My fiance and I stopped in for her to get some teaching supplies. With sanitation practices in place and several other customers in line, it was taking longer than normal. Pat, one of the ladies at the register was so polite and positive, it made it seem like no time at all. I did not catch the other ladys name but she was just as pleasant. Thank you for providing such great customer service and engagement. Even with a mask, a smile matters.

I’ve visited the store multiple times and I consistently get great service from everyone.However, I would like to share multiple exceptional experiences I’ve had with Courtney in the Matthews store.In February and yesterday she was a life saver for me. The father of 3 boys and a girl, it is my desire for them to excell and do well in everything they do. Overwhelmed, I met Courtney an experienced 5th grade teacher in the Union County school system.It was so refreshing to speak with someone who has a passion for educating not just students but their parents as well. I left the store with not only the right products but the right information to best support my son.Courtney, words cannot begin to express my gratitude. I was looking for raised lined paper, and several other items. After going through my list of about 15 items, and hearing No we dont carry that, I asked where would I get these items then? There has to be another school related store. She said No Im not aware of any other store. How do you not even carry lined paper when youre suppose to be a school supply store? Online cant be the only place. And no pencil toppers, like really?!

I came in for my daughter to participate in the beehive making arts & crafts project. When it was over I browsed the store and noticed the round woman with a low hair cut kept finding her way near me, wherever I was in the store. After picking out two workbooks to purchase, I got online. The round woman was working the third register, and slowly made her way back to her post as a lined formed. I was next to be checked out, but she never called me to the register. she stood there pretending to busy herself. Once I was called to the main register, THEN the round woman suddenly became available to do her job. none of this was coincidence. I spent $25 and will never go back again.

Love coming in here to get supplies for my class. The staff is so friendly as well. They are helpful and arent afraid to have convo with you

DISCRIMINATION IN ACTION!!! Me and my sister went to this store . While we were checking out, this horrible cashier named Jennifer, lashed out on my sister with her commanding loud voice and pointing finger on my sister“ go learn where the line starts” !!!!! My sister wasn’t sure where the line started because she was tired and barely speaks English and she felt horrible and discriminated. So she put her item back that she was going to purchase and walked out of the store crying. I never seen such a cruel attitude toward immigrants. I would not recommend this store to anyone, where this kind of people work !!!!

I was just a bystander and it looks like the cashiers are discriminating against foreign people. I would not recommend this place to any one.

As a Prek teacher this is always where I begin my school year. Now as a mother of a toddler I have found even more interest in its contents.

Very helpful staff. When they didnt have a certain product the staff member helping us made attempts to help us find something comparable.
