They did a good job changing the oil of the the car I brought in last week. The people there are polite too.

The guys in this establishment were great. Very knowledgeable and fast. My visit was a pleasant one. Definitely going back with any of my car issues.

Unless you’re dealing with Chris, don’t go. He did an excellent exhaust job on my truck. Fast, great price and easy to work with. That’s all the good I have to say. But that’s if you can get on the phone with him. I asked if Chris was there to talk to and I was rudely told,”yeah, and who is this?” By the lady on the phone. Never put Chris on the phone and was extremely rude throughout the whole call cutting me off mid sentence to disrespectfully answer the question I was prepared to ask. And don’t expect your mechanical problems to be fixed. I had a blown differential and was told it was a bad breaks. I also have friends who have gone to this shop on multiple occasions for the same reason that they can keep charging him for but just can’t seem to fix it.

So friendly & able to get me in and out. Appreciate it- I will be coming back!

Went in as walkin customer seeking estimate after dealing with a brand name auto dealership. Who over quoted what needed to be done and very expensive.Chris, the tech at Meineke, diagnosed and explained what needed to be done. Car was fixed in 30 minutes for 150$ where the dealship quoted 750$.Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. Chris and Johnny were absolutely fantastic! I had major motor issues with my car and they were completely honest, caring, straight forward, quick and so informative. They even brought me in while my car was on the lift to show me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. This is very rare. Although they were not able to fix the issue, I was referred to another AMAZING mechanic who could. The staff here is friendly, kind, and if they cannot fix the issue, they know someone (just as amazing quality as them) that can! Thank you so much again!

My dad brought his car to get an oil change and inspection done and they told him his brakes and rotors were bad. Fine. So he went to my mechanic brother who said the brakes were like new and the rotors should not have been a reason to fail the inspection. Upon telling the associate this, the associate then told my dad that he should have taken his car to get inspected by my brother. It was not professional at all as my dad CHOSE to bring his car to this shop. After waiting to then finally get his car inspected the associate then tells my dad that he was giving him a hard time. Again really unprofessional considering my dad throughout all of this was calm and just wanting to get his inspection and didn’t understand how his car failed if everything was in good condition . He brought it back nothing was changed and yet it passed inspection. Doesn’t really make sense to make a fuss out of one small thing to then just pass it. I don’t recommend this shop at all.

The lady starts almost every sentence with “oh, There is a charge for that”...Like before you can even finish. Last time I was there I asked about my tire tread and she began telling me that if they put the car on a lift it’s gonna be 50 dollars...like what?Overall average garage, I don’t think they steal or anything like that, just don’t expect much else.

I had an oil leak and did a great job trying to find it.

My mother took her car here for an exhaust problem. They gave a reasonable estimate and then fixed it quickly.

Had a muffler replaced here that I had purchased online myself. Everything went fine. Service was done quickly with no issues.

Ive only ever brought my vehicles in for oil changes over the past few years and this will be the last time. The older couple who runs this facility are two of the most bitter and unfriendly individuals I have ever encountered. Undoubtedly upon arriving, expect to be ignored. A simple Ill be right with you would more than suffice but it appears to be too much for these people. This rating is based solely on the quality of customer service and quite frankly, the only reason I gave this location two stars is because the workers here did what I asked - changed my oil.I continued to visit this location over and over again out of sheet convenience but this will be the absolute last time.

Stay away! Always a issue. Many times your brought in with teasers like 19.99 oil changes. When complete its about 25 dollars. 1.50 environmental disposal of Rag. Meineke corporation is aware. Today was another issue. Having made a appointment on line. I found a slot. I booked it. I got confirmation. I recieved a notification by text. I altered my schedule. I arrived promptly. I approach the counter . I said Im here for a oil change. The individual behind the counter stated it would be at least 35 minute wait. I stated I had 930 appt. He said we dont do appt. He could not honor it. Instead of causing a scene, I told him to have a good day. Corporate will be notified. Horrible place. Beware! Other places to get service in area

In and out, fixed my muffler, put new hanger on and only charged me $65.00. Would definitely recommend..

The people have been rude the last 2 times i went! The first time for my oil change the people kept trying to sell me on other things and tried selling me the wrong oil and more expensive. The second time i scheduled an appointment for an oil change forgetting about my last experience, and the women with an attitude tells me it will be an hour wait... Even with my appointment because they dont use the scheduling service that is on their website! Ridiculous. Never coming back.

Unfortunately, it only took one experience for me to know that I will not be a returning customer. The elderly woman at the counter was pretty rude right off the bat before I had even said a word. I would tell my friends to avoid this place. Customer service is a huge factor in terms of having a successful business and I can see from prior reviews that the Mienkee in Shirley is failing in that department. If I was the owner of this business, I would be extremely disappointed in my staff because its definitely costing them business and its something that is so easy to rectify. Its not that hard to be nice and welcoming and it would really help your business. Id honestly pay more money and be treated well than get a bargain for rude service.

VERY RUDE! Went in for an oil change which they gave me a very hard time about because it was 4:00 and that is when they told me they stopped doing oil changes despite that they are open till 6:00. The manager made it out like the guys in she shop we’re going to mess with my car because they weren’t going to be happy to do the oil change. They weren’t busy, they just wanted to go home. Also they refused to do my synthetic blend oil change claiming that the car would not take it. I’ve had the car 4 years and have always used synthetic blend and no other shop has ever said it was an issue. How the shop is in business when they treat new customers like that. I left and went somewhere else. Complete waste of time!

I am here currently and have watched them try to to upsell every customer that has came in. A normal brake job they try to sell me rotors. A regular oil change and they try to the a woman a synthetic oil change and they use words like Necessary and imperative to try to get you so worried that you will pay for the extended service beyond whats truly needed.

The work was done in a timely fashion and the price was much better than what the dealer charged.

This is by far the worst place to go. The guy up front is a jerk who has no right to be nasty but inexplicably will be to anyone who comes through the door. I wish the higher ups at meineke would get rid of this guy and the woman who works there as well because she is just as nasty. I will never get my oil changed here it is not worth it. Went there w a p0420 on my honda a gentleman who works there automatically assumed it was a bad cat so I left it there thinking they would actually check it out. When I came back they told me it would cost 1100 for a new catalytic converter to be replaced and that I could get it done in 3 weeks. I went to another local shop they checked the car and replaced the 02 sensor in the cat and the car is driving like its brand new. Not so happy w my last visit .

The older couple is extremely rude. They took over an hour to do a oil change when i was the first person in the store. I watched the 5 guys eat breakast before touching my car. Never again will i come here.

Very unprofessional and they are robber. They buy spare parts from advance auto parts and charge them fourth to the customer and labor. And finally they said there is no guarantee for the service. I changed my brakes, 2 rototrs and calipers and they charged me $520. Then I have checked with others and they told me it should be max $400 including 4 rototrs. They just robbed me. I want judgment. Otherwise, I will share my experience with social media and YouTube.

The gentleman was an old grumpy man that made me feel like he didn’t want my business at all. I asked for a price quote on spark plugs for my f-150 and he told me that he won’t touch my tuck because the job was too hard and would take too long

Today I went to meineke located in Shirley to get my brakes done and I was told that it was gonna cost me $1,300 to fix everything associated with the brakes, it turns out all I needed was just the brakes and back rotors. The person I found to fix them saved me $1,100. The people who work there are very rude plus I had my exhaust pipe fixed in January then had to have it refixed a couple of weeks ago.

Drive up got estimate and work completed in about a hour . A+
