I love this Walmart but sadly because of the pandemic so many things are out of stock. Other than that the store is always clean and well organized.

Great shopping spot. All the lines were busy and they really needed more help. Rang the bell for service in a locked cabinet near pharmacy and waited 15 min and no one responded

Seems like many restaurants have not only increased prices, but changed food items to cut costs/increase profits. Was disappointed with change in potato leek soup, a standard at Sullys.Not as much potato, etc. in soup, more liquid. We loved food, service, ambiance before. Hopefully will be corrected. We were there Wed. 10/27 at lunch.

They have so many things stocked up in this Walmart 🤗 there crafts section have many things you cant find at South Euclid thats like right around the corner basically from me😡I was looking for new cookware and they had some pretty good markdowns as well!!

I have arthritis in my knees so sometimes its difficult for me to walk. It can be real painfully. But when I come shopping at Walmart any of them there isnt any scooters available. Sometimes theres broken ones or none at all. This make me angry because as big of a company this is I feel there should more scooter at every store. The stores are very large and have a wonderful variety of departments. But its nowhere to even have a seat. Sometimes people that have mobility issue, disable, or elderly may need to sit down not all day but for a few minutes just to relieve an ache or pain. So when theres no scooter I wont shop sometimes I leave. Or run grab a few things before I start to hurt. I would spend more money there if I have a scooter to visit every department and shop.

What does Target have over Walmart, you might ask. Well besides higher quality items, friendlier customer service personnel, comparable prices, and cleaner stores… a more efficient parking lot delivery service…

Went there to swap out sizes for what I ordered online. Customer service was great👍🏽. The place was neat and clean. Clothes were in stock and organized.

They are never stocked up anymore always have to go to another store. If Im going to do that I wont go to Walmart. The whole point of me going there is one stop shopping. They made this Walmart way to small no one stop shopping places to go and not very close department stores close either

Stay away from this Walmart! I dont know what happened in the last few years, but it has gone way downhill! Things got better here about 5 years ago with new management. Clearly that guy is gone because NO ONE helps the customers. Was just there, needed some last minute supplies for my daughter. There were 2 registers open. Do it yourself and one other register. The place was packed and the lines of people went all over the store. Plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. Thank God theres a Target just around the block!

Stealyard will never change this Walmart, bathrooms are still outdated and nasty and dirty I literally didnt even go in and went down to Target to use the restroom shame on you Walmart and especially your employees they dont do anything but stand around and talk and play all day constantly in the aisle when you ask for help that ask if theyll youre bothering them really! Walking to where I needed to go I did notice that the floors were some what DECENT, better than usual. SURPRISINGLY IT WASNT BUSY AT ALL. LASTLY WALMART UPDATE YOUR BATHROOM ITS NOT LIKE YOU CANT AFFORD TO AND KEEP THEM CLEAN SO ANYONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO 2 ANOTHER STORE TO USE A CLEAN RESTROOM.

Cashier are too slow they need to put more attention on that they need to be more faster I paying in the faster line but it too me like 20 minutes in there.

Well, yknow, Walmart is Walmart anywhere you go. This particular one is kind of small, you can buy a few frozen items there, but not do weekly grocery shopping. This is not a Super Walmart with a produce section, deli counter, its not that kind of store. Its in a convenient location, so we go there sometimes. The people (employees and patrons, alike) are all nice. Is this store fancy? No. Is it above average? Also, no.

Store employees are very nice, they could improve by stocking the shelves a little better and opening more registers for customers especially when the store is busy.

At this time and visit I only went to the pharmacy department where I was greeted with a friendly hello and the counter person was incredibly courteous efficient and very friendly. Keep up the good work Pharmacy Department

I ordered my photos here: (1) The photos never came in, so eventually I gave up and ordered photos from a different vendor. (2) They never answered the phone when I called, so I never got answers or the chance to ask what was going on, and (3) When I contacted Wal-Mart corporate via a chat, they said they could not help me and when I told them that this store never answers the phone, they said my only option would be to drive there and attempt to talk to someone in person to resolve these issues.All around terrible experience.

Came here because it was literally the only place open after working a double shift. Everywhere else in the area closed. As I was walking to the checkout I accidentally bumped an employee with my cart in which I very politely and sincerely apologized. She then got very rude and loud and yells you still bumped me with your cart! In which I ONCE AGAIN reminded her that I Apologized perviously and also stated the first time that it was an ACCIDENT. Wow, all I could do is shake my head, walk away, and hope I never need anything after work again.

The positive the customer service associate was fast😄 negative This store is dirty and shelves are empty. Went to try on clothes and the fitting room associate said the fitting room was closed 🤔 if u need to use the restroom bring ur own supplies only 1 stall was stocked Definitely need to be cleaned as well.

Im a big Walmart fan. You happened to find it while in the neighborhood. As usual, I did not leave empty handed. Their produce and bakery section seemed fresher with more variety.

I may be biased since Im from Arkansas, but this Walmart location isnt the best.Employees everywhere basically not doing a thing, but soon as you need a register, theres onky two lanes open; one for 10 or less and the other full carts. They need more self check outs if theyre going to be pulling that.Nothing is organized, but thats a people issue mainly, shuffle through clothes and make it look a mess and placing food all over the place.Only has 3 stars because the subway is actually nice, the layout of the store works well, and the employees who are all over the place can help you if you need it.

I have never in my life, went into Wal-Mart with a list and walked out without ANY of it because they were out! It looked like The Pandemic all over again, only worse! The shelves were so incredibly bare! It reminded me of Zombieland! It was crazy

The store employee whos a Coach for their team - Nanette at Walmart could have been in a bad mood in front of the employee (cashier) and myself, all over some merchandise (Hand Warmers) unable to be found in the cash register system. The customer service experience this coach displayed today was unacceptable. Shes supposed to teach other employees how to handle matters with a customer in a professional manner. I believe shes a veteran. I respect her for the service to our country. However, she was very disrespectful to a customer and she should be retrained as a coach or moved to another position. Due to companies having employee shortage this behavior will soon be tolerated. I want to say the cashier was very respectful which was appreciated.

When I asked Vironica at the front end about a price mix up, she briefly explained the price is different and became very rude when I told her the signs in the aisle weren’t accurate. She walked away from me mid sentence and ignored my presence because she didn’t feel like dealing with a price mix up. After walking back to the aisle, a floor associate named Chris immediately noticed my confusion and gave amazing customer service!! I’m giving this Walmart 4 stars because Chris was so kind and helpful and made my night! Thank you Chris!

Credit Card fraud in the electronic dept. Merchandise taken a very large amount. It was done on Walmartcom. Filed a police report at two police stations-South Euclid police looking in to the theft actually a felon. Personally never will shop at Walmart, in the stores or on line again. The incident happened on Walmart.com. Please dont order on line criminals get your credit card information and shop like its a holiday on your coins.

This may be one of the better walmart stores to go to. Parking is tight but once you are inside you will see its a good walmart store.

The Walmart on Mayfield was a very dry experience. There were no customer service reps around to assist me and my husband with questions we had.. And cashiers no not pleasant at all..

You know how restaurants and the entrance of most major stores greet you? No matter who the employee be they all could at least say hi, hello and/or at the least speak when spoken to. They are friendly though.

It’s a discount store, everything is fine but they have limited type of product, price is reasonable. I would love if they started vegetable section.

It is conveniently located for me to walk to since I have no automobile. I find what I am looking for at a reasonable price and the clerks are very nice.

Went to fill water jugs. Called to ask if they have this service. No one answered the phone no matter which extension or how long I waited. So I drove there and no, no water fill station. Have to stick to Chardon I guess.

Absolutely despicable retail establishment. They literally treat all shoppers as if they were thieves. Tons of items are locked in cabinets (many priced 5 and under), and they take the items to the register for you. Incredulously rude associates, excessively long wait times in line, truly an atrocious experience. Good luck going up against Amazon. I will try to avoid this Walmart going Forward.

Always well stocked, nothing out of place. Yes stock has been slightly rotated. Crew always available to help. I came within two hours of closing and everything looked incredible!

In my 35 years of OTR trucking I have ran into all kinds of receivers and shipping clerks...Most enjoy their jobs and it shows up by the way they treat the truck drivers...Some are miserable and they seem to enjoy taking out their frustrations on the drivers who are normally at their mercy of getting loaded or unloaded in a timely manner...Today at the Walmart in Mayfield Heights OH I had the misfortune to deal with one of the nastiest people that I’ve been around this decade... I delivered a sealed load to the Walmart that I had nothing to do with the loading and as I entered the stockroom she was backing out of the trailer with her lift and I noticed that a pallet of water was tipped over...How it got that way would only be a guess but that didn’t stop her from hurrying to another employee and promptly blaming the driver (me) and constantly stating that it wasn’t her fault... I simply tried to explain that the drivers of these loads are not involved with the loading and she literally melted down in front of me...She called me everything but a child of God...I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me,which prompted me to take a picture of her and then she was actually ready to fight for my phone...She called the manager back there and told more lies than an innocent person would have and the manager said there was nothing he could do and left the room...I guess they keep her in the back room and are use to her being a nasty mouth person that’s known for lying...Her first name is Lisa and is wearing a tag saying she is a Coach...I hope they don’t allow her to spread her filth to others in the store...

I got in found what I wanted at a reasonable price to fit the purpose I had encountered very good customer service from the staff good money well spent thank you Walmart.

Theyre putting everything in the store behind a locked case. Went in to pick up some Formula for the baby and it was in a case. Not only that, but it had to be walked to the front, they scanned it for me in the self checkout, and then watched me until I finished scanning my other items and paying. My advice, go to Target.

No clerks, store in disarray, moved food items and departments. May have to find another place to shop.

I personally love Walmart a lot! But I gave this Walmart three stores because every time I go there it is hectic trying to get in the front door because people are walking and cutting off cars and you enter and exit through the same doors because they have the left side of the building doors closed so theres only one entrance and one exit! When you do finally get through the entrance most of the time there are no carts! Or there are only a few cards and usually when you go to get them you have to thats with them and pull on them really hard because they are always stuck together you can barely pull them apart most of the time you just have to grab another cart because they are so hard to Pull a part! Other than that I love that Walmart they always have everything I need in the store and Im always able to find anything and everything I need and Im always able to receive help from the workers and I always get checked out fairly quick!

The prices have increased. Its dirty and a staff member in their deli department got upset when I asked her to change her gloves before cutting the meat. She wanted to know why and told me to tell her everything she touched on her way to take my order. She was talking to another coworker and breaking down a small box, threw it away, tugged on her black sweater and straightened her mask. I did report it to a manager but Im sure nothing was done. I will go out of my way to shop somewhere else, like Target and Giant Eagle.

Grocery was almost non-existent poor selection of product and very apathetic employees

The worst! Wanted to buy an ink cartridge but the girl didnt have the key, nor the key to any of the cabinets which another person was waiting on. Finally went to the customer service area and asked for a manager. The girl told me she was the manager and called on the speaker but said she thought the person with the key went on break. Went back and waited; two other people back in the electronics were also upset. I finally gave up and the girl at the customer service desk was gone; no one there. The cases, Id assume, were meant to deter shoplifting but in this store it also prevents business; never again! If you want to get paid for doing nothing, this is the store to apply at!

Guests really can ruin an experience, and Walmart never disappoints in this regard. Multiple random encounters culminating in a guy screaming at the self checkout machine just puts you in the mood to not come back. Store itself is fine.

I want to update this to 5 stars. I spoke with a young lady on the phone that was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She was the nicest and most professional Walmart agent I have ever dealt with at this Walmart or any other Walmart. She answered the Walmart pickup line at 1537 est. Coming from the customer service industry she is definitely someone I would want on my team!

This place is the worst place I’ve ever seen, workers are rude. Even seen cockroaches in the freezer section. I didn’t even know. cockroaches lived in Ohio. Customer service closed at 4:00 PM because didn’t have anyone qualified to run the registers I was told.This place is a joke

Too many items out of stock.Had to find someone in another department to request assistance due to minimal department coverage.Every register except automated checkout kiosk area closed an hour before store did.

Seems as if these stores just carry clothing for some certian size floks. Grant I understand that room is a bit low in most casses but in todays world, there are lots more bigger folks out there the normal sized and it really would be nice to se more colthing selection for bigger taller folks as myself! 4 and 5x sizes. After all sales actually show the proff of sales. The 4x sizes always fly off the shelves. It would me commonsense to me, if I were incharge of inventory to stock what sells that what sits on the shelves right? Well, you atleast would think so! After 6 to 7 months of looking. I finnally picked up the remaining 4x size shirts that were left. Guess what, I took them all by the way. Get it figured out folks. Its not just inventory. Its helping out your paitrons too!

I have never been in a store where you cant walk around and shop in peace, without being followed or watched. Oh and if you are purchasing underwear for men its locked up cant find someone to help and when they do shes rude and takes it to self checkout for them to hold. I will NEVER shop at this location again.

Employees were more available than usual providing quick service. This walmart was pretty slow and actually called another cashier when a line had more than 3 people.
