I would not recommend nobody to go to this place they over charge for their cars they call you everyday behind a car payment cars not worth the money they charge I got a 2015 Camry basic version 102,000 miles and my payments are 315 every 2 weeks the bumper has fell off on one side and Ive never been in an accident. Not to mention they wants total of 18,500 for the car and with ins 32,000 save yourself a headache and go somewhere else unless you want to get played out your money Im sure Im not the only one that feels like this either

My car only had 17,000 miles on it and after getting it checked and serviced at the Toyota dealership I’ve found that it is in perfect condition. Well I will say this ... I bought a car from this place in September 2017, finance the car for 3 years supposedly, anyway that’s what my contract I signed stated. I never been late a payment and when I thought I was finally going to be payment free in September 2020 they stated my car wasn’t going to be paid off until January 2021 they stated I had refinance my car which wasn’t true at all. So I continue to make payments for the last four months even though someone forged this contract with my signature and dates. I’ve turned the situation over to the attorney general and they said they can’t get in touch with this company, which it is no surprise. I just wanted to know where my payments that I have paid from September 2017 until December 2017, they could never explain anything to me. I have my contract that I signed in September 2017 but they say they wasn’t acknowledging that contract that original signed. Now the car is paid off today so now I’m going to have to file a small claim on this company for stealing money from me. I can say that if anyone that has bought a car from these people in 2017 check your contracts cause I promise you they have taken your money and hasn’t but it on your car payments. They truly have good cars it’s the consumer service and it takes them forever to get back with you and they will cheat you out your money, I’m glad I’m done with this now I’m going to get the courts involved and get my 1507 back lol. Follow up 3/10/21 still haven’t heard from this company about this situation. Paid on time and never messed a payment and it’s not showing up on my credit. Definitely filing a small claim today will keep you posted

Definitely give Auto Finance 5+ starts for the outstanding customer service my boyfriend and I received this past weekend! I was in need of a vehicle and although I’ve done my research on some buy here pay here places, what settled me on this place was when my boyfriend and I ran into JD! We were originally sent there from a different dealership who had referred us to someone by the name of Julie. However something gravitated us more to JD and we spend pretty much the remainder of the day working with him to find the best vehicle that would fit our circumstances. Not only did he find us the best vehicle but the education behind the purchase as well as going into buying a vehicle in general is what sold us on getting the car! Id like to rescind my previous review. I urge everyone NOT to use this company. The tires and the starter on our vehicle had to be replaced after only 4 months (both outside the warranty period).Additionally, this business finances their cars using a company called RRD Financial to help build your credit. Malarkey! This finance company charges 23%+ interest (which is standard if your credit is bad) However, their staff is rude, unprofessional, and a general leech on society. Therefore, any business who directs their customers/clients to such a lender should not be trusted.

I was referred to come and speak to “ Big Country “ from another dealership and he spoke so highly of him that I felt compelled to come and see him. Once I had, I was highly satisfied. He got me approved for the car my wife wanted and everyone was happy!

Updated review after I finally sold my car (salesman wrote a 5 star review for me right after purchase) avoid this dealership, they are nice with you during the car buying process and after that customer service is pretty bad. They sold me a car with a bad front bumper, went to their mechanic 2 saturdays in a row (they sent me there) and the lead mechanic wasnt there both times. A week later called and asked about bumper replacement again and was told I need to pay a $1000 deductible. During the beginning of covid I was laid off and informed them I would miss some payments and even told them my last 250 needed to go to groceries, 2 missed payments and my car was repossessed. Got it back, a year later i started making online payments, the online payments didnt include the $50 insurance im charged each payment for having liability. So those stacked up $50 payments caused my car to be repossessed again. Sold my car as they didnt deserve my business anymore. So glad I dont have anything to do with this scammership. Oops i mean dealership. Buy elsewhere. -5 stars. ( also noticed any time somebody mentions the name of a salesman, they claim that that salesman doesnt exist). Pathetic
