I have an 18 yr old car with an 18 year old exhaust system where one part rusted through. Otherwise the car is a very good runner. Justin was so easy to work with, replaced just the one part for a ridiculously fair price. He gets it about the geriatric car that ya wished to keep running safely *and reasonably priced* because not having a car payment is a wonderful thing. Were switching to him from another name brand place to service both our cars. Excellent shop.

Ive been going here for probably a couple years now and Ive always been very happy with the service. However, I called yesterday to see if they were taking appointments or walk-ins as they always have. I was told they were fcfs and I should call ahead and see how booked they are. I called today at 2:00 and was told they were pretty busy and I should try back in an hour. I called at 2:52 and asked if they were still busy or would I be able to get in today. The man answering the phone told me I would not be able to get in. I simply said ok, thank you, I will find somewhere else that I can. I did not say that in any angry or disrespectful tone. I genuinely meant thank you when I said it. As he was hanging up the phone I heard him say eff you! Im sorry to say I will no longer be a customer there.

I used to go to Muffler Man for all my mechanical issues. Since I started going there theyve went through 4 different Managers/Clerks. I stopped in yesterday & was told their computers were down to come back today. I go back today, about 9:45 & was turned away & sent to Another shop. Not to mention when I called they acted as if they were being bothered. The ethical value has gone down hill, extremely! For sure lost my business!

They take care of any issue you have with your car right away, and great customer service. And they know what they are doing!

Excellent full service garage that will actually be honest with you about what is necessary and what you can do without. If they dont know something for sure, they will tell you that instead of throwing a bunch of expensive parts and labor at your car until something works. (Like most places nowadays) From my few times doing business there they seem to be interested in establishing long term relationships with people rather than just doing a bunch of quick rip-off deals.

Update: Under new management. The new manager is less show and tell. I had an issue with my car again. Insisted it wa the battery I just bought. Went to Auto Zone to get a replacement. Came back to install the battery myself so I could go back to work. He insisted on installing it himself so I had to leave and find another ride back later.The owner was very helpful and thorough. He showed me where the problem was with my car and how to make sure it kept running until I could get it fixed all the way.

Took our 08 trailblazer here. Already knew we had an exhaust manifold leak just not full extent. Took our vehicle to midas who drew up papers for a almost 700 dollar job. Took car litterly around the corner to Muffler Man and they said the paper work wasnt even right!! They didnt even put in price for parts or something so according to midas I needed an almost $800 job!! Muffler Man looked at our vehical said it was a simpler job was not the whole manifold, unlike midas had.. Took vehicle and dropped it off at 7Am, they had it finished and called at 11:30Am and only cost us $223.69!!! Midas is a rip off!!! Highly recommend this place, they were also very nice about everything!!!

Don’t advertise you are open until 6 if you’re not going to be open until 6. Dude saw me pull up and hurried up and left the lobby area. I’ll just pick up my old exhaust and take it elsewhere tomorrow and you can scrap the new stuff you made.
