After calling around for alignment prices and also availability, Pilsons was the cheapest priced and the soonest to get me in! The were able to get me in the next business day and actually found problems with my truck that I didn’t even knew I had. They’re service department has definitely improved since I worked for them back in 2018, and they’re only going to get better!

NEVER buy a car from here. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from this location and not even 1 month after purchasing it my a/c went out, there are multiple wiring issues, and not even 6 months after buying it my car battery died. I got the extended warranty and a new battery (that should’ve already been changed) is not covered in that. It’s a cheap place with cheap cars and they’ll do anything to sweet talk you into buying one of their cars. I am not satisfied with their service.

Fast quick service for purchase of a car. A little disappointed they low balled Mr first go around on my jeep trade. Came back with a better offer. They had sent us a mailer telling us what our trade was worth. Showed them that. Made an excuse those were generic. Had a discussion and they came back very close to offer. Just recently bought a hardtop Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Pilson. We love the Jeep. However the listing for the vehicle said it came with a sunsetter soft top for the hardtop and a soft top. When we asked about it we got told we copy and paste from other listing, but I will check on it. We later got told well we lie sometimes. Not a good way to put it, it was not our sales persons fault or the guy that did our paperwork, unless one of them posted the listing. I had heard good things about Pilson and they had a good selection of vehicles online. I guess I was excepting more, especially when both my brother and I both get vehicles from there basically together and drop 90,000 on them.

So something that should have taken maybe 30 mins took us HOURS to do. They even knew this BEFORE we drove 1.5 hrs to get there. They could have just told us first thing then so we could reschedule knowing we were on a time crunch as it was. Very unsatisfied with the service.

Unfortunately my experience was not great. I had previously had my oil changed at the Charleston location and when I went to the Mattoon Ford location assuming they are all connected. Well, they decided that I needed a different, more expensive oil. Oil change charges went from about $40 to $60 then the sticker is wrong says I need another oil change in 1000 miles. Plus they charge for tire rotation. (Never had that happen before with any other dealership, granted it was only $18 but still) I had also contacted my sales rep the Saturday before the oil change to let him know my service engine soon light had come on. I get there and they said I need to go to the Jeep, Dodge South location, go there leave the car. Get a call later its a fuel issue and I owe for diagnostic testing. This is a 2019 with less than 15,000 miles on it under full manufacturers warranty plus anextended warranty was purchased. When we argued the charges, called the saleman, the service manager is now involved and oh, that was an error. (Nicely played).Not impressed with the service department, I had purchased from mysalesmen when he was at a differentdealership and never had any issues. I really hope this isnt the path we continue follow with service for this car.

Service was good only issue was, I had tires rotated and you would have thought they would have checked and adjusted the tire pressure. The front and back tires were all different ranges and up to 5 pounds different.

I spoke with Megan P. She told me all 4 vehicles we wanted to test drive would be ready for my appointment Friday, they werent. She never mentioned what building Danny was in. We had to drive down to the next building. Then Danny was in a meeting which doesnt make sense if I had an appointment with him. They gave me Cory which was very friendly. They do not come down on price whatsoever which I found very odd. None of the vehicles were at that building they were over at the 1st building and 1 had sold.. We got there at 1020 was never offered a drink & then we had to wait forever to get any decision back or to hear what was going on. We didnt leave until 450pm. We knew which vehicles several hours before we signed papers. I asked if they would come down on prices and were told no we dont really do that since price is listed on the website not sure when that started or why they flatly out refused. Definitely shouldnt take all day when you know 2 out of the 3 vehicles were 100% buying before arrived just had to decide on a 3rd. Gentleman in financing said in his 20 yrs had never had a 3 vehicle sale. I had a better experience at the Charleston location in 2009 working with the finance manager(no longer there) and manager.

Such a seamless and easy process! I even drove all the way from Florida to get the Jeep I wanted! I asked to make it sign and drive and did everything ahead of time. Excellent sales pro with Kristy - they hit pay dirt with her! And they did what they promised...in and out in 15 minutes! It is great to do everything online!!

Please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place, our 2019 1500 RAM had a problem two weeks after we bought it, we took it to this dealership on Tuesday hoping they’d fix it in a couple days. On Thursday they told us it’d be ready the following Monday or Tuesday we ask them really nice to make sure to have it ready for Thursday or no later than Friday because we had to go to Pennsylvania towing our travel trailer, today on Friday they told us they would call us at 5:00pm, well they didn’t so we called them just to know that it wasn’t ready, and also that they had only one technician and he couldn’t work over on our truck. We ended up having more inconvenience than we had when we first contacted them!

Dave Cox did an excellent job putting together a great Jeep, responding back to us in a timely manner, and making the purchasing process quick and easy! I would highly recommend Dave anytime.
