He was honest about which sets would be most durable for our family and was not just trying to make the sale. We are moving and don’t have our home yet and they are storing for us until we need it!! Brie was super helpful. I described what I was looking for and she went right to the perfect piece and it was on sale to boot!!! She wrote up my purchase and we were on our way. They delivered my purchase a few days later and put it right where I wanted it. The delivery crew was very nice and professional too. Ill definitely be shopping there again when the need arises.

With the sale going on this week and with the free box springs included in the sale price, I was able to upgrade to a much better, firmer mattress. Next day delivery was superb. Exactly on time, the guys were safely masked, considerate, and careful of walls and furniture carrying the set up the narrow stairs. I highly recommend Slumberlands products and service.

Bri was amazing! We didnt know if Slumberland would have what we wanted, but they really came through. Bri asked what we were looking for and we informed her we were hoping for an inexpensive couch, and she immediately showed us a few options. The first one she showed us was amazing- less than $500 recliner couch- and it was a pretty quick decision that this was the one we were looking for. Bri made the process enjoyable and stress- free. Would definitely recommend Slumberland to others, as well as Bri as a saleswoman.

My parents ordered furniture from here about a month ago so my parents suggested I go to check it out while looking for a new sectional and/or end tables. Dustin helped out my parents, so I asked for him. He did an amazing job helping me. I’m colorblind so I know I wasn’t the easiest person to help. He was patient, and anything I had in mind, he knew instantly what I was talking about and where it was in the store to show me. I used to be in sales. It’s not an easy job. He is a great person. Not pushy, listens, would go out of his way to tell you everything you may need to know, that may be helpful or just to inform you to know you will make the best decision for you! They have a wide variety of things in store so you can see what you’re getting. Great place for any one of furnishings for you home!

Ive been looking to get a sectional for a couple weeks now. I seen an ad for the presidents day sale on my facebook newsfeed and decided Iwanted to go check it out. Upon arriving at the store Patrick immediately greeted me and my boyfriend and helped us choose a sectional that was best fit for the size i was wanting. He was super nice and very helpful! I found what i was looking for within just a few minutes! Im very happy with my experience at Slumberland Furniture in Mattoon!

They sell furniture at premium costs but do not help you when there are issues with their faulty furniture, they just give you the manufacturers numbers and set you off on your own. They only care about the sell!

We have been waiting since July 10th for our furniture. No one calls to let us know it will be longer than 12 weeks. We have called two different times to check and told 2-4 weeks every time.

Quick...easy....and theyre knowledgeable too.

While the sale was a good enteraction with sales team. Some were difficult to get answers from while waiting for the couch to come in. Most times couldnt get any info from them on an idea of eta... I even offered up front to take display model since would take 10 weeks to get it in was told no they could not d deliver the display. after 10 weeks of waiting was finally offered the display which I was given an additional $100 off after pushing for it. I do understand that covid has this manufacturer very behind, but still a bit frustrated that i waited that long only to get the display i offered to take 2 months ago!! I would say definitely wait to redo any rooms and furniture for now, or go to a place that will let you take it home that day!!

Slumberland in Mattoon, IL.... just had a great experience.... greeted at door politely and asked if we were looking for anything in particular... yes, a new mattress... Bre’Ana was then assigned to us... helpful, knowledgeable and patient... made a purchase along with 120 night trial and 10 year warranty.... will definitely return to this store in the future!

Wonderful people. They stayed open and helped me with my purchase even when I walked in ten minutes to close. They did not rush me but took the time to show me several options and even waited for me to make a phone call to decide which items we actually wanted. Great local place to buy your furniture needs.

Went to get recliner and told wouldnt get for 14 weeks. The staff member was rude about it asked about waiving delivery fee since was going to be 3.5 month before getting said chair which she denied. She then proceeded to compare a several hundred dollar chair to ordering a shirt online. Really? Pay now and not see my product for almost 4 months, come on!

I was very impressed with the service I received. I was at the store three different times and not once was I pressured or made to feel like I was getting a hard sell. The salesmen were patient, answered all of my questions and very knowledgeable about their products.I ordered my mattress and platform on Black Friday, which meant a high volume time, pushing delivery further out than usual. When I checked on delivery, I was told it would be delivered later than when I needed it. After explaining my circumstances, the lady I spoke with arranged to have it delivered on a day they normally dont deliver and I actually got it two days before that.The delivery men who brought our platform and mattress were very professional. They had the old stuff out and the new set up in under an hour. And I found out Slumberland donates all old mattresses in good condition to those in need of one. All in all I am very glad I shopped with them.

Just picked up our new recliner today. It came in a big box that we have to put together ourselves. Seriously!! The salesman said theyd take our old recliner and dispose of it so we hauled it up their to pick up the new one and of course they wouldnt take it, what a joke. The salesmans there need more knowledge about their job. We wont be spending any more of our money there.

Great place to look for furniture design ideas. As little hard to shop as the affordable furniture is mixed in with the I just got a new credit card furniture....just ask for help and they do a great job of finding exactly what your looking for...really liked the delivery option if you dont have a big truck.

Had a great experience when we purchased our couch, love seat and dining room table. Gentleman we had was very nice. Prices seemed reasonable too. Got our couch on clearance instead of being up sold on the newer model that had features we didnt need or want.
