If this isnt your favorite store on the planet you will have your man card revoked! They have everything you need, everything!! All at a reasonable price too!! Plus there is at least one or two people there that know what they are talking about. I cant say everyone as I have had some blank stares and panicked looks, but there has always been at least one person who can answer me 😁

I have only been once so far, but I was very happy with their prices and customer service. We got some beautiful (and great quality) solar lights for our gardens and they were priced well (and they were all on sale on top of the original price being low!) Our cashier was very nice and friendly, and answered all our questions well and with patience

I like Harbor Freight a lot! This store is big and has the items that I need when I need them at a great price (usually). Sure, you can pick up a sub-par tool every now and then. Return it if you must. My $1 flashlight is still working and I bought it here 5 years ago. Im on the mailing list but apparently you need to be in the ITC (club) to get deeper discounts.

Low everyday prices in addition to great sales. Weve been a member of their Inside Track Club for a few years now and its great to get extra discounts on already low priced merchandise. They have high quality tools and many other items to choose from.

Nice people work there and great prices too.We had a torq wrench that broke, kinda old, my husband took it in there and they replaced it free of charge. Wow!Great place to do business with!

Found what we wanted quickly. We were checked out quickly and offered help to load our purchase.

Has about everything you need for home, work, and farm. Very affordable and some products may be as some would say, what you pay for I have not had a bad experience so far.

Is it possible to leave a ZERO star review? Website said item was in stock. Team members would not sell the item as it was on hold for someone else. Advise to call if youre wanting a specific item.

How can you not love cheap tools? Some are better than others, but definitely worth a try anytime you need a specialized tool.

Highly disappointed. Cashier was friendly and they have a good amount of tools. My disappointment comes from have a cart full of over $800 in tools, but they did not have the tool box I wanted in stock, could take up to 2 weeks for one to come in and the closest store is over 70 miles away.I dont have some place to store the tools I was purchasing for two weeks. Due to policy, they are not allowed to sell the display. You missed out on a big sale. Not likely to return.

Surprisingly the quality harbor freight are no longer a single use tool. Not saying they are unbreakable but some preformed as well as name brand tools costing three times more.Know what your buying and dont abuse it will work for you.

Hey whats not to love about this place. They have so many deals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience here at mattoon HF. So thankful they opened this store here.

Called ahead to specifically ask for an item, even gave them a SKU and was told they had 3 of them. Got there 2hrs later (50mi away) and asked the same person I spoke to on the phone and was told they didnt have any. This wasnt an item on sale or would typically sale out it 2hrs on a sunday morning.My biggest issue was she didnt apologize or offer to see if we could get it at another store; really didnt make eye contact and told me to go look on the shelf myself, that maybe their stock count was off....Classy.

This place is such a great place to shop. I was greeted as soon as I went in the door. Customer service is Very important to me. I wandered around just shopping and at least three different times and associate asked if I needed help. Walmart could learn from this place. I found everything I came for plus some. There was an issue with the register but because the associate was so nice and personable I didnt mind the delay. Other stores should be trained like the personnel at Harbor Freight. If youre looking for decent priced tools this the place to go.

It seems like theyre able to delete the more negative reviews and leave very positive reviews. A very bad place to buy from and it seems as though the workers are not able to do their job. The one called Evan that checked us out was yelling at another coworker very unprofessional in front of all customers.How is it allowed to delete peoples reviews?

This store sucks for service. Bought a tool never took it out of the box and was told that I could bring it back. When I drove 15 miles to the store was told had to call number. Tammy told me that I could get a refund. Came back to the store and was told that I could not get a refund. Never going to this store again. Harbor freight sucks.

Was going to spend over 500dollars on a tool box and accessories. Was told the box I wanted was in the truck waiting to be unloaded. They wouldnt get it off the truck and told me to come back tomorrow. Will be in Champaign tomorrow .

The employees tried to be helpful, but they had a terrible selection of power tools. We went to home depot and spent $500 on power tools. We tried Harbor Freight, but unsuccessfully.

We just walked in to check out the sales and window shop.The workers were super nice to us.

Second time that I have been to a store to get an item. Pulled the tag and they had none in stock.

You get what you pay for! If youre going there looking for DeWalt, its not going to happen. But if you want great sockets and impact sockets, this was the place. Cheap

I dont like giving bad reviews. But unfortunately harbor freight tools leaves me no choice. I walked in to buy their garden wagon 67 dollars a good buy. They were out. And I called this is harbor freight policy they refuse to sell the working display model !!! I never asked for a discount. So I walked into home depot paid more for a wagon and was happy to just because of poor customer service.

Im not a fan of the Pittsburgh wrenches and sockets but for the price theyre well worth it and the employees are very helpful

Customer service was excellent. Jury is still out on the sander I purchased. It looks pretty generic but maybe it will last longer than the junk I purchased at Menards. After unpacking the sander it was obvious it was inferior to the one from amenards so I returned it for a full refund. Very satisfied with the customer service.
