I bought an 800.00 dollar phone it took all day to get set up they gave me a free towel no phone charger just the little black cord to be forced to buy a car charger or wall charger this is not right people were nice polite helpful but no charger 800.00 dollars ridiculous πŸ˜’

He is extremely knowledgeable and will swiftly guide you through any challenges in the phone/tech buying process!

I had a lot of anxiety about transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone. Woody was exceptional in calming my anxiety and making sure the transition was smooth. Fantastic customer service from Woody and Erin. Woody really knows his stuff.. great experience!

The staff tried to fix a problem with my Outlook Email. To no prevail they could not figure out what a staff member did to my email from the main Sprint/T Mobil store. Unbelievable, you go to the main repair store and NOT get the service you deserve.

I came into this sprint Sunday as it was the closest sprint to me to pay my phone bill. The associate that assisted me was Marcus, he was excellent, dont get me wrong, but what I over heard was pretty disgusting. I hear a customer ask the young lady rep, Im here to see your master or where is your master? she corrected him about three times to not call her that, but the manager? (Id assume, older gentleman) for some reason went to assist the customer and said yea they SHOULD be calling me master now I dont know, but I dont think that type of thing should be said to your employee, yet alone in front of someone who obviously condones that narrow mind way of thinking. I wish I got his name so I could call up to corporate and let them know the things that are going on in here, absolutely unacceptable

Matt and Dave made my experience purchasing a new phone easy and painless. I was having a bad day with a broken phone, but they helped me with their honest sales tactics and giving me options that wouldnt be too costly to me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and i will be returning to the Mechanicsville store in the future.

Went to this store to upgrade my phone, Marcus and Sanovia were ever so helpful. They were kind, personable and willing to go above and beyond . They extended excellent customer service to me . They stayed after the store closed ensuring my service and phone were both set up as it should be. Sprint should be most gracious to have These two super star Sprint employees representing their company !! Marcus and Sanovia are what customer service is all about !

The management at this location is awful. I hadn’t been in a while because I go online to chat or speak over the phone. This time I had to come in, I was hoping to see the manager Kathie or Katie but learned she’s left. Still hopeful, but ultimately disappointed. We waited for a bit, but that was not my problem. An older man actually looked at me, then walked to the back of the store? Why? My guess is to not be seen by customers. The other reps where helping others so i get that but what about the 1 person who isn’t doing anything? So, this younger employee finishes up their transaction then tends to me for my SIM card and wireless charger. They must be new because it seemed they werent too sure on how to activate the SIM card. The older employee saw him having difficulty and again walked to the back this time talking on the phone. My friend and I where appalled. They will be leaving a review as well. All in all, even if that rep was doing a side project why didn’t he greet us or let us know why was just staring at us and not helping. We had a meeting to get to do this entire exchange was bothersome to say the least. I’ve been with sprint since 2009 and don’t expect this lackluster experience.

The store clerk took me for a ride. He added two premium services to my plan for an extra $25/month without informing me. He then told me that they had nothing but unlimited data plans when I just went online and found that I could downgrade to a plan that was $20 cheaper. Bill is going from $100 a month to $50. Do yourself a favor and buy your phone and plan online. Then pick it up at the store. Now do me a favor and flip the guy at the counter the bird for me when you do. πŸ‘

This is the most amazing sprint store I have ever been in and the customer service was fit for royalty. I came in questionable on if I wanted to upgrade but Matt sold me on a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge. From then on he handled everything in the most courteous manner as I kept browsing the store and had great laughs with Erica while I waited. In an era where customer service can seem non-existant in many places, Im glad I can always go here and get the proper help I need and any questions answered!!!! Amazing job folks...

When you sign up for a phone you’re treated very well and I tell you anything to get you to sign up but if you have a problem then you might as well just not come it’s just a waste of time. What they say is very inconsistent with customer service so someone is lying I had sprint for 18 months And at seeing my data was always throttled I wasn’t uncommon for my Gps to not work on my phone because my data wouldn’t work and having three bars of LTE And I have finely the switch to Verizon and when switching to Verizon I need sprint account number sprint customer service wanted to know why I need at my account number and I told them i was switching and then they said they need to transfer me to a different person this went on 3 to 4 times and the last person start to get me the number and then hung up on me that’s after 1.5 hours on the phone with them. This is why I will not go back to Sprint Sprint. Sprint my be OK for you if you never use data but there price cheaper alternatives if you need data it’s a waste money

Today, I went to the Sprint store in Mechanicsville, VA about 10 minutes before closing and the associates just looked on as a looked through the locked glass door at 4:50p. After I knocked, an associate opened the door and said that the system was down...I probably would have believed him if there werent already two customers being assisted by other store associates. I just wanted to replace my phone, something that would have taken possibly 11 minutes. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced with Sprint. Christmas Eve should not constitute poor quality service just to leave early.
