Negative stars. Pharmacy doesnt open until 9. For some reason, customer information isnt accessible between locations, so waited an additional twenty minutes while my information was re-entered into their system. Twenty more minutes to fill one Rx. Pharmacy cashier was not able to ring one item, nor was the clerk at the front of the store. They apparently have no protocol to remedy the situation, so I had to leave without the item I wanted to buy. Literally no staff to be found, you just have to wait for them to magically appear at their leisure. Bathroom was FILTHY. Staff was unhelpful at best, and surly the rest of the time. CVS tends to be awful, but this location truly defines their inadequacies. 0/5.

Everybody in pharmacy has been very friendly and helpful except for one gentleman.

We drove out for our Covid test, and after we got home they messaged saying appointment cancelled. When we called they told us their system was broken and they cant process our test.

Pharmacy clerk not wearing mask correctly. touching face and nose then prescriptions.you need to do better! so many elderly come here.

Extremely rude staff in the pharmacy. The other day I had to get a prescription and they were so behind that the prescription was not even ready and it was from a full 24 hours ago. I just called again this morning for a estimate as far as when my prescription will be ready and they we’re like a couple hours very stern and rude and I was like can I have a better estimate and she was like I just told you. I used to love coming to this CVS but I will probably never get prescriptions there again. Some of the staff up front is nice but I remember one time I told this gentleman that one of the doors to enter is not working and he responded saying that it must be broken and did not care at all. I feel like for a neighborhood drug store they should definitely have better manners and be more friendly.

Shame on you for writing negative reviews. They are extremely understaffed and overworked and they do the best they can. Ask yourself do you want your prescription to be filled right or fast and possibly wrong. ?Please keep your negativity to yourself.!!!

The big issue is the speed of fulfillment of prescriptions. I spent an entire day in the ER at Hillcrest. I came immediately here after discharge(10/13 at 7pm, pharmacy closes at 9pm) and was told Id have to wait until morning for my prescriptions. They said itd be done first thing in the morning. I arrive 30min after opening on 10/14 and they tell me I have to wait another 15 because they didnt fill them yet. Are you kidding me? I dont harass employees so Im writing a review, here we are. I ALWAYS go to Walmart for prescriptions but they close at 7pm. If I can help it, I wont be coming back here for prescriptions and I live less than 5 min away.

Might as well just go in bc youll spend 45 min waiting in the drive thru. Been trying to avoid going in places bc of covid, but cvs makes that impossible these days. Spent all of that time waiting just for them to say my prescriptions arent ready and they are 5 days behind. I have an infection right now and need an antibiotic. 5 days?! Ridiculous.

Waited in line for two hours for a covid test. They said I was “late” despite being half an hour early. I don’t know if the pharmacists had a bad day or what but they were incredibly rude and when I said my livelihood depended on having a test and getting results they just said “luckily that’s not something we have to worry about.”

Never returning to this location. It has gotten slower and slower and now is unbearable. Staffing needs a refresh. My prescriptions and errands will go to Chesterland. Spent 45 minutes trying to get through to the pharmacy, dialed Chesterland with another line and got through immediately after pressing 7. Unacceptable.

Like many others have said, it takes FOREVER to get prescriptions from the pharmacy (even pre-COVID). A minute clinic appointment was 40 minutes late.

If I could give 0 stars for this location I would! I am in the medical profession and if I would’ve treated a patient the way this physician did I’d be fired. I came straight from work at Hillcrest in scrubs with my son who had double pink eye. The wait was 18 minutes and she came out 30 min later knowing I was the next in line. Told me I must have signed in incorrectly and took the next patient and shut the door. Unacceptable! I will never walk in the doors of this store again and will make sure I let everyone know about the service I had. You should be ashamed!

They take forever to fill out prescriptions. I have to wait days.

Worth drugstore I have ever seen. Never on time, price can be $65 one minute and next (after questioning) $0. Star is rude and incompetent. Never ever go there!

Love this CVS. They are pretty good about dealing with coupons but make sure you know the rules first. Pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is usually stocked well and clean.

I miss Walgreens. Thats all Im going to say.

Gave it a chance for 6 months - each trip is wretched. Every time we come to pick up a prescription it is at least a 15 minute wait. When I call with questions it takes 30 minutes or more for them to answer the phone. I was just on hold for over an hour and 40 minutes to try to find out why my prescription wasnt being filled and they refused to help. Even picking up a card at the front counter is a 10 minute wait as the understaffed cashiers shuffle through customers. It was the closest to our house after moving into the area, but there are too many options to put up with this. Needs new management, something. Avoid it if you value your life.

The pharmacy staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I stood there for five minutes (I was the only one in the store too) without an acknowledgement of my presence. Then I asked for a print out of my yearly statement and she threw it at me and said, “you’re a target patient” and walked away. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Great CVS. Staff is knowledgeable. Their good about rainchecks and working out any issues you have. They arent rude when it comes to having alot of coupons.

Photo prints look awful, completely waste of time! I will never come again

Mazen is an awesome employee! He really helped me out when I was shopping for a few items!

Prices are a bit high but staff is always courteous. Caution,they occasionally close early and without notice.
