Denise is great and does a wonderful job! She gave me some great recommendations (Im still playing immortals fenyx rising after I was on the fence on it) and is always a pleasure to deal with. Makes me glad I got the yearly membership. There is always something cool to check out in there and the store is clean and organized.

Was there earlier trying to return something bought online from GameStop.com. The guy that was working there told me to ship it back to them. He did not even ask what the item was or anything. Don’t advertise certain items may be returned to GameStop stores if they do not take them. What a waste of my time and gas for going there. I tried to called first if anybody answered their phones in the first place there.

Bought street fighter 5 championship edition used and downloaded the game and everything is locked because I need a code to download the dlc which I don’t have. Like why sell the game used knowing I need the code. I just basically bought regular street fighter 5. I’m very mad and feel betrayed.

Very great staff. They helped me pick my games even though I only had 20 dollars and an old xbox360 and they hooked me up with some great games to ride out the quarantine.

This place has a good selection of games, and if they dont have it they can go special order it and have it to pick up or sent straight to your house. The people that work there have a wide and amazing knowledge of the games they sell and can make good recommendations under any circumstances. The staff here is also very nice and they keep the store front clean and organized.

Gamestop is definitely far from a great customer service company and honestly I stay far away from them most of the time. I decided to give GS a shot tonight, see if maybe this was a location worth supporting. Nope. I browsed the used game section and found what I wanted. There were two boxes, one original game box and one with their crappy printed out paper. I picked up the original box as thats what I wanted. At the counter the lady put the original box behind the counter and pulled out a crappy printed box. I told her I wanted the original box with the used label on it and she said We only give those to customers when its the last copy. Excuse you? If it was purely for advertising purposes then you wouldnt also put the crappy box on the shelf next to the original. The original box had a used sticker on it, meaning it was intended to be sold as a used game box. Thats the box I wanted and was denied. GS, your customer service once again proves to be the bottom of the barrel.

GameStop is fairly expensive, and with the rise of companies like Amazon, its market is niche and no longer necessary. The buy back game policy is cool, but you dont get much out of it in the end.

They didnt have what I was looking for in stock but they had a cool sale on shirts

A girl with glasses and short hair was being very rude to customers and not responding to their questions, while at it she made me very upset for also telling me that she couldn’t sell another 2 games to my fiancée because I was HOLDING THEM! So rude and didn’t even mind grabbing them from the counter and had to put them up myself, first and last time I’ll will accompany him here!

Waited 20 mins in line for something that wasnt even in the store, called before had to make sure it was at this location and the manager chris advised me it was, after going and driving 30 mins here they were sold out of the game and the manager was rude and would not give me corporate number to express this concern.

This GameStop is honestly one of the best ones the workers no what there doing and what there talking about most of them are very polite and help u get what u need this is my favorite game stop because of the service!!!!

I just left this location and will not be back. The employee huffed and puffed and visibility rolled his eyes as he assisted myself and my daughter with our attempted trade out of an iPod 5. He was very upset that we had reset the device. We assumed we had helped. He told us that it would take a very long time for him to retrieve the serial number. This was ludicrous because it took at most one minute. He offered twenty dollars cash because the device had one tiny nick. It was my impression that he couldnt be bothered with us and we had done the him a disservice by even being there. This employee has poor customer service skills.

I used to shop here all the time. Every big release for games I liked I would pre-order and attend the midnight releases. The guys used to be real knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Sometimes I still get a few that are really helpful, more often than not its terrible. I agree with the posts suggesting they are condescending.I always come in with a smile and am polite buts its rarely returned. When I come up to the counter its been as bad as just being stared at until I speak, no hello or how are you, not even a grunt, just the stare of why are you making me do my job, go away... Then when you actually hear them speak their tone an attitude is so rude.I get it. It gets busy, the public can be a hassle. Thats why I try to be as easy and polite as possible. Ive been in retail. I dont expect you to hand me the world when I enter the store, but to be treated as such an inconvenience is pretty piss poor service. If you dont want my money, fine, Id rather order it off Amazon anyway, but I like to support the local businesses around where I live.A word to the wise, take caution in coming here. You might get lucky and get the good guys or you might get the standard treatment. What a shame, a customer should NEVER be treated like that. I usually have a better experience at the Galleria Gamestop.

Called in to see if they had a game...he immediately said no. I asked him could he check the system to see if any other stores had the game. He said No stores are going to have it (mind you this is a game that has already been released). I asked, So your not going to check?. About 4 secs pass and in a condescending tone, he sarcastically says Shocker, no store has it. This is HORRIBLE customer service.
