Initially went to pump to use Harris Teeter points. Pump tells me chip error to go inside. I present my card to woman cashier—magically my card works. HOWEVER—this exact same thing happened a couple months ago. At that time I processed my transaction inside after they rubbed their finger over my chip on card. (I never have this chip issue with any other merchant). Magically they get card to work again —so I enter in my code for harris teeter points but she tells to pick an amount so she can key in. I tell her I want to fill up my car—They say whatever you don’t use will be credited back to your card. They are liars. They never credited back my $$$ I didn’t use. So when this happened this week. I told them I don’t want to give an amount and explained to them they never issued me a credit for portion un used. Another man behind counter chimes in that could never happen—I replied —so you are telling me I am not telling you the truth?? I said this is a scam. Immediately the lady said your card is working now —go back to pump to process filling up your gas. Buyer beware—The most telling are the reviews left for this establishment—their quality control rep responds on each bad review—I am sorry you had this experience—blAh blAh blAh—and yet No change in their practices. From what I can tell over a 3 year period.These people are rude, hateful and untrustworthy.I will not be back!!This review isn’t worthy of one star. My review is a negative -100.

Would give negative number if I could. Car wash malfunctioned today scratching my front quarter panel wheel well and drivers door. Owner/manager was rude and argumentative. He said there was no way the car wash did this. BEWARE of these dishonest people

Nice gas station. Easy in and out, new pumps, great store, ATM available. Gas is a pit pricey compared to surrounding gas stations.

Unless you want to pump till tomorrow - find another station.Pumps #4 and #8 dont pump and the personell seems to not care

Ask which pumps work before starting. 9 out 10 times youll hear pumps need to be primed.

Employees dont enforce masks and half dont wear them.

Just went to use my Harris Teeter points for gas. Keyed everything in at the pump and it instructed me to go inside. Go in and have to key it in again at the keypad in store and they have to put a dollar amount on it. I say $25 and it probably wont be that. They advise come back in for your final receipt. Go in for my final receipt and realize I didnt get my $1.00 off per gallon reward price. They tell me I must have keyed in the wrong number (WRONG! I KEYED IN MY RIGHT NUMBER) and basically are rude and do nothing to to fix it. Never going back there.

Ads SCREAM out of this pump. If you arent going to have the cheapest gas you cant get away with getting paid for advertising.

There is something wrong with the owner/manager (?) at this location!He is rude and inconsiderate . This observation has been made after several visits over the course of one year.One time I went into to get a fountain drink, I tried several varieties and none worked . He watched me stand and there and then walked away, without saying a word. I had to call him out from the back room to ask “ what’s up ?”He said “ not working “ . I replied, how about a sign then”.He told me to get out !Another time, I went at 10:30am and car wash was not open /unlocked . He never said one word to me when I asked if it was working . He just went and unlocked it.BP corporate needs to be aware one of their locations is being represented this way .This guy is weird ! He going to piss off the wrong person and get his teeth knocked out .

I was checking out buying my usual pack of cigs and I had extra change so I figured I grab a quick candy snack 89 cent. So I see i am 5 cent short including tax and threes 15 cent sitting in the leave a penny take a penny. All I need was 5 cents and the manager I think told me no. Never again will u receive my service. I was so pissed! Cheap bastards I hate them

The staff here are rude, half of the pump sensors are busted and dont work, and my all time-favorite was when I won $10 on a lotto ticket and the staff member cocked it up scratching off the code and wouldnt award me the prize, and told me I had to drive to the Lotto office and, Maybe I could collect the prize. Wow, thanks for nothing! Ive had the staff try and search me because they thought I was stealing beer, and have them refuse to honor special prices they had advertised in their drink cooler.
