Was there early and nice to see that the shelves were stocked, unlike Kroger. Picked out some beautiful flowers that were at a surprisingly good price. Fresh produce and meats. Found everything I needed.

Today we stopped in to pick up some veggies and meat. We drive from Indiana because quite frankly the meat is better then most butcher shops.While we were walking around Bryce was making curry chicken wraps. I happened to mention to my boyfriend that they looked good. I had never had curry and Bryce offered me a sample which lead to me getting a wrap because it was delicious! My boyfriend got sweet chili shrimp and a couple sides and we left and came to a beautiful park down the street and had a picnic by the pond.Needless to say because of your amazing employee being conscious of their surroundings I had a phenomenal impromptu lunch date. You should be proud to have someone this awesome working for you!!! We need more positive and friendly people like Bryce in this world. Oh yeah and the food was perfect.

Do not shop here or work here they age discriminate there applicants. I have 20 years of expience and was turned away very quickly not even given an interview. If your in your 40s or higher dont bother applying because they ask for graduation dates which to me is a way to legally age dicriminate. Because there is no reason to not even get an interview. Based on this whole foods in my opinion needs to go back west and stay there.

Very good collection of organic foods

Jason, the butcher/fish monger, was absolutely amazing as I tried to figure out which salmon to buy. We got to chatting and he was incredibly kind and empathetic on top of knowing his fish inside and out. I hope my future experiences with other staff members are even half as good as my experience with Jason!

This store has such friendly employees, helpful and knowledgeable as well. The selection is great, and the produce especially is top notch. It’s way better than Costco or Kroger produce in almost every case. Prices are competitive for the quality you get, but it’s not cheap.

Sashimi grade yellowtail. It was super good! And the baby found octopus! Perfect for my Korean baby ❤️

This is a nice location, could be expanded in my opinion but all and all great place to shop because of the people that work here. They have a nice size prepared food section and if you want to get some pizza sandwiches or sushi they have it for you. This is a nice place to get breakfast because the coffee is great here and the doughnuts are also tasty.

Ive got to say, I have never had a better experience at a Whole Foods, and I used to work at one. My wife and I went to the Whole Foods after our date to Condado (yum!) and we were just browsing to get some cookies, but made a quick pit stop to the essential oil section just to see what kind of goodies they had. We were greeted shortly thereafter by the most sweet woman named Kelscee(Sorry if Im not spelling it right) and she proceeded to ask us if we found everything we were looking for, if we knew about the essential oils that they had, and gave us such a pleasant experience with wonderful conversation and scents, that I felt so strongly about the experience that I wanted to post it on Google, just in hopes that she could know how impactful her customer service skills were on me and my wife. If the managers are looking at this, GIVE HER ACCOLADES AND A PROMOTION. For any patron looking for a great place with great staff, LOOK NO FURTHER. GET ON IN THERE!!

This Whole Foods Market was small and quaint I found everything I needed there but I have never seen a Whole Foods like this size. I enjoyed it and my other Whole Foods on the similar in size it was not overwhelming at all.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. No, Can I help you find anything. I went to the bakery and had to wait until the the staff member finished up his conversation with a fellow employee until he said, Whats up? to me, which I assume that was his version of, How can I help you today, sir? I dont typically complain (read my reviews) but this place needs better management. If you want to pay overpriced for bad quality, AND feel like youre harassing workers for help, then this is the place for you.

Great vegan selections and a good place to find hard to find items

Kind of packed and hard to find things. Good fresh food. They did away with the salad bar.

I love whole foods! They are quite pricey on some things but I guess you get what you pay for. I have always found the service friendly but one thing that is particularly frustrating is discontinuing items. There are several things that I stop for specifically only to be told they wont be carrying it any longer. I used to stop at least 2 or 3 times a month, now I am barely there once a month because many of the other items I can get somewhere else and usually a little less expensive.

Always fresh food, i cant say enough about this place, friendly employees, always clean.

Good variety of food and the prices are Ok

Stopped by this store yesterday just after noon to get pizza slices only to find there weren’t any. I finally find a staff member who tells me the only person who makes pizza is at lunch. Makes no sense. Then I purchase a large amount of berries for a family brunch this morning only to find out of six boxes there was barely enough good ones to even serve. Overall a disappointing experience.

The usual Whole Foods affair at this place, albeit a smaller Store. Courteous folks managing the place. These days I am not getting the poultry that I am looking for. Good choice of fish and seafood; love the Salmon steaks. Also use your Amazon Prime membership or Prime Credit Card for special discounts or cash backs.

This was a good trip. I didnt realize this store is slightly smaller than the one in Norwood. Also a few products were sold out. So, Ill need to order online.

Love this place! Theres a lovely girl in the vitamin area who has been so helpful! When I come to her with an issue. She always has a great suggestion!

Hate!!! the parking lot!!! . Store is great and customer service terrific. Do t go often because parking lot so crammed.

This store is great to have around. However I wish the store was bigger and I feel very crowded. I wish they had more varieties of items I want but they cant because its like this store is half size of a normal whole foods. I go there for a few things each week but I find myself frustrated when they are out of an item or dont carry the one i want. Oh well Ill travel 20 minutes down the highway to the bigger store.

Meat department employees were not very helpful and just came across as annoyed by my request. I had simply requested for them to repackage ground beef from the cellophane packaging to their wax paper for freezing but they outright refused. Where has customer service gone?An update to my review above. The customer service team responded to my concerns and reached out to the store manager for resolution. I am pleased that they were able to share with me that they reviewed their policy and found a way that they would be able to honor my request in the future.

Best meat selection out of any grocery store in the area. Good selection and quality of produce, pretty decent quality of fruit. Their bakery is probably their crowning jewel, however. Their employees are always friendly and polite without being corporate friendly - they actually seem to have personality. Whole Foods is expensive, but worth it.

My family has been shopping WF for many years. We paid the higher prices although educated enough to get commensurate items cheaper elsewhere but we made this decision solely on the premise that we would not be gamed or taken for granted. Unfortunately today we sparingly visit because of this. Greed ruined a good store, rude contract order fillers everywhere is a nuisance. Also, I should not have two days to eat a $10.00 loaf of bread or 1 day to drink a gallon of milk. Lastly, Now that your employees are pretty much miserable because of you we have O reason to shop at your store.

The three stars are for the kid with the poor people skills out front. If you folks have someone whose task is to count patrons, so that you can inconvenience us by forcing us to stand outside, then put up a fμ©k¡ng sign. Had I been talked to like he talked to the guy behind me I would have come inside and raked the manager over the coals.

Nice tea and vegan varieties

Apparently, not all locations carry the same brands — specifically, this location did not have Nancy’s Organic Lowfat Cottage Cheese. This wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered this problem while shopping at different locations across the country, but nonetheless it remains infuriating. What’s the point of being a chain/brand/franchise if you don’t have a standard offering? Plus, supposedly the website stated ulterior product was carried. I guess I’ll have to start calling stores and speaking with the Dairy Manager in advance of my travels in the future.

Good food

We decided to avail the 2 for $18 deal on their 18 pizzas this afternoon. It was the worst pizzas ever!!! The chicken toppings were dry and hard. The veggie pizza was too salty and too saucy. It was so hard and chewy that our kids complained that their teeth and jaws hurt. After letting us know that the wait time is 12 mins he took forever to make it :( It wasnt worth the wait. It was very disappointing Whole Foods!!! Worst pizza we had in Cincinnati..

This place is overprice, but is worth it for great quality foods. Their cake is the best

Good place to go for organic veggies

I like this Whole Foods location. They have a good selection of produce, dairy, and bulk items. Their olive bar isnt as large as some other locations, but it still has a nice variety.It seems like this store is carrying a lot of the Yeti line now too which I appreciate as they are my reusable cup of choice.

Super friendly bakery employee went out of his way to go get a gluten free dessert from the freezer and brought it to us. Simply tasty and delicious guacamole too!

Everyone who works there are nice. Store and restrooms are clean and odored. Parking is sufficient as well as short walk to the store.

Amazon is ruining this once friendly neighborhood stop. Amazon grocery shoppers are NOT part of the friendly folks that work here. They have no relationship with the regular whole foods staff. I like whole foods but Amazon is crushing workers. Their grocery pick up model unlike Krogers devalues human to human conversation (there is none) so no way to remedy errors. I am going to Trader Joes or Kroger clicklist--at least they respect our species.

Pricey but quality

Whole foods if a great place to find those rare and unusual foods that you have been craving. The healthy and organic is encouraged with lots of different choices.I often get frustrated by the markets that post Gluten Free as if it were some wonderful statement on a package of sugary and processed cereal or snack with 20% of the daily need in one ounce. This place has great quality, nice people, and fresh produce. Not as expensive as it used to be, and there are bargains.Give it a look, youll be happy you did.

This store is a bit small due to its location, but meets the needs of a healthy, focused selection of grocery items. Its also a good option for an alternative lunch with the salad bar, pizza, and hot food buffet. During my visit, some of the food looked as though it had been a while and not cooked consistently throughout the batch. (Orange chicken) Pricing is medium to high depending on the item, along with the hot and cold bar which is weighed by the pound. A good store overall, although it can be very difficult to maneuver when busy due to its limited size. I enjoyed the food, but the reason for the lower ranking are as follows; higher expectation and standard of food service offered on par with pricing, overall store cleanliness should match quality of products and reputation.

Its a nice store not as nice as the one in Kenwood. Quality products however you can buy the exact same products at other stores for less. And they overcommit it to these ridiculous CDC guidelines.

The staff was amazing to us. The extent of kindness we received from them BLEW OUR MINDS. It was an extreme difference from any other business we have ever been to. We had never been there. Our cashier ELKA, gave us a gift bag. Amazing experience!!! I also forgot to mention. The same time, this past Sunday afternoon at about 8 in the afternoon, there was a young man beyond the octopus counter. He was also amazing to us. He allowed us to try foods we never had before. Every employee we encountered were AMAZING!!!

Good products and selection overall. Id give it 5 stars except that since Amazon has purchased the store, the personnel are very different. They arent familiar with stock like the employees were previously. While they are nice and polite, they are not as helpful as before Amazon. If Amazon reads these reviews, you need to change how you hire and train employees. One of the reasons folks loved Whole Foods was the outstanding customer service. That was one reason customers were willing to pay more. And sadly, that level of service is no longer available in any of the Whole Foods stores. I shop in Cincinnati, Centerville, and Columbus at your stores.

One of my favorite Whole Foods! It has a great selection, organized well, helpful employees, great vitamin/supplement section. I love how they make dinner meal kits at the front freezer-its perfect if you need something for dinner on the fly.

Whats not to love about Whole Foods? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Managers are so inconsistent in their training and their policies. They use their own store coupons to encourage consumers, yet they beat you down with a dozen ever changing rules about using their coupons, their system cant even process manufacturer coupons and the cashiers dont understand coupon language.Its a good store from the standpoint of organic and healthy gluten free foods. But these days, Kroger is just as good and more affordable! Supply in demand - it will be interesting to see how the Amazon buy out goes. I love Amazon. The Whole Foods near Hyde Park is terrific! This store is horrible.

Had what I was looking for.

Perfect place for healthy stuff. Orange juice machine at the entrance is the best. Their meat and fishes are top level. Salad bar also has different varieties of dishes.

Giving out free masks because of COVID is a great move by Whole Foods. The girl that greeted us was a little rude, but other than that, its what youd expect from a Whole Foods.

I had purchased the grab and go chicken nuggets, and sadly ate one before I cut into the second one to find it completely raw. It made me extremely sick for a week. And still two weeks later feeling the effects. They refunded me and were nice about it, but it has effected me the past two weeks which has completely sucked.

Superior quality in fresh produce with a wide range of selections.

This is probably the best whole foods in the country. The management works hard to create community events and engage the local population. Everyone is amazingly courteous, intelligent, and helpful. The building is clean and professional without feeling unwelcoming.The beer and wine tastings sometimes make it feel more like a bar than a grocery. In fact, its the community center and one of the reasons Im willing to put up with Masons high rent. Having been in other Whole Foods markets, this one set the bar and set it pretty high.Great, great team of people.

So i worked for this store many many years ago. When it was transitioning from a wild oats. Yes the store is small, but thats a good thing. Smaller whole foods store have usually better employees who offer to help when they see someone indecisive about a product. You dont feel like you are gonna get lost shopping their. Now i have not been to this store in a while but when i left it was doing great. I also helped do alot for that store while i was there. I feel like the core values are still there, and there are still employees who wanna help and go out of their way for you to help.

I needed an unusual item for a recipe and they had it. Plus there are many other departments to intice you.

Love everything about this Whole Foods. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. We love getting oysters and sitting at the bar. Love the hot food options for lunch and get nice rewards for having prime account. Love it!
