Love this place! They really tell you what’s going on with your car and are very fair in pricing. They’ll also refer to other good places if they can’t do a repair themselves.

Paid 200 dollars for my car to be in worse shape than when I brought it in, plus the owner is extremely rude to customers. Had the audacity to call me childish when I was told they still didnt know how to fix my car. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Since my wife teaches and I travel for business, time is precious. A friend told me about how great these folks were, so I thought Id give them an opportunity. My Jeep needed a tune up, so to be first in line the following day, I dropped off the vehicle the night before. The next day, by 12:30 I had not heard from them, so I called. I was told there was one car in front of me. At 4:55, I again called and was told that my car was just being pulled into the bay but they would not be able to get to it until MONDAY! I was extremely upset, drove over, got my Jeep back and briefly explained what a lousy example of customer service this was. The attitude I got back was that we try. My time is valuable, apparently these folks don;t seem to care. I will NOT return - ever.

They were recommended by someone at my 75 year old mothers church. We took her car in and it took them 3 days to change a thermostat. Terrible customer service. He never once called me to tell me what was wrong, I had to constantly call him. Even when we dropped it off we stood in the dumpy entrance for awhile before anyone even spoke to us. After he fixed it the check engine light kept coming on with a code for a bad thermostat and the temp gauge never went up from cold. We took it back to him two times and he claimed it could be one thing or another but we didnt want him to touch the car again. Finally took it to meineke where they replaced the thermostat again and told us that he had not only put the wrong one in but that he didnt replace the housing which according to them should be done. So she basically paid to have the exact same thing done again. Went back to the owner Kevin I think it is and he was very rude and even though it says they warranty their work he refused to give us any money back.. He was extremely rude and I would never take anything to him.. thinking about small claims court. All he had to do was be nice and offer some of the money back and we would have been satisfied but instead he was rude.

The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They complete repairs in a timely manner and their work is good.

I recommended this business for years and was very pleased; however, the gentlemen who used to interact with the customers are gone and things are very different.I had my truck towed in with an issue that prevented it from starting. I gave them some relevant history which included that the spark plugs had been replaced just a couple of months ago and asked them to call for authorization before they performed any work above the $100 diagnostic fee they asked for. They said the work would take a day. Fast forward 4 days and the truck isnt complete and Ive spent the last four days calling twice a day for an update being told we dont know what the problem is but well tell you when we do.Finally, an hour before they closed on Friday I decided to drive up and figure out whats going on. I walked in the door and told them who I was. The first words out of the owners mouth were Your #$*$# phone dont work! I was informed that they had the truck ready and I could take it. I asked what work was performed and was told the spark plugs were replaced among a few other minor things (inspected air cleaner, cleaned egr). Apparently they had spent all four days driving and testing the truck while telling me on the phone that they didnt have anything to report.The rudest phrasing Ive ever heard from a business ensued (I didnt need your authorization because I knew what in the #$#&#* you were going to say!) and I was told to leave their business and I couldnt have my truck. Eventually I left with the truck but the majority of the money I had to pay was for the one bit of work Id told them was already done.These people are scammers. STAY AWAY!Oh and my phone that dont work? The owner had typed the number into his cell phone incorrectly and had been getting the invalid number message for four days and didnt figure it out. The correct contact number was in their computer and printed on my invoice.
