I love Joanns they typically have everything Im looking for and more. I ALWAYS walk out with way more than what I came for. The staff in the Mattoon, IL store are awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I couldnt find anything to craft soaps or body products which I thought was surprising; if they carried the items I would expect a craft store to keep in stock this would have been a 5 star experience.

This place is amazing!! There is literally something for everyone to do or use to create any kind of art you want. Just left there with patches, charms and paint markers.

The employees here make the difference. Im a repeat customer. Every time I am there they are cordial and helpful with out being pushy! I ask for help with math and conversions and they are wonderful!Happy Halloween 💀 with my JoAnns tree!

This was my first time on JOANNE Fabrics and I was very impressed with the amount of merchandise they carried, along with their prices and organization! I couldve spent all day in the store easily and lots of money! The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of material to choose from to make masks so I loved that.

Found what I needed fairly easily and had friendly staff to assist me. When I hand over my phone for the 4-H rewards she also found a few coupons and another rewards program to scan. Nice place for simple crafting needs.

Love having a craft store in town again. Its my favorite place to go for yarn! A great selection and if you take advantage of sales and coupons you dont pay any more than you would at Wal-Mart!

Great Place To Shop

I love this store. You can aways get coupons if you sign up for emails. The salespeople are great. I didnt give a 4 star only because it is a smaller store and dont have a great selection of some things the bigger stores do.

Deb and the other staff make you feel like family. They give great advice and really seem to care. When you shop there, you are NOT just another number. They even try to get to know their customers by name and ask How projects are going and are willing to give advice. But you do need to watch for sales. Otherwise its expensive.

Must use the App for value. Do not go in without a plan or you pay too much.

Employees are nice. Things inside store are relatively easy to find. Not as many brands as other JOANN Fabrics and Crafts stores. Wide selection of fabrics. Friendly environment. Usually not crowded.

Typical Joanns if you need help you have to hunt someone down and get help otherwise its a good place to get your stuff for arts and crafts

Went in looking for something I asked the employee for help locating the item and all she said is its down in one of those ilses down that way and she walked away. I found the item but it took me a while of hunting.

Love the things you can find here but what a nightmare to navigate that store. Impossible to know the price of anything without using their app to scan barcodes (which is the only reason you should ever use their app).

I love this store. Many kinds of crafts available as well as unlimited online ordering.

It is a small store, so they dont have everything, but there is a large variety of yarn and fabric. I have frequented this store for a couple years and have never had any problems!
