Went in today after leaving another retailer. I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back! They saved my day today! I almost had to cancel an appointment because I couldn’t find what I needed elsewhere.

Empty shelves. Walked out empty handed.

I was looking to change the product line that I sell. I went down every isle and half the lines had no prices posted and the other half had prices but none of them matched up with what was on the shelf. There was no way for me to make a decision since I had no idea what prices were on anything that I looked at. I will have to make the decision based on their website and come in and hope they have it. Staff is always very nice tho.

Horrible!!! Every time i go in to this SalonCentric its a total mess! Almost no product out and staff is so slow at cash register or ignore you and keep talking to other coworkers!

I recently needed help getting a product to help with a color client I had over the weekend. Though these particular products did not work the young woman was still very helpful in my unfortunate case. I can’t remember her name But I do remember her fav color is blue; she was super sweet and helpful!

Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Dont bother complaining or speaking to a manager because it wont get you anywhere.Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
