where anything is. All the store employees are gathered around the front of the store and you ask them where something is and they point. The place is huge its like walking around in a catacomb you can get lost in there. Im surprised I didnt run across somebody that needed rescued. To top it all off they move their displays around just like the Dag on grocery stores do. To add insult to injury I finally found what I went in there after at the front of the store where I walked in after walking through the whole store and talking to countless people and running down employees, shew..., not going back there no more. I would shop with them online though. They really do have an extensive inventory of craft products. I did think about going in for a week and mapping that store out. Then the next week stand outside the store and sell the maps. Lol

Went in for wall art. Lucky me they had it 50% off.

Tons of variety, always find exactly what I need and they have great coupons. Their seasonal section is amazing and has everything you need, from big major holidays to smaller more obscure celebrations. As a cake decorator, I can find everything imaginable-much larger selection than some of the competition. Beautiful home decor as well as crafts & diy.

Found everything I needed... and then some. Some great prices on clearance items, but look closely for any damage. Did get a couple of clearance items. Plan to spend at least an hour or more looking around. Great customer service too!

Enjoy shopping here because there is a lot of variety. There is always a lot of seasonal/holiday options but there is also everyday items. Prices are fairly reasonable and excellent with their sales and mark downs. Came here to look for something my teenager wanted for her room

The inventory is amazing! Customer service could use a little help. I needed to go to the restroom and saw a yellow blockade in the entrance. I asked a worker who was standing a few feet away and doing nothing where I could go to the restroom, and she pointed to the area with the blockade. I told her that it was blocked, and she told me to tell in there to tell the maintenance guy that I need to come in. Then, I had to move the blockade myself. That was not a good customer service experience. The worker shouldve yelled to the maintenance worker, then moved the blockade for me, her customer. I dont know if Ill go back.

I couldnt find the crafting supplies I went in for and asked for help from the staff. Got pointed in different directions and eventually I gave up. My wife went back a few days later and asked for help and was taken directly to the supplies I was looking for

Not a big fan. Store is clean and well organized, plenty of sales and coupons possible. My biggest complaint is that there can be 16 people lined up to check out and one cashier working while two or three others are standing there not ringing people up. A) that’s bad business and makes customers walk out and B) hide out of public view if you’re not going to be doing any work

Found just about everything we needed. Just did not have galvanized tub big enough for a 10 month old to sit in for pictures but found something else that worked and went totally different route for pictures

I love hobby lobby. I could spend hours in there, and spend my money. The store is always clean and stocked. There are always associates near by if you need help. They also open extra check out lines if the lines get more than 2 or 3 people. And you can always find a coupon online. Shop sale items as they are always good deals.

The store was well stocked and very clean. Associates were very friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. Opened extra checkouts when lines started backing up. This store is managed well. My favorite store of the 3 Hobby Lobbys that I shop.

Great selection of beads including Czech glass seed beads ranging from 2/0 all the way to 15/0! This is the only craft store that Ive been able to find 15/0. They only recently started stocking this size so they only had 2 color options. They also have many 2-hole shaped beads such as superduo, diamond duo, tila, half tila, paisley, and chevron.

A great time and an excuse to spend.

A ton of empty shelves. What is going on?!? In the past, I have seen tons of decor to choose from, but now that I am in need (due to a kitchen remodel), there is little to be had. I e been in the store 2 times since re-opening and have left empty handed both times.

There are so many neat things in this store. The store is Christian-owned and the staff is usually friendly. From stamps to cooking to ant farms, they have it. Hobby Lobby is a great place to go for craft supplies especially. Also, if you collect coins, currency, or stamps, they have the equipment you need. So much yarn, fabric, and décor it’s hard to pass it all up !! This place is great !!

I have a love hate relationship with this store. I often find decorative items that I fall in love with, Ive gotta have them no matter the cost!! And 9/10 times theyre broken or missing pieces or damaged. I know its difficult to keep some things pristine in a setting like that but Ive been disappointed so many times I dont go much anymore. Wish there was a better way to display items or keep them from being broken, its such a waste!

What a great service! I needed 3 identical picture frames for my project, with matting. I was waited on by someone who knew what to do, how to do it, and did it very well. He also helped other customers out simultaneously.
