Great Experience from the time I called to inquire about his cell phone repair service to the time my sonwalk out the door with his fixed phone. Mr. Rick was able to fix my sons broke screen the same day. I would recommend him to others. Very professional and gave some great recommendation on new screen protector.

This guys understand their work! I had request here my Iphone 7 Plus screen repair and they did it pretty good. No any complains. It was my first iPhone served in Providence Plantation Location on 3022 Weddington Road, Matthews, NC 28105. My cost for whole work was $150 but that because I had screen issue after this phone fell. Screen was lived it is own life you know when you tap one thing and it starts doing another just because iPhone decided to do it. This guys fixed it problem. Right now I see they offer screen repairs for Iphone 7 Plus for $65 via Groupon, what is fair price for only screen repair. Be careful when you choose what service do you need and buy it on Groupon, since Covid started, Groupon will refund only first couple days, then only trade in option available, what for me personally total not convenient. When I came to Mobile Bling and stated issue with phone itself, found out that screen repair purchase will not cover my requested work at all, so I cancelled Groupon repair screen tip, and paid after whole work was done. It was take few hours, but here is Harris Teeter next to it, so while I did my groceries, phone was total repaired. I would recommend this place to anyone who has broken iPhone screen or out of Apple Care and need phone service.

Beware! They took my phone behind A two way mirror and within 12 hours I started getting all kinds of fraudulent credit card activity and trying to hack into all of my accounts!!!! Find a place that fixes your screen in front of you!

Ive had two screens repaired there now. Both within a month of each other. While they were fast and responsive, I believe the screens to be of inferior quality. Both screens cracked fairly rapidly and the 2nd one cracked while in a protective case AND in my pocket. I didnt hit it that hard and considering that Ive not broken a screen in many years, I dont believe this to be a coincidence. Wont be returning.

Utterly rude to me on the phone. I asked about a replacement battery, and when he quoted me the price, I said that the laptop was still under warranty. He yelled at me then hung up on me. that was unnecessary. I am just looking for a place to get my laptop fixed.

Absolutely awful repair job. Glitchy screen, looks like a cheap Chinese screen off of Alibaba just slapped onto an iPhone. Not worth the time or money by any means.

These guys are awesome. My iPhone screen repair was done in 15 minutes for $49 and they also installed a new apple phone battery for $29. I called these guys and let them know what my issue was with my iPhone 6. The touch screen wasn’t working at all and the screen was cracked pretty bad. A quick diagnosis over the phone and they told me probably in the area of $150 to fix. I was fine with that, drove over handed them my phone and was about to walk out when the owner took a look at the phone and said my problem wasn’t as serious as I had described and that the fix would cost 70 dollars, and he doesn’t see a need to do the 150 dollar fix. Phone works amazing now and the fix took 20 minutes.Obviously they value honesty and integrity over getting as much money as they can out of their customers. Recommend these guys 100 percent!!!!

Great place! my screen was replaced in about 20 minutes and it’s been good ever since for only 85 bucks after tax for an iPhone 7 Plus. He even cleaned out my charging port and did a little maintenance on it. Definitely recommend.

Very sketchy.. bought a phone from them.. Face ID didn’t work and the screen was glitchy, I come in there to get a return and they didn’t even want to give me it saying we don’t give returns for those reasons.. after about 30 minutes of trying to get a return on it, they finally agreed on changing my screen for the glitching to go away, once they changed it, the screen was still glitchy and I told em to give me a refund for the screen being still glitchy and the Face ID not working, but they refused even tho it hasn’t even been 2 days since I bought the phone and I have the receipt in my hands and there’s a 14 day return policy.. after 30 minutes of arguing and negotiating they finally agreed on exchanging it with a different phone.. I took the new phone after wasting 2 hours in there and went home.. don’t go there if you don’t want your time wasted.. would definitely not recommend, your better off finding a phone on eBay or Facebook instead of going in there.

My first call to this location sold me the phone. Chris went above and beyond what any other store did for me just over the phone. He was so patient with all of my questions and so very personable! Given the holiday season I expected to be given a less than subpar customer service experience but this young man went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. Going into the store was even better! The guys in this store are top notch and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a phone! The service here was exceptional! I had to have two I-phones repaired, which was done while we waited. The visit didnt take more than 30 minutes. During my wait I checked out some of their unique cell phone cases and deals around the store. I was intrigued by the area used to create your own cell phone case embellishments!!!

Great service and price. Repaired both our iPhone 6 & 6S+ Screens. I went to apple with my 6S+ and they said it would cost $160 to repair the cracked screen. After waiting 1.5 hours, they said they couldn’t repair it because my case was dented and said my best option was to buy a reconditioned phone for $350.I took it to mobile bling and they repaired it, as good as new, for $90 in 20 minutes. Great service and price!!!!

Ray was the best prices and best service I have experienced in a long time. I dropped my iphone 6 and broke the screen. I also broke something else he had to repair too. I asked him to change out the battery also. He checked it first and told me there was no need. Honest too. His accessories are a great price too. Highly recommended.

Had my screen replaced on my iPhone 6s took 20mins and works great. They also gave me a discount on the screen case and tempered glass. Best repair service for phones in the Charlotte area. At first I had a little worry with the screen being that the 3D Touch seemed to not be working properly but when I went back for an explanation the owner treated me and helped me through it and it is working great. At first I was very happy with Bling, then we realized that every time they fixed one thing, something else broke. Fixing the back screen on an iPhone 8, caused the finger print/unlock feature to stop working. When we asked about it, they said that always happens, but they had not earned us upfront. That iPhone 8, now is not operational, little by little more problems occurred. Very disappointing, after spending way too much money on the repairs.

This place is very organized and clean. They were so accommodating and helpful with fixing my iPhone 6s screen + LCD. They noticed the sensor in my phone wasnt working and recommended me replace it so it wouldnt drain my battery. Would definitely return and recommend them to others as well.

Didnt warn me about the 20% restocking fee. Went to return a refurbished phone they sold me also didnt warn me it was refurbished charged me 60$ to return it. Phone wouldnt charge or hold battery. Always took my phones there for repair never again.

After informing them that I would have leave and come back a few hours later due to a meeting, they offered to fix it in 20 minutes if it would help. Good store. Dropped my phone off to get the screen fixed. Only issue was they priced it differently on the website, but it’s okay.

Only $109 to fix the screen and lcd which is a steal compared to other for $150/$160.... and so on.Only bad part was I gave them the password but I now have to reconnect to iTunes since the wrong password was entered to often. The nearest apple store is too far, but I’ll figure something out. So make sure you don’t enter the wrong password at all before giving it to them, and get it to them quickly.Other than that, amazing. Really kind owner. Quick and incredible service. Clean and a variety of products and services. 100% recommendation to my friends and family.

DONT GO HERE TO GET YOUR IPHONE FIXED. I went for a new battery for my iPhone 7 Plus and he told me it wasn’t the battery.. that it was the charging port which costed me 75$! I got home and my phone wouldn’t turn on! I called back the next day trying to get my refund and he was angry saying it took him 3 hours to fix and he denyed my refund! Moral of the story he doesn’t know what he’s DOING. I recommend ya to go to iphonez everything! Bad experience here at mobile bling.

This place ruined my iPhone...as soon as I got it back my speaker stoped working and I could no longer connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. Went in to explain the issue and was told that I am missing parts and that is why it’s not working? Well how was it working fine before I brought it to you? All in all ruined my iPhone and took no responsibility so I was stuck with a broken iPhone thanks to Mobile Bling.

I reluctantly stopped in to see if my screen could be fixed... imy cell phone screen wasnt responding to touch so I couldnt even enter my security code to answer a call?!! Very frustrating! (My cell phone provider told me I needed a new phone! ...w/o even touching my phone!) Soo I was pleasantly surprised MB was able to fix it and it only took 15 minutes & their prices are great too!! This place is awesome! I dropped my iPhone and thought it was done. Had blue and black lines through the screen completely shattered. Verizon couldnt fix it and the Apple store quoted me $200. Mobile bling did it for $80 and in 45 mins! I am so happy with the service I received and my phone as good as new! They even gave me a free screen protector. If I ever have a phone mishap again there is no question that I will be returning here.
