Clean, bright, AMAZING DEALS, friendly and helpful staff. I felt happy and at peace as soon as I walked in. They really know about customer service and the layout of the store made so easy to find what I was looking for. Whatever the people upstairs are doing they should keep it up. Also please recognize the staff because they are doing everything right!

Hi! I love this store has a lot of activities for kids to do and sometimes good deals. I am giving you only 1star because I am tired of the cashier L I S A she always every time I come is tired and bad attitude she never for nothing in this world will smile to you or be kind or nice. When I ask her for help she just answer yes or no but not help at all. She offers the worst costumer service ever I think she doesn’t like her job.I have seen other guy he is named J or DJ he is kind and helpful every time I ask him for help he tries his best to help me. Lisa should learn from him and other kind and nice people.

Im so excited that AC Moore is back in Wellington Circle in Medford. It is where the shoe store Off Broadway was. Great prices. A lot of inspiring ideas for the creative person.

Ahhh crafters heaven, what can i say, even though they were short staffed, the young man, brought me right to what I was looking for,I could have checked out then, total time about two - three minutes, from entering store to product, i loved it because i hate to shop, but then it happened, like a cat shinny objects lured me in fifteen minutes and four other products later, i headed to register, cashier very friendly,two minutes later heading out the door. I love that, more time for crafting! Hope your trip is just as secessful. Stay Happy it moves mountains.

The new acmoore in medford is just iffy, some of the items are good but the prices are getting up there like michaels, not to mention that everytime ive been there the workers on the floor never say hi or ask if you need any help. The only ones that have are the cashiers and a curly haired young woman.
