The website says they close at 7pm and nothing about needing an appointment to look at glasses. I arrived at 6 and the RUDE lady told me to look at the sign posted as she just sat there doing nothing and then got an attitude with me when I mentioned online. I will never spend my money at the Mayfield heights Walmart again!

Nicest people ever! Debbie is a very sweet woman, Bruce was making my daughter laugh the whole time and Dr. Zimmerman is very kind and patient. This is definitely the place to go if you have kids!

Spent $58 on an eye exam to have doctor tell me I couldnt get glasses because I had cataracts in both eyes. He referred me to an opthomoligist. Made an appointment at Cleveland Clinic eye center and after a thorough exam Dr Oberfeld said that cataracts were in the early stages and my vision actually had improved. He immediately gave me a prescription for less powerful glasses. I emailed Walmart about this but they never responded. I feel that my $58 was thrown away on a useless exam

I have used their services several times and took my father there as well. They have very competitive pricing. Sometimes you do have to be patient and wait, because there are only two people working and one may be on break, but they are extremely kind people. Im sorry Im not remembering our persons name...Deanna? Anyhow, my mother who has dementia was being a miserable and uncooperative pain until she came out and then mom was all sweetness and Deanna managed the situation beautifully. She sneaked moms glasses in back to trace to get new lenses made (mom was objecting to new glasses), handed them back, and before we left I was able to tell her if she could find a pair of frames the old lenses would fit into to let me know, and wed charge them to keep as a spare. Within a short time she called to tell me she found a pair. As for me...I like more fun in my frames so I have shopped on line because no one locally can possibly carry the huge variety that exists, and they have been a pleasure to work with in that regard as well. I did opt to get my eye exam where my insurance provided coverage...and I would be happy to go to the Cleveland Clinic and see Jack Shao, who my dad has seen multiple times, if I could afford it.
