I went to this store, and it was a very lovely experience. The man who was working while I was there was very nice, polite, and seemed like he actually enjoyed conversations with the customers. Great customer service, and really great prices. Also, really great furniture, and great deals. There’s also delivery for cheap, which will definitely come in handy. I am definitely coming back to buy beds and more.

I went furniture shopping with my mother she decided to purchase a bedroom set from Furnish 4 Less in Matteson IL. They gave her the run around with delivery. Instead of being honest they told her the furniture would be delivered on several dates which did not happen. When they finally delivered the furniture they refused to put it together and stated that would be an additional $40 fee which we refused to pay. At the time of purchase we were told by Brian the sales person that The delivery fees included set up. Please don’t use this furniture company I rate them at Zero if I could !

This is a one stop for everything furniture. I furnished my whole apartment and also had everything dropped off and installed same in the same day! The customer service there is exceptional and pricing was better than all the other shops I went to. Will do business and send people over in future!

Furnish 4 Less staff were excellent especially Bash! He took his time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I needed my furniture by a specific date due to me having a graduation party at my home. Bash and another staff personally delivered my items! I love this furniture store. I order a lot of Furniture In Jan 2019. I paid for 3 bedroom set. Living room dinning room set. 3 set of mattress and box spring lamps etc.The owner held the furniture for me for 3 months.The day I moved in was the same day they delivered my furniture meaning we had furniture to sleep and eat on everything was perfect.The guys that delivered the furniture was very professional and fast. They sat up my bedroom sets and arranged everything up beautifulNothing was broke or damaged.Will buy from this store again. You will see me again soon

I bought the perfect dresser from this shop and when I had trouble finding a truck to take it home, the owner offered to ship it himself same day which I was extremely grateful for. Customer service was great! Very disappointed to know the chairs I ordered from the book was to short and small. To exchange them I would have to pay a restocking fee or to get a full refund I will still have to pay restocking g fee! I will never shop in there again! This is my second time using Furnish 4 Less. The first experience was not great, but I decided to give this store a second chance. Under new leadership, this store has improved tremendously. Bash, the owner is AMAZING! I cant express how Bash has excellent customer services and handle me with care. He made me feel like we were family, and also made it easy to trust him. Bash has exceptional customer services. The stores showroom has terrific options for every type of style and price. Furniture 4 Less is my store for life. I initial enjoyed my furnitiure, but a few months later discovered multiple problems with my sectional couch. After about a year of going back and forth and having pieces of my sectional couch replaced, Bash the manager at the time came to my rescue. Becuase of the professionalism of Bash I felt comfortable shopping once again in 2019 with Furnish 4 Less. Fast Forward 8 months later, my pieces look terrible . I was told by Pauline, who identify herself as the General Manager, that my pieces look like that because I had used them. When I asked her, does her store not sale quality items which after use should still look presentable, she said I had kids and thats why my furniture looked terrible. I then said excuse me, do not discuss my children like that. I said if my children cant get in and out of the bed without paint peeling from the wood then it was not quality furniture. Pauline then stated that it had to be me and my children because her showfloor furniture isnt damaged and thousands of people come in and use (I told her dont go there with that). I did lose my cool because you do not discuss my children, and I have paid good money for cheap furniture. I will never go back and wouldnt recommend my DOG to shop at Furnish 4 Less.
