We have been to this Michaels location in Medford a few times, and they are always very helpful and friendly. Their customer service is very good, and they have an interesting selection of arts and crafts and other materials available. A lot of stuff can be picked up on clearance, or with the coupon through their website. We would definitely recommend this Michaels store.

Great place to decide on framing for painting, posters, shadow box….Large counter space and friendly help if you need. They have custom framing and matting or you can pick off the shelf….They also replaced a glass on my painting as I waited. So convenient and affordable 🤩

Got grab bags today! They were nice and full. Store had no one in it. $5 for a bunch of goodies is such a good deal

Love shopping Michaels its as if you enter a time vortex, 3hrs later you leave the store with all your crafting needs. I was even able to find clips to make my quilting easier. All the staff is super helpful.

Went in to see if they had any models, and not only did I find some, 2 of them were on clearance for more than half the original price! Basically got 2 for the price of one! Stoked!

I was looking for mini light bulbs for a Jukebox Im restoring, and Michaels was the last place on my listsI looked and looked, than I asked a young sales girl and she looked, asked other sales people and even checked the inventory on their system. This girl does not give up.So we dont find it, she takes my business card and says shell call when they find it.so about 3 hours she does call and tells she foundthem and are waiting for me at checkout.has she been looking since I left.... she doesnt give up.This is excellent customer service, and far beyond.I dont know this sales associates name but Michaels should recognize this sales girl give me the best customer service experience Ive had in a very long time.Michaels is no longer last on my lists, they jumped to number 1thx

Michaels is so crafty! Just a store full of things that no one knew they needed until they go inside. Basically a bunch of wall decorations and blanket making materials!

It was alright, didnt find what I needed but there were some good sales going on.

The staff follows you around too closely its uncomfortable because its obvious that theyre judging you, thinking youre going to steal something. I dropped 215$ there tonight and they still just treated me like trash.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees equals a happy environment. I always loved helping at Michaels and always spend more than I should. LOL

I like the products here, but the store was in disarray, items like stencils that were marked on sale mixed in the racks with full priced items that were exactly the same and bc I needed them I ended up spending more money than I wanted on a project. I would give it more stars but the organization needs improvement.

Martha in framing is amazing and awesome. She helped me find ways to mat my artwork in ways I could afford. When I told her I didnt live in Medford, she graciously got all of my pieces matted the same day, in a short time. Thank you Martha!

My son loves michaels and he always finds what he is looking for.

I love the store but right now the stock is pretty thin.

Called 3 times and automatically hung up on, 4th time I got through and waited on hold for 10 minutes. Same day delivery so I don’t bring my kids out during pandemic. They didn’t give the delivery person my entire order so now I must go out to get the rest of my order which would be okay no big deal but I did pay for delivery so unhappy about that. I know things do happen but when I hang up and say thank you for your help and I get hung up on that is poor guest service I just spent $230 where I could have taken my money else where with friendlier people.

The store is very clean, and the selection can be a bit overwhelming. Thankfully the staff is very willing to assist and quite knowledgeable. The framing department helped me find a custom piece that fit the project I was working on. The end result was even better than I had imagined.

The guy at the counter wasnt helpful with my moms coupons and $5 reward at all! The lady behind us was extremely inpatient. I was at Michaels a month ago had the same problem. So both times have not been able to use our rewards or coupons. We wont be back.

One of my favorite stores. I can spend hours just browsing through all the fun things. I always end up spending more then I expected but with the discounts and amazing coupons they have to offer I dont mind.

Extensive stock on hand for just about any/every hobby one may have! I love going in to see whats new, or what they have for each holiday that is happening at the time.Fantastic crew, very helpful.If I had a complaint, it would be that, for me anyway, prices are a little high. But most items are of quality...not cheap, fall apart stuff.If I have spare time, I always stop here when in Medford.

The gal who was working did not honor a single email coupon and had a line of 10 or more associates. As my email gets flooded non stop with coupons and advertisements it was slightly appalling. Im really considering unsubscribing to Michaels all together which is really sad.

Great attention to customer service. The designers in the framing Department seem to do their best in crafting the best presentation to show off your artwork or other treasured items to be displayed. We were working to create a beautiful museum piece, and it came out excellent.
