My Ram 2500 Pro Master broke down on the US90 October 14th at 9am.I was travelling from Boston to Denver.AAA came after about two hour and towed the van to a Ram dealer.They could not help me. The AAA driver brought the van to a second Ram dealer. They also told me that they could not help me.Both dealers were five weeks out for appointments.Lucky for me someone told me about Fast Lane Auto Care !When we got to Fast Lane although they were very busy the owner, Joel, brought the van right in to survey the damage..It was worse than I feared. The alternator pully was sheared off.I needed an alternator. Joel told me that the alternator was on national backorder but he could overnight an aftermarket alternator and get me back on the highway Friday.He must have come in to work on my van very early because at 12 noon my daughter and I were back on 90 west.They were courteous competent and sympathetic to our plight.Best customer service I have ever had and I work for a car dealer and have been in this business for forty years.These people are the best

Update: We used Fast Lane for a couple of repairs on our classic truck and had less than satisfactory results. We voiced those results with reviews for Fast Lane - in which the owner reached out to us within a day and made the situation right. The owner of Fast Lane was very apologetic for the results we received and did his best to make a positive out of a negative.

After an extremely long delay in getting our car repaired, and a bad Google review, Joel the owner personally explained the unusual circumstances behind the delay and apologized for the miscommunication. He then refunded a portion of the bill as a gesture of good will. Perhaps well try them again in the future.

If you are thinking about using Fast Lane, stop thinking about it and take your car over. You always hear about mechanics who are dishonest and take advantage of clients, that is not these guys. Joel is the best in the business. They are fair, honest, and will treat you right! I would recommend anyone to use his services. He has worked on our cars for years. I couldnt give enough praise to the high level of quality work he and his staff has done for my family and I. I cannot say enough about how great they are.

I heard about this place on the radio and have a car that needed some minor things done to it so I figured I would give them a try because I like to support other small businesses. I can say that I am not disappointed, and I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs something done. Joel was very straight forward and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I will be bringing my other vehicles here!

They were a wee bit busy but they did get it done when they said they would. The price was very resiable to, other places wanted double for what they charged.

Joel took great care of my vehicle when the alternator and battery went dead. A couple months later when the alternator started acting up again, he looked into it and replaced it for free under warranty - not even labor. That is great service and customer care!

What a pleasant discovery this place is! Joel, the owner, was easy to work with, honest and did exactly what he said he’d do. When I called ahead to inquire about what I needed done, how much it would cost and how long it would take, he told me a couple hundred dollars and two days. As promised, he called me to let me know that work was done and I could pick up the car. When I got there they presented the bill and it was $50! Honestly, I expected to pay $200 - $500. When I complimented him on his honesty and integrity, he said this to me: “I learned a long tune ago to do the right thing when nobody’s looking.” Nicely done Joel! I highly recommend this shop.

This was my first experience at Fast Lane after a recommendation from my usual mechanic. I received high quality parts for a reasonable fee and labor. And, I received very quick service given the repairs needed.

I cant say enough good about the service I received. Traveling from Florida I had a brake problem, they squeezed me in and spent hours working on the problem. The price they charged me was so low it shocked me. I wish I had a repair service like this in Florida.

We were staying overnight in Maumee on a long distance trip when we discovered our car wouldnt start. Purely by luck, we had it towed to Fast Lane thanks to our roadside assistance coverage. Joel attended to our situation personally and made assurances that he would get us on the road as soon as he could. Turned out it was just corroded battery terminals at fault so he thoroughly cleaned them after which the car started and we were off. Very friendly, helpful and honest. I had interesting conversations with other customers during the short wait who were devoted long time customers of the shop. Definitely at top notch outfit.

Amazing service, Joel is a very honest and friendly owner. I had taken my car other places for a grinding noise and was told that Id need to spend 600 dollars to replace my wheel barrings. He found that all it was was that I had metal rubbing in there, he fixed it up for me for free and sent me on my way. I highly recommend his services and I know that Ill be coming back in the future.

Joel and his crew do fantastic work and Ive trusted him with my Audi A6 ever since I bought it. I will take it to him 10 times out of 10 over a dealership. Very fair and honest pricing, and just a great guy to know.

This guy is the biggest lire you ever want to come across. Had my vehicle 3 weeks. I ended up ordering the right parts and finished it myself. I find out later that Joel decided to replace a hard transmission line with rubber fuel line. This shop is not owned by Chris anymore beware. I have spent thousands of dollars here but now I go to Firestone expensive but they don’t lie cheat and steal from you.

Just moved here on Tuesday and my car was dead. Was able to get it jumped, started and drove to Auto Zone where they said my alternator was bad.....found Joel on google and went there. He gave me an estimate and said he would have it done by the evening. I dropped it off around 3:30ish. He called me 30 minutes later to tell me that it was nothing more than a dead battery and I was good to go!!!! He is a good honest person and gives it to you straight.

They Told me I needed a part and I got it and had my mechanic put it on and guess what? The problem wasnt fixed.. second time I took my car to them with no resolve, the first time I took it to them they looked my car over, took all day, said it needed a some things, but the kicker is they didnt even put a 20 dollar part on I wanted them to, and no oil change I also wanted... weird?
