DO NOT FINANCE FROM HERE! MY CAR WAS $4500 IN TOTAL BUT IT WAS REALLY ONLY WORTH $1600 THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY HERECedric will try to take advantage of you if you’re a young lady like myself. & If you finance from here make sure your car is a 2010 or newer because if you get into a accident you probably won’t get anything back to fix the damages. you will have to fix your car on your own even if the accident wasn’t your fault. I know because I am going through this right now. Cedric is not understanding at all. You would think they would understand if you was late on a payment due to being out of work because of COVID but all they want is money STAY AWAY FROM HERE.My car is repairable it is just damaged by the bumper yet Cedric told the insurance company it was unrepairable. He ruled my car a total loss and was going to surrender my vehicle to the insurance company even before he seen what the damages looked like. And I am still doing my payments even though I’m going through a claim. I told him when I first got into my accident that my car is still drivable it’s just damaged. He never even asked me to see what my car looked like before telling the insurance company he would surrender it. If I wouldn’t have shown him pictures of the damages I would be car less right now. He would get the rest of the money for the car if it was a total loss while I would be out here figuring out how I would get to and from work without my car because of him. You don’t treat your customers like this.People are money hungry....all they see is dollar signs...moral of the story don’t be like me... if you’re a young lady/woman please DON’T buy or finance a car by yourself...take someone who knows about cars and insurance with you.
