My family and I have tried several times to gain a better experience from Palmiero but have not been so lucky. We bought two cars from Palmiero a couple years ago which was a good experience, and have had them serviced since. EVERY single time we have our vehicles serviced there is an issue on their part. Specifically with Matt, he is not professional, arrogant and rude. The issues range from getting text messages instead of calls from the service department, receiving a call about $50 windshield wipers needed in order to pass inspection, parts replaced for inspection that were unnecessary, and to top it off having our credit card charged 4 times and being told it did not go through when in all actuality it already had. Matt wanted to run it again or get a different form of payment after it had already gone through and he ran the card 4 times. Even after having our credit company on the phone to speak to him he didn’t listen or care and continued to not be of any help at all. We are big Toyota fans but at this point will be finding a different dealership. I regret giving Palmiero my business because it seems as if all they are interested in is taking our money and not giving us a good experience at their business.

Dan Marvin was excellent to deal with and made everything very easy and I was in and out in a timely fashion, or at least the amount of time that you should expect when youre buying a car, its not like your buying a gallon of milk! I will probably never go anywhere else to buy future vehicles... Not that Ill have to for a while because this Toyota was built in Heaven by angels and will probably will run for 300,000 miles!

A day after classic toyota of mentor said gf 2019 tacoma was good to go. ( had a transfer case leak) took truck to this dealership. Within a hour dealership called and said there was a t case leak and they would take care of it and offered a loaner tundra. We were busy so we waited a few hours. They called back and informed us they dropped the t case down and replaced the seal that was deformed causing the leak. I verified leak was fixed. A1 service. Not all dealers are the same. Highly recommend this dealer.

I love this Toyota dealer! Their customer service center Rocks!I had an engine light issue on the highway, called them and theytold me to come in and they would look at it. Turns out the problem was not what it seemed. They noticed I needed a state inspection and oil change and took care of that as well. They even drove me to work and THEN, dropped the car off when it was finished and I was able to pay for it over the phone. Talk about convenience!! Very strongly recommend to anyone who drives a Toyota!

Terrible customer service and rude, arrogant salespeople! I called in to get the pay off amount on the loan for a car that I purchased there. I had done this successfully two times previously. The person I spoke with refused to give me this information. I don’t understand why this person couldn’t simply give me this information like I had other people do two times before. I asked to speak with a manager, he told me he was the manager, and then was very arrogant and rude to me and laughed at me when I asked why he was not being helpful. Don’t do business here unless you want to be talked down to by rude and arrogant sales people.

Bought my car here two years ago - very satisfied! Since then, Ive been in for services and inspections. In my last inspection, it was completed quickly, and everyone was friendly. I didnt have to pay for it because I bought my car there, and my car was given a free car wash! Recommendations were made for future services but nothing was pushed! I choose to drive the extra 40 minutes to Meadville just to get everything done there, even though there is another Toyota dealership closer.

Definitely worth the drive down from Erie.. Much better service and parts dept...

Im in the market for an older Toyota 4Runner, and this dealership was one of the few within hundreds of miles of me that had the configuration I wanted. Being 4.5 hours away, I wanted to be certain that this was the vehicle I wanted before making the drive out there. I emailed sales asking for pictures of specific items, and Kayla Carson responded within a couple hours with everything I requested, and then some. She absolutely went above and beyond in assisting me and in being transparent on the condition of the vehicle. I decided to go with a different vehicle, but I dont want her excellentness to go unnoticed.

One of there mechanics Rob McGill had put an inspection sticker from their garage on the car I bought from him on a car that should never have passed inspection!! Called and talked to the man in charge there and said that his mechanic was a good guy and would fix things however that has not happened! The tire rod end had snapped within having the car of a week! With a baby in the car! And the car has had multiple things wrong with it that I have had to fix that I should never have had to replace if the car had been inspected correctly! So think before you have that mechanic inspect or work on your car!

I didn’t purchase my car here but the service department is awesome.

Palmiero Toyota saved our trip! We were driving on I79 from our home near Rochester NY to Pittsburgh on a recent Sunday in our 2005 Sienna for a college tour at University of Pittsburgh the next day. Suddenly, the cruise control shut off and multiple lights including check engine, traction control, low tire, vsc flashed on. We exited in Meadville PA and fortunately came across Palmiero Toyota.We left the Sienna in their lot and found a hotel.On Monday morning I was the first person at the service counter - no appointment. They immediately took in the minivsn and diagnosed the problem. Though deemed safe to drive, I wanted it fixed for peace of mind.As I waited, I met the owner, Allison Palmiero and told her what happened. Allison asked me to wait, and returned a few minutes later to inform me that we were all set. We have a car for you. And not just any car, a brand new 2018 Camry with 90 miles on it!We drove it 100 miles to Pittsburgh in comfort and safety. We returned the next day and picked up our fully repaired Sienna.
