I called to make an appointment. He was nice until he asked for my insurance and I told him caresource. He instantly became rude and told me to call back later on in the week because they only deal with caresource af the end of the week. I was angry and embarrassed.

I’ve probably purchased three or four pairs of glasses, after an exam by their in-house optometrist, over the years. The service has always been excellent and the glasses of high quality. I highly recommend.

I was left on hold twice for over 10 minutes. No one ever came to the phone to help me at all. Horrible!! I do not have time to waste so it would have been nice if I could have been told they were busy at the time but instead of communicating I was told nothing and left hanging. I will take my business elsewhere!!

The doctor is an amazing optometrist - personable, quick-witted, very clear with his instructions on what is going on with your eyes. The exam was thorough and efficient. The receptionist was kind and helpful and was clear in her instructions regarding when and how to get our contacts. The follow-up exam is included in the price of your appointment. I highly recommend this business.

After paying for 2 poor eye exams by a 80 yr. Old Dr. And paying for 2x for new lenses . I saw better with my old glasses. Finally had to go to independent ophthalmologist to get a proper eye exam so l could actually see. Resulting in paying for 3 eye exams and 3 pairs of lenses. No apologies no courtesy very unfriendly and talked in front of me about me between themselves in Russian. Im a scale of 1 to 100 minus minus minus 100.

I had a prescription for bifocals filled here. I went elsewhere for the eye exam. I paid for the lenses myself, since Medicaid does not cover the type of lenses I wanted. However, I received the eyeglass frames for free. They were wire-rim frames and were poorly made. Most of the colored finish has already worn off from the earpieces and the bridge that fits over the nose. Had I known that would happen, I might have been able to apply colorless nail polish to the frames before I started wearing them. I have only had the glasses for about 8 months. I called Eyezone today and was told bring the glasses in so they could look at them. However, when I explained I was no longer covered by Medicaid, I was told to contact the state Medicaid office. I am in the process of doing that now.

I have been using Eyezone for over 10 years, getting glasses and frames for me, my wife and two kids. The prices are great, selection is superb, I have never seen the same selection, new frames all the time. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Could not ask for better service!

Paid Less money than comparable eye appointment from pearl vision or lencrafters. Cost for a yearly routine visit was $55. They let me take my prescription to buy my glasses online too, so I can not comment on the price of glasses or contacts. Staff was friendly, and the appointment was quick. It took about 20 minutes.

On Saturday, August 2, 2019 around 3:15p.m. - 3:45p.m. somewhere in that time range, I was a customer in Eyezone, there was only two people working and a room full of customers with myself being the last to enter at that time, and neither employee said that they would be right with me, so, I just stood at the counter forever, everyone before me had been taken care of and had left, which was fair so, now its finally my turn, an older Caucasian man had helped me and guided me to the only rack that I could choose from because of my medicade insurance which was fine but, he did not explain to me what would be free versus what I would have to pay a difference for until I asked questions, he seemed very distracted or in a rush to do something else even though I was the only customer in the store at that time, the other employee was just sitting there, so I finally picked the frames I wanted and told him I was ready so he told us to have a seat, my son, hubby, and myself then, I asked if I could see the frames that were in this metal like drawer that was sitting behind him just because I knew about those from all of the 3 or 4 years that I had been coming there with great service from this one lady that unfortunately wasnt there on this day so, this man gave me a hard time to show me these frames but finally let me take a look at them, another customer had finally came in while I was still looking at frames so, he took care of that customer which was fine then the phone started ringing and he had to answer the phone which took a very long time 5-15 minutes and the other employee had went to warm up herself some food which had the place smelling like a restaurant and never came up to help this man but kept peeking up front, finally he came back to help me saying have I picked something out and I said yes then another customer walked in and he got up to help her instead of finishing me up first then the customer and this man started talking some other language like russian or something and now I had gotten angry and loudly said excuse me but are you just going to continue answering the phone and taking care of everyone else that walks in here before you finish taking care of us which my autistic son was actually the customer so, he finally walked away from the other customer to finish us up and I asked him was he the owner of this place and of course he said yes so I asked him did he feel he could just do me like this because hes the owner he said yes and that he was the only one working so I said your other employee couldnt wait these last few moments before closing time to go and eat instead of helping you out up here and he gave no answer so, the customer decided to put her two cents in my conversation by saying she didnt like how I was talking to him and I had to get her told by saying to her that I was talking to this man not you and that youre just mad because I stopped him from taking care of you before me so the little Missy that decided to take a food break right before closing came running back up front and finished helping the Russian lady because I had told this russian lady that we all had to leave out of the store so I advised her to stop talking to me rudely then she squirmed up like a worm and tried to be nice all of a sudden which I told this so called owner I had never had such bad service there after all the few years of coming there and if it wasnt for me trying to get my son his new glasses before school starts soon, I wouldve just taken my business elsewhere but, I will not be going back there after this. This man didnt know at first that I had a witness to this madness on my cell until that person was like thats a shame how that man is treating you so, I will not be going to this place again & they deserve a 0 rating.

The young girl it’s just rude!! I purchase 2 packs of contacts And I was having issues with the contacts anyways I called them and I talk to a men and he was so nice and was willing to help me out! It’s hard for me to eyezobe l because my dad it’s usually sick I am costantly in the hospital so I decided to go in today because I need contacts to go and work and she was so nasty, didn’t try to help me out! I could of purchase a pair contacts but her nasty attitude ugh! Never again and I been a costumer for 3 years 😡

Leslie is THE BEST customer service representative I know. Leslie ALWAYS provides service with a smile. She is VERY passionate, caring, friendly and professional. Leslie is a REAL GEM to your company. If there were more people like her, the world would be better. Leslie is ALWAYS patient and gives her honest opinion when we purchase glasses. Lenses were made incorrectly because the paper with the instructions was folded over. Not impressed with the excuse and definitely not impressed with the fact that no apology was offered at any point. One of the women working there was tremendously rude over the phone. One star was added because they did remake them correctly later that same day.

Ugh. only center my insurance covered. was led to a rack of cheap frames. service was rushed and less than caring. glasses, so so. won;t be wearing these often. they tried to talk me into paying more and did not even pay for bifocal.. not again.

I have been going to Eyezone for 10years(now both my kids,boyfriend and his son go here) and even thoughits a 25 min drive each way i will not go anywhere else. The staff and Dr.O are the kindest, most helpful people ever. I truly feel like part of the family. When Dr.Marsh retired (he was my favorite optomatrist ever) i was a little worried about the the new drs taking over his practice,but the wonderful staff Dimitri,Laura,&Leslie were still there and i had formed a trusting relationship with them over the years so i stayed. Boy im glad i did. I ended up with a crazy eye infection /cornea condition and Dr.O was determined to get my eyes healthy again. I was going every 2weeks for a couple months (from february to june before my eyes healed) and over that time i found out how much Dr.O really cares about her patients. I am forever grateful to her for compassion and i dont have enough adjectives to describe how i feel towards her. You normally see your eye dr 1 a year so until a crisis with vision occurs you dont really get to know how your dr is. Im not happy i had this eye problem and THANK GOD ITS GONE, but it did let me see how much Dr.O really cares about each of her patients. Now for the staff, i love that when I walk in the door im greeted by name and asked how my family is because like i said we all are eyezone loyal customers. I remember crying out of frustration over my eyes and them not getting better and being comforted by Leslie&Laura with hugs and them telling me it will get better and if i needed to call and vent to them i could . Alot of people may say that but they really meant it. This was a long winded review and i could go on and on about each one of the fabulous staff, but the jist of this is Eyezone Is The Best . Point, blank, period. From the Drs to the knowledgable, caring, staff to the compassionate, determined drs you will not get that from some hour eye place in the mall. THANK YOU EYEZONE!!!
