Me and my son go there to take his prescription medicine they said I have to wait 20 minutes and I get back there after 20 minutes or so and they said we need to wait again 2 minutes to make it ready and after that they said they dont have that medicine they let me and my son wait for so long and the ending that the medicine was not there they sold Teel us first that sorry we dont have tat medicine not like they let us wait and my son is vomiting coz his sick.

Let me just say the pharmacists at this location are amazing aside from quick and friendly pharmacists they answer questions without being rude about it... the cvs in mattoon was “too confused” about the directions on my prescription which was one pill daily half in the am half in the pm.... I took the prescription across town to Wal Mart pharmacy and had ZERO issues with it!!! Thanks for doing your job and doing it well!!!!
