They’ve cancelled my Covid test two days in a row now. The first time when I was almost there, and the second time it was earlier but with no explanation. I don’t recommend scheduling your covid test at this cvs location.

I just went to hunt for hello kitty plushies. i will say that i called beforehand and asked if they had the product in stock, where they proceeded to say that they did. when i arrived and asked, the worker i talked to gave hella attitude and kept rolling his eyes just to tell me they didnt have any. i asked him if it was possible that he looked in the back but he proceeded to give more attitude which i then left. the workers give attitude for no reason; its your job, you chose to work there…dont work there if you cant handle talking to customers. everytime i go to this location i experience problems i dont know why. this is the last time im coming here😀👍

Had a 1 pm appointment for Rapid Cove in testing. There was a car ahead of me in a car after me. I waited 10 minutes as I was 10 minutes early. I walked in at 1:08 and was out in 10 minutes. Self swabbing. Would have got my results on the spot except theyre going to lunch.

As far as the store goes it is awesome! HOWEVER, the pharmacy staff is sooo rude, very time consuming, they do not care to take the time to file insurances or take an extra step for anything. Im baffled at the staff, Its like none of the pharmacy staff went to school for what theyre doing and have no idea whats going on.

Had a appointment. She calls as I’m on the way and wanted me to come early because their “lunch” was approaching. She calls again and tells me if I’m couple mins late we need to reschedule. My gps said I would’ve arrived 1 min late, take account it’s raining and traffic because of the the whole gas shortage. I am experiencing every symptom and they have the nerve to turn me away because they wanted to take lunch and I would be one min late ?? This place is a joke

One star for the store (which is fine) and one for the minute clinic (because it’s really great although always at least half an hour behind schedule). But this location has consistently terrible pharmacy wait times. I’ve never seen a pharmacy be this slow this often. Prescriptions that other stores fill in 10-15 minutes take hours. And if your doctor calls it in, the fill takes even longer. Save yourself the aggravation and fill your meds somewhere else.

My prescription was called in on 10/1 by my doctor and its 10/20 now and still hasnt been filled by the pharmacy. I called last night and was told it would be completed this morning. After 30 minutes on hold this afternoon, I was told it wasnt ready. My prescription ran out 5 days ago, but thats still too long to go without meds for any medical condition. I would highly suggest having your prescriptions filled by a different pharmacy. If you are trying to call the pharmacy, I would suggest calling at night after 8pm or dialing 2 when you call in (this is the number for prescribers and the pharmacy will actually answer for them).

The man behind the counter was so rude to me. He ask me what I was doing while I was standing there waiting to be helped I told him I had been waiting an hour and said I would just come get it tomorrow and he just walked away. I will never go back to this cvs awful customer service

Ive been using this CVS since I moved here to NC and as of now I dont have any complaints to say about this location. The drive thru moves pretty quick and everyone inside is nice especially the people in the pharmacy. Ive worked retail before and know that sometimes people may get overwhelmed, but I personally havent had any negative experience with anyone in the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. Every single time I go, I have to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru pharmacy just to be told that my medicine won’t be ready for another hour, even after I’ve received a message that it was ready! Then today I went to pick up a medication for my son that was supposed to be a LIQUID and it was powder!!! They didn’t mix the medication properly. This is absolutely ridiculous! Don’t waste your time!

Very busy and well-stocked store. I visit about once a week and the staff is always very friendly. And drive-thru for prescriptions is a must with kids on the go. Love this CVS.

I dont know why reviews are so bad. I had to wait for prescriptions, but never had problems with receiving it.it took like max 5 min. I like this CVS and pharmacy is OK with me. I always shop there and most of employers are really nice and friendly, doesnt matter if it pharmacy or check out.

Just came to this location a few minutes before closing and the doors were shut. There was a manager that came to open the door to let out the last customer and I begged to ask if I could go into the store and purchase a pill for my very sick and pregnant sister and he said we’re closed right when it turned to 12 AM of course it was closed at that point. Very disappointed it’s a drugstore and it’s supposed to be there for their customers until closing time.

I usually have a simple pick up and go for my prescription. Today, Spencer the pharmacist, or pharmacist assistant... gave horrible service today. I UNDERSTAND dealing with a bunch of customers and a long line gets very frustrating but you get PAID to deal with that. If you can’t deal with that and have decent customer service and not throw someone’s medication at them because you’re “frustrated” then you’re in the wrong career field. I understand an attitude at the most but throwing someone’s prescription at them? We’re all frustrated just like you were, having to wait in a long line for medicine that we need. Not only that you didn’t even do the standard protocol for someone picking up someone else’s medicine.... you ALWAYS check their Identification.

I have been in go mode all day with my sick daughter. I went to my usual cvs to get my baby girls meds (strep and flu) they closed early so I came to this one and they couldnt find my daughters stuff in the system, so a lovely lady I want to say Cameron may have been her name ( short blonde haired lady) went out of her way to get my daughters meds she had me in and out in less than 10 minutes! I couldnt thank her enough its been quite a rough day Im pregnant and already have 3 kids and she made my night so much better. I wish she knew how much what she did meant to me, the world needs more like her.

This is a good store for all of the basic hygiene / medical / home care / doodads / etc needs youll have on any given day. If youre in the store and hate being sick/have a frequently clogged or congested nose, this CVS sells The Navage and it was actually life-changing for me. You should definitely get one while youre there!!Employees have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Im not sure exactly what the deal is, but literally every time my husband or I go there to pick up prescriptions, theres some kind of problem. Saturday I went to pick up a very important script for my husband. He had gotten a text alert from CVS a few days prior saying it was ready for pickup. When I got to CVS, they said he didnt have any refills and hed have to contact his doctors office. When I asked why he would have gotten a text alert, I was told that the text alert system doesnt know whether or not you have refills, it just automatically alerts when you SHOULD have a refill and if you dont actually have a refill left, theres really nothing there to pick up. Thats pretty insane to me. I had to plead for him to have a loan of a few pills because he had run out and its not the kind of medication you can just not take for a few days. As of today, it still isnt figured out and hes suffering from not having his medication. The communication between the doctors office and CVS always seems to take DAYS. Its ridiculous. We are both moving all our prescriptions over to a different company. Too much time has been wasted by things being messed up and us having to drive back and forth and constantly make phone calls.

Pharmacist was rude and couldnt answer basic questions about medication. When we asked about side effects, he literally said that all medicines have side effects - and that was it. Good thing CVS is hiring people off the street to handle medication.

I have no problem with the store staff, but the pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I have had problems with my prescription refills FOUR SEPARATE TIMES. There is always something wrong- the lose faxes, and I am forced to play phone tag between the doctors offices and the pharmacy again and again. They are also very strict about not refilling your prescription until EXACTLY the time you got it the month before - even if it is not a controlled substance. So, its too bad if you drop a pill down the sink or are going to be out of town when your refill is due. You might have to go without your prescription for a few days!!

I’m fed up with CVS. They keep reminding me why I left them before. I did the express pick up on app. Came to store and waited in Drive thru pick up for 20 minutes. Finally got to the window. Associate took forever to scan barcode to then say the cash register shut down because store was closed. So now I can’t get meds I already paid for. What is the point and convenience of this app then? Then they have smart mouth associates, he said his name was Shawndre, say I had all day to pick it up. Actually you don’t know what I “had all day” to do and actually I had been at my job for 12 hours all day. My family will be looking for a new pharmacy now. I say avoid this one. Don’t make the same mistake I did and come back.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I usually use the pharmacy in Indian Trail but this one was closer to my job and I needed to pick up my husband’s prescription after work. I dropped of the prescription at 2:45p and told them I would be back after 5p to get it. I needed to pick the prescription up and then pick up my kid fro daycare in Indian Trail. I got there at 5:30 and they said it wasn’t ready. WHAT?!? More than two hours to fill a simple prescription that they had in stock because the girl checked before I dropped it off. I waited 15 mins and then they said it would be ANOTHER 10 mins. Are your serious?!? Now I’m late picking up my kid and they don’t even care. The pharmacy in Indian Trail is so much nicer and accommodating. I will NEVER come back here. I will drive out of my way to avoid them or use the Walgreens right across the street. Thanks for nothing CVS Matthews.

The pharmacy department is horrible! The staff members are unprofessional and rude. The prescriptions are never in stock and they never follow up to let you know that it will take three days to fill your prescriptions. These are antibiotics and nausea medicine that are clearly needed right away, yet they will not let you know they are on order. The pharmacy department is in desperate need of new Leadership and training their associates on customer service. Always treat someone the way you would like to be treated!

After a very frustrating and unhappy experience at Walgreens after Rite Aid closed I gave CVS another try. I have rated this store poorly in the past due to out right hateful staff in the front and pharmacy. I have to say great improvements have been made and it is an entirely different experience. Pleasant helpful staff up front and in the pharmacy. The best thing to happen at this location was the departure of a particular Pharmacist with a God complex. All but one Pharmacist have been very friendly and helpful. This is a very busy store so expect some delay. There needs to be a better way to organize prescriptions. Some days as many as 3 techs are tied up checking everywhere for your medication.Update 9/3/2019This store is clean and carrys a wide assortment of products. Havent seen the Pharmacist that had a attitude since my first post. That title didnt remain vacant long. There is one that has taken his place. Is very nice on the phone however looks at you as if you are a criminal or addict. I am so tired of that. The female pharmacists have been great so far with one fairly young lady being extremely helpful, friendly and seems to give you an honest answer to a question and not the old stand by its CVS policy One thing I am upset about, I filled out one of their supposedly confidential reviews stating my likes and problems. The next day the district pharmacy manager sent me a email apology and wanted me to call him. It was supposed to be confidential with no name attached. Obviously they are not confidential. As in many places you dont say anything out of the way about a employee. They have the ability to make your day and shopping experience a nightmare. As they say, dont make your cook, waiter or order taker, Nurse or Pharmacist mad.

I called on a Wednesday evening to pickup 4 prescriptions the next day. On Thursday I go to pickup my prescriptions at 3:30 pm and they werent ready. They told me I had to wait 30 min. This is unacceptable and horrible service. Go elsewhere if possible.

Dont have your passport picture made here! Mine was not approved when I took it be processed at the post office, and the post office worker told me he frequently rejects pictures from cvs. Save yourself the hassle and just have it done at the post office.

I have monthly refills taken care of here and they ALWAYS ask to fill prescriptions I have previously declined to have filled (multiple times for the same prescription). Sometimes they even fill them anyways, so I constantly have to check to make sure they arent filling old prescriptions I dont need anymore and charging them in with other medicines I do need. Also pops up as a 24 hour store but the pharmacy is not 24 hours so its pretty worthless.

Dr ordered refills for a year. These dummies dont honor that. So EVERY month my husbands medications get off track 3-4 days in a row until they finally communicate. During which time, the patient is suffering.The reason the Dr wrote them out for a year...because this issue reoccur constantly. The excuse is always the Drs office has not got back with them which is bs. They answer 24/7. CVS Sucks bottom line.

They only get 3 stars because they fixed a prescription that another CVS did not make properly. I dropped a prescription here one day and it took 2 and a half hours to fill! Dont say 30 mins but then not have it ready.
