The store itself is fine; however, you really need to watch how items ring up. Every single time I buy something on sale it rings up as full price. I’m now in the habit of taking pictures of sale tags. Come on Target you can do better.

A very kind elderly man help check me out just yesterday. So sweet & gave me good recommendation of the target debit card! His interaction with the woman & her baby girl made that were before me, made me so happy! He was concerned that she may put a sticker in her mouth, he wanted to make sure she was safe. A very kind hearted person he is. I wish I had caught his name.

We shop here frequently. We did notice that we were on line with a rep who we have had before. He is so helpful and knowledgeable with all of Targets discounts/features. We were not expecting anything and by the time we were done, we saved quite a bit of money. He is underpaid I am sure, but I love seeing him there.

TERRIBLE customer service! After my purchase was complete, I noticed an item was rung up incorrectly (per the signage, original price $24.99, sale signage $13.49) and showed the cashier. She said I had to go to customer service, which OF COURSE had a line 5 people deep. FIRST FRUSTRATION. When I finally got to the desk and explained the issue, instead of double checking the product shelf and sale price, the CS rep asked a colleague, manager unknown, whose answer was to offer me 10% off. WHAT? You’re not going to check? NOPE! REFUND PURCHASE and may not go back!

First of all the staff working here is amazing! A young boy named Dylan helped me find multiple items I needed. He was so sweet and nice, a true kind soul. He even remembered my name from last week when I came in, which made me feel special. THIS BOY NEEDS A RAISE... Amazing experience and will always remember this.

Dory was a large store clean well-lit a lot of merchandise but they all remodeling and I didnt have any trouble in there while they was remodeling things is easy to find if you have any and everything you want from food clothing to whatever plenty of handicap parking easy to get in with wheelchairs and go through the aisle with wheelchairs

Gabby was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She worked multiple jobs and served each one in excellence.

Doesnt know their own policy, lives by their own rules. Doesnt pick up the phone. If you do get through, hangs up when they say theyre transferring you.

Finding everything I needed is easy and my favorite Target in all of Charlotte.

They had live, beautiful FFL plants. I called to ask price. Guest services said “wrong department” and hung up on me. Called next day, different departments. Hung up on again, twice. I wanted to buy all four live plants that were not being watered.

Target Optical. The worst customer service rep on site. The representative at the desk stated she contacted me the previous day to change my eye contact appointment(lie). I eye had an eye exam for eyeglasses. She then made up another excuse or she had no knowledge of her job. She was very rude and dismissed me immediately. VERY UNFRIENDLY OR NO KNOWLEDGE OF DEALING WITH DIFFERENT CULTURES OF PEOPLE!!!

Would give 0 if could this location is the first target I ever experienced This me and my boyfriend was in line self check out and was told that they don’t accept cash so we asked this employee that was working there is there anything else we can do she ignored us, we thought she just didn’t hear us so we asked her again she rudely reply while we was paying in the self check out line turn out it did accept cash and we over heard her talking to another employee about us and pointing at us saying “ there stupid they don’t understand “ and some other things very unprofessional she didn’t even want to help us or answer question I didn’t get to read her name tag but seem like she was Russian mid 40s .

I LOVE Target! They make sure to keep their shopping carts cleaned after each customer and they make sure their employees are safe by having glass between the customers and each register. The shelves are a little bare, but that is to be expected with COVID. I cannot wait until all of this is over. I spend my Sundays in Target spending money I dont have, but theyre amazing!

Loved how nice the service was!

I was at this location yesterday with my daughter. As I went to the optical to pick up my glasses my daughter, 11 years old, asked if she could go to Toy section while I waited, I agreed. When I went to get her, she was not there, I walked through the store couldnt find her. I stopped an employee and explained that I lost my daughter in the store and needed help finding her. She wasted no time in getting a, what I believe,a manager involved, that manager alerted all employees to drop what they were doing and assist in the search for my daughter while commanding for the exit doors to be blocked. Seeing the immediate response to find my daughter them walking those isles looking for her is something that I dont know how to ever repay or show appreciation for to everyone involved. They found her within 5 min. THANK YOU TO THE TARGET TEAM THAT WAS WORKING ON APRIL 20th and helped me find my baby girl.

Not a bad Target. Had a lot of options just like the other stores. The Starbucks here always seems to be really backed up and slow.

This is one of the best target location ever, I love that how responsive they’re with their drive up orders.Another thing is their employees are very very nice, always helpful and in a good mood I hope this Target keeps doing what it does because in retail space not many stores treat their customers the same way.

First I was going to give this target a 4 star for their fast service and large selection of items, especially clothing- but then I went to the bathroom and this is what I was met with.All stalls were out of toilet paper and had just a random roll on top. Tissue and paper towels all over the floor and the floor looked like it had not been mopped in days (see picture of flooring in one stall). Sanitary boxes for feminine things were broken and about to fall off, and no place to hang your purse. Like anyone is gonna set their purse on the floor that is THAT dirty.Gross!!!

Well talking about a good service at 1900 Matthew Township Parkway at target optical lens welcome you in with a smile and happy to service you were talking about the two great employees Mr. Milton & missJennifer very polite and very concerned about satisfying you when stop and check out the high fashion lenses and frames service. When I asked about the lid that I couldnt find for an specific trash can, the lady responded if isnt there we dont have it, customers sometimes take the wrong lid, she wasnt rude but she was definitely not helpful, she didnt even try to look for it. The reason why I asked was because they have a sign (Im attaching a picture of it) where it says Dont forget the lid! Need more? Just ask. ...I was definitely expecting a more helpful response.

Excellent customer service! I left a bag of items in my shopping cart when I returned it to the cart corral and didnt realize it until I got home. I called back to the store and JOELLE reviewed the camera footage and saw what happened. She was kind enough to go outside and check the cart and the package was still there. There was over $25 in merchandise in the bag, so I am truly grateful to her!

Service is goodatmosphere is alrightstock consistency is abysmal ( this applies even before the pandemic)My most recent encounter with the bad consistency with stock was when I proceeded to buy a figure that had multiple copies stocked on shelves for the two prior weeks. Before i paid the figure was taken from my cart since it was out 6 days before the street date. This place is also several months behind on stock for some items from what Ive experienced.

MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOMS EVER. EVERY TIME. THIS CHART IS A LIEEEEEE.Also, no paper towels.

Its a very good Target store but one of the guest service team leader the white man with glasses is really rude. One day I was being stop by security and was warned by her not to do bargain shopping (discount) at this location. They really dont belong working for Target. One time I even got a random check from the team leader as if I was stealing items in the store

Tonight I had great help in the tech department. When the calculator I purchased was impossible to open at home with any tool, I went back to the store, and Amari at the service desk graciously and persistently worked at getting it open. She and Other gentleman together got this ridiculous clam shell open, with kindness and a great sense of humor (and a box cutter and brute strength!). They were awesome, and we appreciate it!

I came in on a Saturday morning to go to Target Optical because my prescription glasses and sunglasses both needed some fixing up. The temple had come off my sunglasses and the nose pads on my eyeglasses needed replacing. I had purchases both from a Target Optical in another state a few years back. When I got there they greeted me immediately while also helping other customers and asked me what I needed. I said I came to them first because I had bought the glasses from Target but it was a while back elsewhere and didnt have the receipt. They said they could help me out no problem. It was only a 10 min wait and they did everything perfectly, even tightened everything, made all the fixes and even gave me a case for my Ray Bans. They didnt charge for these little fixes but I would have been happy to pay. In the next year or 2 Ill be getting a new prescription and Ill definitely be coming here to fill it. Thank you ladies!

I frequent this Target often and usually I have pretty good experience but my last few were unfortunately awful. The most recent one left me extremely upset. While checking out at self check out there was an extremely long line however it moved pretty quickly. The young lady overseeing it was being extremely helpful with everyone there and cleaning off the stations which was great. I always actually see her working hard! I had a few items that when I scanned in the app showed cheaper than what they were ringing up for. She verified the amounts and adjusted the prices for me accordingly which was great! I had to make two separate purchases because one was for my niece and the other was for myself. So we were in self check out probably about 15/20 minutes. Anyhow the register froze after the first purchase so I moved to the next register and proceeded to make my final purchase. I finish and my daughter asks why is the security Lady just staring at us. I look up and see people proceed to leave and she asks if she can take the cart from them as they leave the store. I proceed to put my Debit card up in my wallet and load my cart up with my purchases. As I begin to walk out, she stops me and requests to see my receipt. Now I’m irritated - I say excuse me??? And she says it again. So I show her the receipt and she asks to see the other one too. So I show it to her and she’s like “ok”. We leave. My daughter asks me is it because we are black ... how do you explain to a child who watched many people walk out the store and not be stopped but as soon as we get ready to leave - she stops us. Mind you, we had an employee helping us during the majority of our purchase so what reason did you have to stop us and ask to see our receipt?! I will not be going back to this Target.

I was browsing the owls and came across a beverage dispenser that was on the shelf marked for seven dollars it was not the only one sitting on the shelf there are multiple beverage disposers sitting on the shelf after checking out and getting to my car I realize my receipt was marked very high for my total and after looking at my receipt the beverage disposal wrong out for $26 I went back into target let them know that you have multiple beverage disposers on display for seven dollars The woman looked at me and said do you want it instead of honoring the price it was marked as this is my first and last time shopping at this target.

I have been unimpressed with the level of service in my last few visits. Worse than Walmart. 14 registers available and only 3 were open

The shelves were empty!! How am I supposed to buy lipstick from target if there is none to choose from!? How am I supposed to buy art crafts for my children if your shelves and racks are empty and completely disshuffled ??Its a total mess I left so angry! Good management would not allow a store to look this way!!

ADAM ( really tall, Caucasian male who has such an amazing personality) is awesome.Always goes above and beyond for me when we he sees me shopping.His product knowledge is awesome as well !Very approachable. 💛I am a mom of 2 and I pass about 3 stores just to get to this location. Team member was very fast bringing out order and it was correct! (previous times I have done drive up it has not been) Target App has improved (make sure you allow notifications and it works like a charm!) Went to decorate tree and lights were out, ordered them on my phone, drive up, pick up, & home super quick to continue decorating! Great service! Especially when it is cold and raining!

I waited about 10 minutes then a young lady arrived with the first part of my order. She said one of her fellow teammates was coming with the last part of my order. I waited 10 more minutes and that person never came. When I asked her what was taking so long for the other part of my order she said my Easter items needed to be pulled.

Target curbside pickup has always been awesome but with the current state the world is in, its been a lifesaver!

I came into this target last week, after realizing the product I wanted was out of stock I asked team member taylor about the product and she immediately went to the back to get the product for me!! She is very familiar with the area!! If you ever cannot find what you need go to her and is very friendly and sweet!

This is a nice Target. I went in just looking for makeup removing wipes, and was quite impressed. The store was clean and was nicely stocked. Most of the time when I go in Targets there are a lot of empty displays. I didnt see that when I came into this location. The staff I encountered were very nice and pleasant. They all seemed to enjoy working there.

Customer service is terrific. Struggled to get an item off a rack and an employee came over right away. Cashier also had a great personality. It was late at night but every target worker seemed helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service from a cashier ever. When did they start hiring rude people? Target has always had the friendliest people before but now be prepared to be belittled at the checkout stand. Please build more self check out stands if this is the type of people you are going to hire.

I like this Target because its generally very clean and in order. I never find it difficult to get help if I dont see something Im looking for. All the employees have been helpful. There are a few things I always have to hunt for, but I dont mind.

This Target atMathews is a great Target! They have a wide variety of products for sale and you can get lost in their endless selection of items. This Target even has a Starbucks. A Starbucks. Wow. This Target has friendly staff members and the bathrooms are actually pretty nice! If youre looking to go to a Target in North Carolina, South Carolina, or even in the United States, this would be the Target I would go to. They also sell video games here. They also sell milk here. Pretty much if you can name a generic product, Target has it. Such a big store and pretty reasonable prices with a Starbucks. 6/5 stars would recommend because I havent really been to many Targets and its better than Walmart in my opinion.

I received superior customer service from Lexi and Grace today. Yesterday I was with my daughter when she had purchased a crock pot, that was on sale and was using cartwheel to bring the price down further. I went in today to purchase the same one for myself. Lexi informed me that the specials change on Sundays, and she, along with Grace went above and beyond in making my shopping at Target a pleasurable experience. Kudos for their customer service!

Used the target drive up for the fist time and the team member walked out with my item as soon as I pulled into the parking lot !! I was super impressed !! And he was the nicest guy !

The newest remodel is a welcome refresh to this store. The grocery section really stands out.The areas in transition are never maintained to a very high standard which leaves a but to be desired.

I would like to say this I came to target once in a blue moon .When I need fashionable ideas or to come get something quick if I short on cash with a deal .Long story short I meet this great soul Melissa as a co worker told before she took me home she had to go target .After we got off work I said sure well you know you never know who god places in your path .I also work in retail so I went down my favorite alley for heat protection product that 7.59 .I was thinking of flat iron my hair creams of nature oil spray protects since it a very hard product to find anyway especially the beauty supply store I checked and drug store and grocery store .The bottle small but when I get it I try to buy two well they had zero I tried other for shine without success .So I asked Melissa where the creme of nature she looked on the phone for me and felt my pain .as we joked and laughed and her co worker as well I didn’t get her name but she was great also so she told me it the area being reset which I knew the language .Anyway I felt disappointed and told her I would tell corporate to have more this product .I told Melissa she truthful made this quick experience fun .I need some vitamin anyway and I forgot to use my cartwheel my co worker was like where the 15% which i asked the guy in that area he told me I forgot to add so .I found Melissa and explained once again she was awesome she walked me threw I have so many apps it crazy and she told me go to customer service watch this now I blessed another associate at the service will good energy .My point this all those people I come into contact with especially Melissa should receive some type of target gift card or whatever your business rewards system .I told Melissa she the best I ever dealt with yes I will be coming back to shop and congrats on your blessing you truly a special woman .Just because of you I will be coming back to shop I will be calling corporate and the store manager in a few days to see what they done for this special employees thank you happy new year god bless
