Very caring and helpful. Try to make things as cost efficient as possible. Goes out of the way to accommodate-including going to see my 99y.o. Mother numerous times at her memory care facility instead of her having to get out. So thoughtful!

If you wear aids you know customer service is very important. Beltone stands behind its products and handles repairs as quickly as possible, which is good, because they do have their problems from time to time.If you are profoundly deaf you need 2 pair, they don’t offer loaners.I can’t afford to purchase new aids ever 3 or 4 years, depending on the location you, they can be very pushy to sell you a new pair.All things considered, it’s a great product!

Beltone has helped me with many hearing issues that I have had over the years... Very Professional and easy to work with.... for example: the last time I was in for a check up, I was shown how to hook up my hearing aids to my TV using my husbands Resound Bluetooth system. I want to share this with you folks. Since finding out that I needed hearing aids I started to watch this doctor on YouTube. The name of his channel is Doctor Cliff, AuD and he really is knowledgeable and the things he says to insist on having done, like certain test and fittings, Ive had done seeing Bob. Its comforting to know that Bob adheres to good and proper procedures in his office and I highly recommend him to anyone needing help with there hearing.

Dr. Bob Smyth and Sue at Beltone Matthews we’re very helpful to our family when my father lost a hearing aid. They listened carefully and worked closely with us to fit Dad with new hearing aids and adjust them as needed.Dr. Smyth visits Plantation Estates (retirement community) regularly for a clinic and made adjustments there. He also answered questions over the phone.At his recommendation, we our purchased a portable microphone that worked with Dad’s new hearing aids. With the microphone, he was able to hear us much better. That was particularly important for family members who speak softly.Sue was always very encouraging and helpful on the phone and in person. Her kindness and good sense of humor added joy to our days.Our family was very well cared for by Dr. Smyth and Sue. We are very glad we found them. We highly recommend them. They are a great find - especially for people who love at Plantation Estates and any retirement communities near Matthews. Staff was great and answered all my questions. When I had questions, I either called or dropped by the office and was always warmly greeted and Bob was always able to walk me through the problems I was having.
