Great help but need to stock more often

Staff was courteous and helpful. Tested my battery and helped me pick out the right one for my needs. Didn’t try to push the most expensive one, but told me the best options for what I was looking for. I was very impressed with how friendly and professional they were. Polite and helpful all the way around! Thanks guys!!

Horrible customer service!!! Was asking an employee a question on the phone and he started yelling “hold on a minute, just hold on a minute” this was completely uncalled for! And will never be going back!

The manager, Gregg, was extremely helpful with my battery and alternator issues. He was kind, cool, and professional. Gave me options and great advice to get me back on the road and headed to a rehearsal on time. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty either, as he dropped a new battery in for me in seconds flat. Exceptional experience and would recommend to anyone!

Had a minor vacuum leak issue in my van. Called AutoZone and they said they could help and to just bring it in. I did, and left 15 minutes later with my problem solved! It was a simple fix but I am currently on crutches so difficult for me! The wonderful employee at AutoZone came out and put in the new part to get me going again. I cant say enough how grateful I am! Chuck, you are a fantastic guy and one heck of an employee! Doug also. great guys that will do anything to get you running and back on the road including putting things on themselves or loaning tools. Truly a great place for auto parts! Chuck you are my hero!*2 weeks later now and Im back again with blown fuses and no washer fluid pump. These guys got me everything I needed and carried it to.y vehicle because I am on crutches.

I receive the correct part and they let me return it without any issues. One staff is super friendly and the other guy I talked to one day remembered exactly what I needed when I came into buy it the next day. I previously deducted a star from my review for incompetence but I came in again recently and tne employee redeemed themselves.

Always very helpful staff and great prices

Had to drop my rating down to 3 stars from 5 today. I called yesterday @ 3:58Pm and spoke with a gentlemen for 2.5 min. and was told they have a brake hardware kit for my car and that it cost $6.49, i said ok great ill be in tomorrow to pick it up. Got there this morning at 10:30Am and it took 2 of the guys 10 min to tell me that they dont carry them and that they cant even get them. He kept insisting that i had to have called some place else. Autozone is my GOTO part store. I showed the guy my call log on my phone with the date, time and phone numbsr called along with the call duration. This has happend on more than one occasion or i wouldnt complain but i drove 30 miles for nothing after working 3rd shift..........

Im happy to share this post so I can say that the lady that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel like an appreciated customer and I would like to thank her.

Monday afternoon I took a lovely trip to Walmart where my serpentine belt had broken free and had come completely off its pulleys. I did make it to AutoZone where I had Derrick k. assistef me in purchasing a new serpentine belt. However my husband was in Florida my brother-in-law was at work and unable to come get me so Derrick put the belt on the vehicle for me !! I made it home safe and sound! So a super big shout out to Derrick K. for not leaving me stranded on the treacherous streets of Meadville, LOL.

AutoZone always has friendly, helpful staff. Not just this one, but including this location. My husband is always working on our automobiles and having me run up to these stores to get random parts that I know nothing about. Thankfully the staff is so willing to listen and provide help because my extend of knowledge of these stores extremely limited.

Fran was exceptional! Drove in from Ohio for a wedding & lost a windshield wiper along the way. It rained nearly the whole way... We went here the next day before our ride home and were greeted upon arriving in the store. Fran was very knowledgeable from the start. He helped us select a nice set of windshield wipers and gave us our various price options. He also helped us select some oil and knew exactly what questions to ask to suit our vehicles needs. Then as we were about to leave he offered to attached the wipers for us. This goes beyond customer service! He gave us a laugh about our lost wiper and sent us on our way! Thank You Fran! You deserve more than 5 Stars!

We purchased wiper blades here. They had a very good selection with a wide variety of prices. What I loved the most about this store is that the employee offered to install the wiper blades for us. He had a special tool to do this and changed them in lightening fast time. They can do tests on your vehicle to diagnose problems free of charge. They will also install batteries they sell free of charge. The employees here are very knowledgeable and friendly.

They know their stuff. Its also great that they come outside and check your vehicle with a computer cable to predict what the problems. Its a great place tomorrow take your vehicle. They run a great buisness!!!

Charles was a life saver!!! My battery light came on as I was traveling from Ohio. He charged the battery for free but the problem ended up being the alternator. He ordered the parts and followed me to Monro Muffler/Brake to make sure everything was taken care of. He assisted me in getting a rent a car from Priceless Car Rental. He made sure I was not stranded as it was close to 6:00 at night when businesses were closing. I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service I received.

Just stopped in for a headlight. Asked the manager who rang me out if I would have to pull the headlight out to replace it or not. He said Im not sure lets take a look. Long story short headlight is in with the help of the nicest AutoZone worker I have ever came across. Thanks Doug.

Got parts from them a lot but I never seen to get the right part always have to go back and get the right one. Not going back the money I spent in gas going back and forth I can buy locally! Very disappointed 😞

Had the parts I needed for my truck to replace rotors and break pads. Had caliper and bracket. When found I had been given wrong caliper and bracket, they exchanged it without problem. When I realized I had ordered wrong front rotors, they exchanged them and had the right ones in stock. They also had everything else I needed to do the job myself.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. I broke down in my 35 RV that overheated on the way home from Erie to Slippery rock. On a Sunday night at midnight, I had to abandon the RV in the parking lot taking up at least 6 parking spots. I taped a note to the door and waited for my dad to pick me, my 4 kids, wife and dog home. With work responsibilities, it has taken me until Friday to find a ride and time to come get the RV. They were gracious to let the vehicle stay for a week, made me feel at ease about my situation, and told me everything would be ok. Thank you Autozone! See you Friday, Ill make sure to pick up the parts I need to get home!
